I had a televisit with Dr. Kornbluth a couple of days ago. Prior to this present pandemic I would go to see him at his beautiful office in NYC.I have been a patient of Dr. Kornbluth for quite some time. I can honestly say each time I meet with him whether it is for a procedure or an office visit I feel I am receiving the utmost care.I can say with out any hesitancy, Dr. Kornbluth is someone who is one of the most knowledgeable professionals in his field of gastrointerology. I trust him immensely and have no doubt he will only do right by me!At times I might need to remind him about his sense of falling behind in our appointment time, BUT once You are Present with him, He will give you all of the time you need to speak with him. He has at times shuffled his schedule in order for me to come for a visit if I have not felt very well.As you can see from my description Dr Kornbluth is also a very compassionate doctor whom cares about his patients.As I call him DOC, I recommend Dr Kornbluth as a TOP Doctor in Gastrointerology. If you have an issue with your stomach, he would be the first person I would with no hesitation recommend.

There is usually a wait to see him however when your with him he is thorough and takes his time and truly cares for the well being of his patients. I have now seen Dr. Kornbluth twice regarding my medical condition. He is an outstanding and deeply knowledgeable medical professional who brings human empathy and understanding into his interactions with patients. Dr. Kornbluth clearly cares about his clients as individuals, and he goes beyond just understanding their physical symptoms and treatments. He is one of the best medical doctors I have ever interacted with.

Back in 2002 I had a HUGE flare up (the size of a basketball, the doctors own words). Someone recommended dr. Kornbluth. The morning after I checked into the hospital, I was having surgery. Nearly 20 years later, I have no major issues at all! He’s an amazing man and can’t thank him enough. Why only 4 stars? The surgery messed up my insides and realized only 5 years ago I couldn’t get pregnant naturally due to so much scar tissue. But with the power of science and Ivf, I just had my miracle a month ago. I would still be seeing him for checkups, but moved out of town. Thank you again doctor.

Im a 42 year old full time working mom with two young children. I had my routine check-up with Dr. Kornbluth this week and its been a year that Ive been in remission since the worst and most severe flare up Ive had in 20 years living with Ulcerative Colitis. Dr. Kornbluth was relentless in finding the right treatment for me and thanks to him I have my quality life back to the fullest.

This poor review is for the terrible office staff.Dr Kornbluth is great and I love working with him. He helped me find the right combination of medications to keep me in a stable remission.However, this doctor office is terrible. They are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. I have dealt with them for about 5 years and they have not gotten better. If you want to know that your Dr will be there for you when you need him, do not work with this office - they will not help you.

Dr. kornbluth makes me feel like Im his only patient. Thanks to him my colon is still in my body and in good working order. I have been seeing him for 17 years. If you want the best gastro doc for Crohns look no further. Dr. Kornbluth is a great listener and very bright... he has Dr. Crohns desk in his office and is very well respected. Plan on a 1 hour wait or more, but expect to spend 45 minutes or more with him... you will not regret it. While he takes no insurance his partners do so I use Dr. Lignani for Colonoscopy. They are a great team.Dr. Kornbluth is very responsive with email so communication is great!

My gastroenterologist in Connecticut referred me to Dr. Kornbluth due to severe symptoms of Crohns that were extremely difficult to live with. Dr. Kornbluth was amazing. I was especially impressed at the time he spent with me and answered all my questions. I could tell he has a certain brilliance medically and was able to make some seemingly simple changes to my medication regimen that other Doctors didnt think of. This was back in 2009 and have been in remission since! Its definitely worth the time and money to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kornbluth and staff!
