She took time to answer all my questions and explain in usable detail and understandable terms the implications of my condition and how I could be successful in remediating it. Very down to earth in her approach. Non-judgmental. As pleasurable an experience as one could have the doctors! Highly recommended.

Everything was pleasant and professional. Dr. Newberry spent time explaining the procedure and answering all my questions. The staff are friendly and competent. The only problem was I couldnt check in at the kiosk and had to go through the process twice. My biggest complaint, and the reason for a less than perfect score is the scheduling process. I had no input to the timing of the procedure and was informed 36 hours in advance that I was the last patient. If I were having a colonoscopy, that would not have been acceptable on many levels. Since I was having an endoscopy, I was okay. Ive had several colonoscopies and one other endoscopy and have always been able to schedule the time.
