Dr Bonheur was great. She explained everything she was going to do before she started. She’s extremely patient and thorough. It made me feel much more at ease. And after the procedure she personally met with me to go over the results in detail. This was a very positive experience.

Dr. Bonheur is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, truly listens, and offers different options and solutions. She is not only an excellent doctor but she puts the patient at ease, really listening to their concerns and offering a caring and knowledgeable solution. I feel blessed to know her and have her as my doctor. I came to her years ago feeling terrible without hope that I could ever feel better. Dr. Bonheur worked tirelessly to get to the root of my issue and accurately diagnose and treat me. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor. Anyone who gets to have her as their doctor will be very fortunate.

Dr. Bonheur is wonderful! She’s kind, caring and very compassionate. She’s extremely comfortable to talk to and you completely understand your condition the way she explains it to you. Her office manager Faten is awesome as well. They make an excellent team.I wouldn’t change them for anyone else.

I have had a few appointments with Dr. Bonheur so far and have felt very at ease with her demeanor and communication style. Though I had a bit of a wait in the waiting room (nothing terrible), I know its because she takes the time to make sure her patients have had their questions answered and understand what is being discussed. As a massage practitioner with 18 years of medical experience I have no patience for being rushed, stonewalled, or otherwise treated as anything other than the sole caretaker of this body of mine. Everyone in this office makes me feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. I find no reason to look elsewhere and am very happy with the care I receive here.

Dr. Bonheur is a wonderful physician. Warm, kind, and just an overall beautiful person and excellent physician. With every visit over the years she has always kept me at ease and she continues to educated me on healthy eating habits to improve my digestive health. Ive been with Doctor Bonheur for six years now, and since knowing her I have been known to say that the secret to coping with a chronic illness is the doctor you have to walk through it with you. Doctor Bonheur is the kindest, most caring and most compassionate doctor I have ever known, in addition to being a very excellent doctor, one who takes the time to listen to the patients, never question them, always respect their experience and do everything within her power to help. She is also open to any idea, and always explains everything so that her patients can take an active part in their treatment. I could not recommend her more highly.

Dr. Bonheur is an excellent physician - highly competent and very caring about her patients. I have been a patient for nearly ten years and for my most recent visit, she was reassuring as I prepared for a colonoscopy. She and her staff made the whole process seamless. Given my family history, i have had multiple colonoscopies over the years. It’s never fun, but Dr Bonheur’s office team ( lead by Fatan Mousa) was as efficient as it gets in setting things up and making sure I was prep’d.As for the procedure, Dr B is the nicest lady - she has a wonderfully warm manner and made the whole experience as tolerable as possible. Carnegie Hill Endoscopy clinic was very convenient and very well run. I am entirely satisfied.

Dr Bonheur is the best! I don’t do reviews lightly. I having so disappointed with practitioners within our health care system that I almost gave up! Dr Bonheur is very attentive but more than that, she actually listens to her patients as she did with me and goes over the options you may have. I gotta follow up with her and will update/edit this review but so far I cannot give her less than five stars.

Most patience cringe when it comes to dreaded colonoscopy test.I am scheduled for one soon with my wonderful gastro Enterology Dr. Jennifer L. Bonheur and am actually looking forward to it.This would be a second time that I had it done by Dr Bonheur.I am so impressed by this Drs professionalism and her complete thourulness where she gets involved and relates to her patients on an equal level and she leaves the patients trusting her and believing her implicitly as she takes her time and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to treating her patients individually.I more than highly recommend Dr Bonheur she is one superb Dr and she is as lovely as she could be.

I met Dr. Jennifer Bonheur today for the first time. I was recommended to her by my health care provider for a colonoscopy. I was not happy about getting it done, but do understand the importance of getting one. Dr. Bonheur is a lovely person. She has the best bed side manner and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I understood everything before going ahead with the procedure. I strongly recommend Dr. Jennifer Bonheur.
