Dr Crespin was great — very friendly and helpful. He listened to my concerns, provided meaningful advice and was able to resolve my issues in one visit. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I would give Doctor Crespin (and this office) zero stars. Dirty office, their technology is faulty AND the doctor will manipulatively refuse individuals service if you DECLINE to have your Credit Card listed on file for any/all charges he might want to charge you in the future. This is not okay and borders on Discrimination. Patients are entrusting Doctor Crespin for guidance and their personal health, yet he is treating patients as distrustful thieves by making them list their Credit Card information blindly. These are honest patients, and deserve the chance to simply pay.their.bills. I can only imagine the amount of patient information they have gathered, leaked or copied down for future recreational use. Additionally, even if the doctors office is well-intentioned, this information can still get hacked, this would make patient financial and health information public, which is extremely unsettling. This Credit Card mandate is manipulative, a security violation, and disrespectful to any New or Existing patients. I was denied service simply because I would not list my Credit Card, and I was refused to be seen without valid reasoning. Id recommend finding a different Medical solution. Definitely would not recommend.

Dr. Crespin changed my life! I had visited 4 doctors before him to try to diagnose my lower back pain and abdominal discomfort. He was the first doctor to inform me about endometriosis and refer me to a specialist. Three years later, my life has changed completely. Incredibly instinctive, professional, and all-around wonderful doctor with an incredible staff!

Dr. Crespin is kind, compassionate, and completely professional. I went in for something rather routine in his field, yet he took time to explain everything to me. The procedure went very well. His follow-up was great, as well. I also really liked dealing with his staff.

I visited Dr. Jeffrey with lower stomach pain. He ordered colonoscopy and a few weeks after the procedure; I had to call his office several times to speak with him. He mumbled through the report while talking with someone else in his office, and when I mentioned that my pain hasnt gone away, he just hung up the phone. I never heard back from his office about any treatment/additional procedure. My pain has become worse, and I am trying to find another doctor to solve the problem.

Dr. Crespin goes out of his way to assist patients! Extremely responsive and caring! Would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Crespin and his INCREDIBLY professional team (Frank & Jenny?) responded to my urgent need for an appointment, scheduling me the very next morning. They handled an awkward insurance challenge with courtesy and discretion. Dr. Crespin gave me his undivided and unrushed attention and answered all questions knowledgeably. He didnt have the arrogance sometimes exhibited by doctors. Felt very confidently in him. Dr’s a bit quirky, but I see that as a plus - very competent. How refreshing in this time of managed, impersonal care to have lucked out with this practice.

Easy appt with zocdoc. Staff was attentive respectful and Dr Crespin got me to a referral doctor and it was a smooth process

He addressed all my problems. His office at 57th Street was neat and clean and I have a clean bill of health which is the best bill of all
