I’ll keep this simple. Dr Roedan is the best Dr I’ve ever had by a long shot. I actually look forward to my visits. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. I’ll never use anyone else for me and my family. If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet this man.

Highly recommended. Dr. Roedan is very professional and caring.The staff is very attentive and treat patients with respect.

Front staff was wonderful, Dr Roedan was the worst doctor Ive ever seen. Went in for my physical where Roedan had me waiting an hour just to check my breathing.Literally. The physical would have lasted all of 2 minutes had I not voiced my concerns, which ,even then, he so rudely disregarded. It was as if I had to convince him for his help. Hes a doctor, this shouldnt be the case. Thankfully, im still healthy and young, but this blatant disregard for his patients well-being had me questioning how he treats his older, more ill patients. I will NEVER be returning to Dr.Roedan and his disater of a practice. I strongly suggest those with more serious illnesses to steer clear of this man. Dont let his negligence waste your time,money and possibly worse.Edit: Let this practices attempts to justify its multiple 1 star reviews serve as Red Flags to stay away.

Worst receptionists. They answer and they hang up on you several times for no reason. Not professional. These people should not be working there.

Dr is great. I would give him 4 stars. As for the staff I called in to have my work form sent over, after being told it was fine & they would send it just to call back with the fax #. I call back & they say I have to come in for results. I explained again what I was told in the beginning, theyClaimed to not know anything & charged me $15 just to send the form! Definitely going to report this.I wrote this a year ago and just got a response today, June 3rd, 2021 that did not address my concerns. Thank you, but I could have used the help a year ago.

I typically dont write reviews. I am very cognizant of a Physicians time and understand that wait time are unavoidable. However in addition to the absurd 2 hour wait time and unavailable staff , this Doctor is disrespectful and demeaning to its patients. When I questioned why he was ordering certain labs or prescribing medication, he became extremely defensive and told me to find a new Doctor. He was trying to charge me 15 dollars to get my paperwork back. I called my insurance and they told me I should not be getting charged to receive my paperwork when they already paid for the visit. He ended up shredding my only copy of medical paperwork for school. Please AVOID this practice!

Horrible clinic. The front staff is rude. They don’t respond to calls. The PCP Dr. Roedan did not even know what DME (Durable Medical Equipment) was. I have been trying to get the clinic to submit paperwork for transportation, I suffer from multiple diagnoses w chronic pain. I need transportation and they keep sending the form that is needed without my diagnoses. Submitted it three times w no diagnoses. Denied all 3 times. It says on the form to fill it out in its entirety. I was a Medical Assistant years ago and even I know diagnosis codes, how to submit proper documentation, referrals.This clinic and it’s staff are incompetent and unprofessional. I had to change pcp because of their gross negligence. If you know more than your provider does it’s not a good thing. I was surprised because I found him on Zocdoc with good reviews. I always use Zocdoc to find different providers. I cannot stress this enough do not go to this clinic, or bother with this pcp.I also had issues with medications being sent to my pharmacy. I suffer from asthma. They would not send my scripts in because I didn’t put all my medications on the intake form, it happens. All they had to do was call my pharmacy. I had to contact my allergist to take care of my asthma medications for me. I called for a week trying to get the pcp to call me. He called me and then lied about trying to contact me for 3 days. Such bs. And to add insult to injury I had been to the ER due to a blow to my head, I had a fall. Was seen in the ER a few times that week. No call from the pcp or clinic. I could continue but it’s too much. Disgusting. Again I would not recommended anyone to go here.

Dr. Roedan has always provided me with sound medical advise since taking aver for Dr. Gomez. Hes been very attentive and open to traditional as well as holistic approaches to care. hes always provided timely referrals. The only complaint would be for the wait at the office, but that is because of the volume of patients hes had. The nurses as well as the reception staff has always been friendly to the point of apologizing for any inconvenient waiting time. Speaking for myself Im a very satisfied patient.

I have a horrible cough/throat pain/headache. would assume sinus infection based on what Ive had in the past. He prescribed me a throat spray (which seems like something I could buy at any CVS) and told me based on my symptoms, I should start feeling better soon ..... he seems very uneducated, which is confusing. Next day, do not feel better and my prescription has not shown up at my pharmacy. My appt was at 11am yesterday. Would not recommend.

This doctor apparently googles patients and refuses medical care because of what he finds. Pretty illegal and unprofessional
