I walked in at 2:30AM after waking up with severe chest pain. After waiting about 5 minutes for the front desk to ask me what was wrong. I was asked for my ID and Insurance card and told to sit and wait to be called to be checked in. I waited about 45 minutes while in pain on my chest and while observing patients in the waiting room coughing, bleeding and peeing. I know there is a pandemic but it is unacceptable for people who are hurting to be put on hold with out being taken care in a timely or priority manner. I asked for my ID and left to another hospital where I was taken in right away and told I was having a heart attack. Will never return to this hospital ever.

With staff at 1st well treated because they new they knew they were getting paid on behave of my mother at 1st. Than I checked myself out got cranky. Are ride to hospital crazy experience as a Democrat called 911 miami dade fire rescue send a fire truck when I called saying my mother felt delicate of health. Then fire rescue called instead of fire rescue ambulance they called a private EMR ambulance, at hospital a little harrassed by security guards by saying I had to stay outside or go home. But I had my mothers info on me. I also got checked. Both treated but treated a little with disrespect by security being told by staff to go both my mother and I after treated and 1. My mother in her night gown.2. Both of us disabled. 3 my walking with a walker stroller and I have asthma and Epilepsy being told leave on are own. Neither drive. But they surely collected off both of are medicaids and medicares. Finally cab showed up in the morning after we spent the whole night in lobby of emergency room service and outside its door. After being given an immune shot. The $18-20.00 to get home in taxi after calling it from night to morning once every 10 minutes until sunrise. Speaking dispatcher being told their was none in available in area. Thanks God we had some money on us! Wouldnt recommend hospital after being mistreated after collecting medical benefits. I SAY Avoid as a democratic under Biden and Kamala Harris and american.

This hospital many years ago was excellent and saved my life but todays experience was TERRIBLE. Dont know if the hospital is under staff and Giving these nurses more hours but their attitudes are terrible, no helpful.Starting off with ANA CARR extremely rude and when I asked her only one question about my mothers medicine rolled her eyes.I hope you read this comment and understand Ana you work at the hospital because you choose your job, you are supposed to be here for the people especially in a emergency and emotional situation as we are in. Change your attitude.Remember at this time, we consider nurses and hospital staff our heroes in which your attitude with my self and my mother isnt professional and Jackson south please get back to me about how can I report this to higher management.Unfortunately for people and rude staff like Ana CARR I seriously doubt in coming back or recommending this hospital because of you.

Was waiting for news about my mom and heartattack she was having this morning i couldnt even wait in the waiting room so how was I going to know what happened to her I almost started a riot in this piece of shi% hospital.

Patient was left waiting for 2 hours and they did nothing. We ended up going to another emergency room since we received no help whatsoever. Nurses were extremely rude and didn’t help whatsoever. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!

Before reading.. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANYTHING. JUST DRIVE BY IT AND WAVE TO BAD SERVICE. Came into ER by Ambulance. With severe Pancreatitis. Had to wait 9 hours in the freezing ER waiting room. Unable to tend to myself AND THE STAFF KNOWINGLY seen that. And immediately Left me in a corner and forgot about me. Had to call my mother inlaw to get out of her job as a nurse to speak with the chart nurse in this Hospital. IN WHICH THE GENTLEMAN WAS RUDE. After finnaly getting A Shared Room in which I repeatdly asked for a single room. Andy my Nurse who is a younger man. was the only Nurse that was compassionate and answered every question without heastiation. Now back to issues had to Call the Supervisor to fix the room issue that I still waiting 2hrs and 20mins for. And after explaining 15times that Im trying to rest the other patient in the room kept the TV on all night watching profane foul movies. Loudly, what I dont understand is why a hospital would have foul language in a place of recovery. Oh and Nurse Gwen 481437 . Is extremely incompetent of being a nurse. Repeatdly making smirks and bad comments, when I here another patient down the hall screening nurse cause they dont answer the call button. In seriously wondering have w many LAW SUITS ARE PENDING AGAISNT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED HOSPITAL. AND I WILL BE REPORTING this to the doctors assocation. Shame on you and your supervisors.

I came to the ER as a travel nurse and had a great experience! The staff is so nice and helpful and management is excellent. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Most of the doctors and nurses they are very rude with the patients. I am not recommend that Hospital, they treat me very bad and this is not the first time.

Emergency Room Service and wait time HORRIBLE!!!!! I have heard many people say negative things about the Emergency Room and Staff, I can agree after experience personally many of the negative things spoken about the Emergency Room Department. I wouldnt refer this Emergency Room to anyone. I also asked to speak with the Head nurse in charge which never came after being called several times. Another staff over heard me asking for the Head Nurse and went to get a ER Supervisor, she then came and her attitude was a resemblance of what her staff displayed.

My mother took my elderly grandfather who is 93 years old who diabetic and has Alzheimer’s because he has an infected foot. They got there @3:02pm they were told they needed to draw blood and urine they took the urine. It was placed next to 9 other bottles from other patients and it was 7:15pm and all the urine bottles were still in the same place. No one ever came to draw blood. My mother asked for the supervisor and the receptionist response was she is busy and will not come now. NEVER CALLED THE SUPPERVISOR. And told my mother to lower her voice. One of nurses approaches my mother and tells please put in a complaint that is not right. Night shift is horrible and can careless for your emergency.

Worst experience ever! Service is horrendous. The staffs are extremely rude and the wait time is unbelievable. No courtesy whatsoever. Hospital like this should be shutdown.

What a joke this place is! Went for the ER and all I received was attitude and move out the way since the game is going on... This was more of a sports bar than an ER dept

Not 1 star deserves this hospital. If you or a family member needs medical attention, this is the last place to visit and in my case it was the only one, I would not go. My father has been admitted for a strock since last Tuesday and I am his legal representative, as he suffers from dementia. Due to the covid there is no possibility of having a companion, or visits (understandable), the terrible thing is the lack of communication. They have barely given me explanations of my fathers condition, they did not even inform me of his transfer from the regular ward to the ICU, nor today his return to the regular ward. You call and they let you wait forever until you give up and hang up. They know that legally they cannot make decisions without consulting me and this has not mattered. I have not been called by a doctor, a specialist, a nurse, or a social worker, NOBODY. The staff is extremely rude and inhumane. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HEAR MY FATHERS VOICE.
