The service is horrible. Never answer phone calls as I am writing this I am waiting to be called. I walked in and I was given a 3pm appointment is almost 4pm to be exact 346pm. I just dont understand why if there is no patients what is the hold up. This clinic just gets worse.

I give them no grade horrible horrible service Clinic isn’t open when they are supposed to be they walk ins take hours feels more like years staff all take their time. Only one receptionist who does her job Ms Julie. Team 3 Nurses are very nice also team 3 doctors only a few. But I would recommend anyone to go there if they health was at risk I changed my office to 21 Audubon they have excellent service and super reliable.

This is by far the worst of all the Presbyterian clinics however the doctors here are awesome it’s just the front desk people theY have Attitudes they’re slow and they’re rude!! They make you seem as you are bothering them. The whole front desk should be fired let them find work elsewhere ohhhh they can’t. If you don’t like your job quit then you won’t be miss😑

I asked for a metro card and the front desk said the computer was locked. But the doctors were great. Just the front desk was not ready with metro cards. They stated today that their system was not working. The computers were down. And the waiting was a bit long.

My experience at the Farrell Family Medicine has always been excellent, their doctors, nurses, customer service, just everyone that I have been in contact with. I have been going there for 3 years now, since the moment I knew I was pregnant with my first child, they make the experience much easier and joyful for me. After giving birth I continue to go there with my daughter, we both are taken care of by amazing Doctors. Thank you for your great work!

I have been a patient there for a year and an half, my experiences are good. Nurses and Doctors are very professional. Front desk are very efficient about getting you set up with your visit. My son goes there too and his doctor was wonderful with him.I only regret that setting up for an appointment take a long time.

Terrible Front Desk service I called them five times to make an Appointment and they don’t pick up the phone. It’s so irritating and unprofessional, even I could do a better job than Those bad attitude knuckle heads. I’m amazed that I’m struggling to find a good job, because I’m inexperienced, but at least I treat people with respect and good attitude something the Front Desk can’t do. The Doctors and nurses I got no problem at all from my previous check up. I’m calling HealthFirst to put in a different clinic because Farrell Family medical Center has zero responsibility. I’m mean c’mon.

This is a horrible practice. The doctors and nurses are great. However, the front staff is completely unprofessional. They are too busy cracking jokes and fooling around that they don’t attend you in a timely manner. I’m currently pregnant and waited 4 hours just so that they can schedule me my next OB appointment. This is outrageous. I don’t recommend this practice to anyone. Especially if you’re pregnant. They simply don’t care. Please save yourself the frustration and time. They need to hire a whole new front staff.

Came here for my 1st prenatal visit and front desk staffs are extremely horrible. No greeting, no smiles, ughhh. Cant complaint about nurse and doctors, wonderful! But please get ya shyt together FRONT DESK.

Been going here for over a decade. The doctors and nurses are amazing. The front staff is absolutely unprofessional and treat people horribly.Also, brace yourself for hours of waiting even if you have an appointment.

Average wait time = 2 hours. One time I waited 3 hours to be told to come back the next day, only to wait 3 hours the next day to be told that I actually couldn’t be seen at all for the issue I came in for. They made a mistake when they told me they could. I was referred to an unnecessary study that I refused - they billed my insurance for it anyway and assigned me an official diagnosis based on the study I’d never taken (insurance fraud). One of the doctors has hit on me multiple times. They almost never answer phones, not for an emergency, not to answer medical questions, not even to schedule appointments. Multiple times I have been placed on hold for over a half hour, then been hung up on. And today I waited 2 hours 15 minutes for a LITERALLY 1-minute basic procedure (PPD test) that was ready and waiting from the minute I walked in. It was so bad the nurse got angry and called her manager to help me complain.This is a guinea pig clinic. The clients are all poor, and are basically guinea pigs for the trainee doctors. I’ve been on Medicaid for a while, but this is the worst service I’ve ever had.

The outside of the building looks like an abandoned building, the people at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. The place is completely empty and it takes them 2 hrs to attend you. It seems that only one nurse is doing her job while the others are just gossiping around. There is no order, definitely will be my last time here!!

We have just switched over to Farrell. My childrens Doctor is very nice, knowledgeable, and most important she listens. As to speak on the environment, its not as clean as it should be (We always go in the AM), they NEVER pick up or return your calls, and the hours are impossible!

Worst place ever. I went in for the first time and I was discussing to the resident that was treating me all my problems... she had the nerve to tell me if we can discuss some of my other problems ( chest pain Ive been experiencing lately) on my second appt which would be about 6 weeks from that day. Next I go to check out and everyone at the front desk must hate their jobs because everyone had an attitude. To top it off the medication that I was giving was never ordered and they never pick up the phone. Worst experience ever.

Nurses there was so disrespectful when they think you are sixteen and pregnant. They also gave my at the time one month son with an unregistered shot. I found out when I left that place. I swear Im never going back. That place is a p.o.s. just because its in Manhattan doesnt mean better service. Shoot I get treated better in Lincoln hospital. -_-

Horrible clinic, staff ignores you and and are more inclined to their personal conversations behind the desk then tending to patients. never want to help and the numbers listed dont even work.take your children and health else where. I would give them negative stars if I can

This is the worst clinic ever when you call the clinic people are very nasty and unhelpful and no one ever knows whats going on. I am amazed that Presbyterian Hospital is associated with this clinic and theyre letting these people run this clinic the way they are !! Ghetto and disgusting it needs a total change !! The way they speak to the people it is horrible and very disrespectful and with a nasty attitude !!!

Excellent doctors and nurses. But on the front a disaster. I think you think the insurance wont pay you. Oh they have problems in their 🏡 and take them to work. And they pay them with the clients
