Dr. Glick was polite and in no rush to get me through the appointment. We sat and talked for a good 20 min about my issues and discussed the best possible solution. He is one of very few doctors who had the patience and discernment to listen to me and not try to tell me what was wrong. I have seen Dr. Joseph a few times already. The wait time has always been minimal and the waiting area is really clean. The front staff are all really sweet and helpful with any questions as well. Seriously though, he was great at being reassuring and I had no issues after. They answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and provided a warmth in their jobs. From the office to the nurses (Dalia and Gedi) to Dr. Park to Dr. Chua all treated me with care and kindness. That is important and speaks to what is valued in an office. So thank you.

Absolute professionals, have been going to this location and the FiDi location for a few years and, having been to many gastroenterologists over the years, Dr. Wolff is the best Ive seen and the facilities and care are top notch.

I did the test. Easy and not painful. I think though there were too many people in the waiting room at the same time. for the small place (4 people plus the assistant). I do not know if this was caused by having all the appointments at the same time or other reason. They were late with my appointment 15 minutes plus.

I went to get bloodwork done after a virtual visit and the office was clean and the person taking my bloodwork was amazing and had no problem which was a first for me!

I was not personally able to see Dr. Gross because of an insurance issue. But he steered me to doctors who could help me and that are covered under my plan. He has followed up every step of the way. I think he is fantastic and I feel so blessed that Dr. Aviv referred me.

Had my first session with Dr. Kim a week ago and it went great. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained his reasoning behind his thought process. My rating is more for the scheduling experience... It has been impossible to schedule follow-up bloodwork that Dr Kim recommended and Ive been told only the doctors assistant can book bloodwork. Ive called the office a few times and they can only leave a note for the assistant to call me back. I dont really understand why that is (or why they cant patch me through) or at least why it takes so long for a call back? I just started being a patient here, and Im wondering if it makes sense to look somewhere else... I know the holidays are coming up, so Ill try to give the benefit of the doubt, but following up on health matters is also important.

My provider put in an order to have a diagnostic test performed by Commonwealth Diagnostics. I was not informed that Commonwealth Diagnostics is out-of-network for my insurance plan. Commonwealth Diagnostics balance-bills patients if they find what the insurance company pays them is unsatisfactory. I have spent hours dealing with my insurance carrier and Commonwealth Diagnostics and their billing errors. Please ask your provider whether the tests they want to order are in-network with your insurance before agreeing to anything.

Dr. Gustave was so sweet + caring during my new visit with her. She illustrated support, listened to my concerns, + recommended an optimal treatment plan to execute for exploration of causes behind my symptoms + diagnosis. Definitely my go-to GI now!I went to the center onsite yesterday for COVID testing + the staff were so polite, nice, accommodating, + the space was clean + seemed up to date with safety measures regarding the pandemic. I would definitely recommend Gotham Gastro to anyone who wants a more patient-centered experience with GI conditions.

I was recently due for my first colonoscopy screening, and chose Gotham Gastroenterology (Court Street) largely due to its proximity to my home, for reasons that should be clear to anyone who has ever had a colonoscopy. I had seen positive reviews for Dr. Kimmel as well, so booked my appointment. What a relief to find that the positive reviews were accurate. Dr. Kimmel is professional and friendly, and along with her team made my procedure as efficient and pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. In fact, everyone I have encountered at the office has been helpful and kind. They even called beforehand to confirm that my insurance would cover the full procedure, which Ive never had a doctors office do. Finally, they have proper Covid protocols in place, so I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Kimmel and Gotham Gastroenterology, and will definitely return myself, should I need to.

During the initial evaluation, I was extremely impressed with his office staff, especially Iris and MJ, who were very kind and caring in addition to keeping me well informed. As a retired physician, I was quite anxious about potential diagnoses, and Dr Wolff immediately sensed my level of concern. His evaluation was thorough and expeditious. I was most struck by his empathy and compassion and his efforts to reassure me. He expedited the required tests and called me as soon as the results were available. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to him and I am very grateful to have found such a caring physician and medical practice.
