The worst, they themselves rescheduled my procedure after I fasted and took prep that needs to be taken by hours!!! so I decided not to come. Then told me I need to schedule a follow up! I did only to hear they discharged me from practice bur asked me to make an appointment for that! so they could charge me more! Horrific!To respond to their comment: No, you office did nit cancel my procedure. But as your office is aware, you need to take medicine by hours! And they multiple times rescheduled my procedure. So I am sorry if I canceled, as well once because I was sick. If you are not aware, it’s pandemic here! Such disrespectful service I’ve never experienced, so please don’t even bother responding

First visit was great. Dr. Lee was for informative and thorough. A++ WILL VISIT AGAIN!

First: was asked to give stars while in the office for first visit.Second: the toilet flush doesn’t work well. It’s a gastro place so this is infuriating.Mainly: was given test results over the phone by staff person, not doctor *two full weeks after visit* after having called twice to ask for them. Tests ordered were minimal (surprise tome) despite severe symptoms and past treatment history, further their website insists speed with test results. There was also a lack of attention to details and a lack of cultural/religious awareness all wrapped up into our appointment and her recommendations.

Dr. Lee had a wonderful bedside manner and took the time to listen to my concerns. Office was also very clean.
