The team here are very kind and informative. the area is kept clean and tidy. the nurse practitioner is very kind, compassionate and caring.

Came to the ER very sick few days ago. Service received was amazing, the nurses Gretel and Giselle were very welcome and took care of me in the nicest way. Dr González explained all about my care and answered all questions I had.I highly recommend this ER.

I would like to thank the staff of Dr. and nurses that cared for my mother this past August. We came in twice within a coupe of weeks and the attention was awesome both times. Mom was very pleased and I was as well, We would like to thank, Cristy, Jason , Miguel & Robert you guys are awesome .

I went there at 2am for contusion on left foot. Fast service. 1) On the papers they gave me it shows: YOU WERE HERE FOR: Contusion of right foot... instead of LEFT foot. not even that can be right? 2) Also, I was told that I needed to wear a boot. They came with one very small and another one too large. I asked for a medium one, and he said the big one was medium... until I noticed in the boot that it said LARGE, so why the lie? and he reply they where out of medium. I chose the small one, because I was afraid to fall with the very large one. 3)They gave me a written prescription and I asked them to send it directly to the pharmacy due to my walking condition, so I did not had to wait, and they said they would do it. I when to the pharmacy but they never received the prescription yesterday or today, so I had to call them back to ask again for the prescription to be sent. i requested today to speak to a supervisor or manager to make the complain about the lack of proffesionalism -it was friday 2pm- and the reply was that they dont work on weekends and they were already gone... to call back on monday...

Our nurse was Gretel and she made our experience pleasant by providing such a professional explanation to our family in such a difficult time. Words cannot express how grateful we are for all the support provided Mrs Gretel the world needs more professionals like you.

Nick Rosende Doctor was super down to earth. He made me feel comfortable coming into the emergency room. He was informative , patient, and understanding.Humberto took me in the moment I was sent inHe was kind and attentiveSergio took me in for my CT. I was nervous at first to do my first CT but he made me feel comfortable. He knew how to make me laugh and not think about the pain. He was amazing.Jason , he left me speechless. I came in and he was nothing but kind, funny, loving, patient, he made me feel at home. He kept cracking jokes just to make me feel safe. I inspire his work, his charisma, and knowdledge. He was a reminder as to why I want to be a nurse. Thank you Jason for showing me there are amazing nurses out there. I aspire to be something like you.Over all the staff was amazing. Maria, RN and Dr. D’Alonzo were great and extremely professional and knowledgeable. The techs were all efficient, professional and kind with my mom. All tests were completed quickly with fast turn around time for results. Medication and IV fluids administered fast. Overall great experience. Thank you!

I’ve never had better treatment at an ER as I had at this location. Friendly staff, quick help, all questions answered, all the information was provided quick and efficient. Truly an amazing facility.

We have recently moved back to Miami and my father did not have a primary doctor yet. We came to Town and Country ER and he was treated very quickly and with much professionalism on a very busy day. Once his diagnosis was confirmed our prescriptions were sent directly to the pharmacy and the good thing is , they were ready by the time we got back home. Heidi, was our nurse and she really did a great job caring for him. She called me when it was time to come pick him up since I had some errands to run. The doctor was courteous and fast as well. Although we live 5 minutes from Baptist we chose this facility because of its reputation for convenience and quick full ER service. We will choose to come here in the future. Thanks Town and Country ER.

What a great emergency room! everyone all the nurses doctors and cleaning peopel so nice and so friendly . they really care about you and your family . we had to bring my sister here and even during covid they had a very quick and easy wait . we didnt have to wait at all . it was super fast to be seen then we went in and all the nurses and dcotrs so nice and informative they made sure we know what was happening the whole time . then we got medication and were out the door very fast it was great service . thank you very much i will be coming back here now because its close to my house and they are very quick easy fast service with peopel who care . highly recomend !! thank you to all who help my sister

I was treated very fast on my visit. Dr. Yatzkan and RN Giselle were very nice and professional. The doctor made sure I completely understood how to take the medications and was speaking to me in layman’s terms which was great as I don’t completely understand all the medical terms. Will be going back in future if needed

One of the best ers I’ve been to. RN Christine was very comforting friendly, and on point. Dr Gomez was very nice and courteous . If your having any pain or need emergency assistance this is the place to go !

Excellent ER. Unfortunately I’ve had to make a couple visits here due to stomach complications and I have never had a bad experience. Virtually no wait, friendly staff, wonderful doctors and nurses, and they don’t forget about you like they do in other ERs! Thank you all for what you do.

I came to this ER in the middle of the night due to sever abdominal pain and was out in less than 2 hours pain free. The entire staff was very courtesy and efficient. Special shout out to Oscar the RN who even went outside to give updates to my wife that was waiting outside and made sure she was parked in a secure area. Great experience overall, keep it up team! P.S. Drink more water, kidney stones are no joke!!

Best ER experience ever! Really kind and competent people. Dr Avilés and nurse Berardi went above and beyond to take care of my Covid 19 issues and make me feel better. The admin guy offered to drive me home if I needed! I was very impressed. Wayyyy better than Baptist ER. Highly recommended!

Best urgent care experience I have every experienced. Everyone in the facility provided me with excellent customer service, and the urgency to provide me with care was fast. Very professional environment and If i ever need any further assistance I will definitely be returning here.I visited the facilitated on 11/2/2019 early in the morning.

Had to visit this ER this morning. I was seen immediately and quickly received the results of my blood work and x-ray. The staff is wonderful including the two doctors I saw. However, I need to give special thanks to my nurse Kelley Austin who was kind and understanding from beginning to end. When I told her about the issues I have with my veins, she took special care to make sure I was comfortable and did not have to be stuck twice to draw my blood. Thank you Nurse Austin. Great facility and I would highly recommend it.

I went in because I had a severe cough and asthma... they took care of me quickly and within the hour, I felt 100 times better... they were friendly and very attentive.

My daughter fell and had a nice little gash in her chin. I was on my way down Kendall drive going to take her to Baptist Urgent Care when I ran into this place. I walked in the door and was taken into a room right away. Dr Xavier and staff are amazing!! The place is clean ,the staff is friendly, and no wait!! The service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Highly recommend this place!

Best urgent care experience here. I came in with several dog bites and was seen right away, paperwork came later (unlike my experiences at Baptist). They never kept me waiting, took the most prompt of care. Charlie and Dr. Danelle B were fantastic. Will definitely return here if I need any further urgent care needs. Great experience.

I rarely go to the doctor. I visited this clinic because I lost my voice. I was treated before the clinic asked for my insurance information. The virtual receptionist on the iPad took my information and then advised I have a co-pay of $350.00 but if I pay now it will be $280.00. I paid the amount owed and then called my insurance company. My insurance company advised the reason it is $280.00 is because the clinic is out of network. Why wouldn’t the clinic advise patients of same before treatment? Who in their right mind would agree to be treated by an out of network provider when there are other covered clinics that charge less? This is unethical and deceptive conduct and the clinic should be held accountable. I do not fault the nurses or doctor who were great. I fault the clinic for implementing procedure that is wholly deceptive. I intend to file a complaint and take steps necessary to make certain this does not occur again. In the future, I will make certain not to fall victim to such tactics.

Was seen on April 10th of 2020 for extreme pain in my stomach with vomiting. Everyone did a fantastic job taking care of me quickly and lets not forget about the Dr I wish I could recall his name but Dr who took care of me you would remember me. I cried and you held my hand and told me everything would be ok. With Covid 19 around Kendall Regional to have surgery on my gallbladder. Thank you all....

I was treated efficiently and effectively this morning by RN Loray, and Dr. Eaves; They were both highly knowledgeable, and I felt they took the time to fully assess my situation while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. I highly recommend this ER, and plan to return for any of my urgent medical needs. Thanks again.

This place is awful! As if Kendall Regional wasn’t the worst hospital in Kendall now they opened up more locations to demonstrate poor bedside manner and terrible medical care. My 90 year-old grandmother was sent here after pressing her life alert. The catheter caused her to bleed they didn’t bother changing her gown or blanket for the 5 hrs we were there. The staff never bothered to check on her they just screamed over the counter when the transport finally arrived with the wrong cart equipment. The doctor was probably the worst of them all took every opportunity to demonstrate how little he cared for the patients and his staff.

I hopped into the ER Tuesday evening after having fallen. My ankle was swollen to the size of a grapefruit and I could not walk. Someone from the front desk saw me even before I had entered and immediately brought me a wheel chair. I was taken straight into a room and was attended. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. They are kind, funny and knowledgeable. They conducted X-rays and brought the machines straight to me instead of transporting me from room to room. Everything was extremely clean. I hope I never have to go back (as that would mean something else happened to me), but in the case I do find myself needing to pay a visit to the ER, it will certainly be this one.

Released with no answers and explanations and when asked for medical records to go to a proper hospital they refused even though they are supposed to provide them.

Took my son, waited for 30m8n on an empty ER, until I went to look for someone to help us. Waited another 25min for just vitals, another 30 for the Doctor....at the end kendall regional charge 5000.00+ !?!?!, for just vital signs?!?!?

Yes I was very sick when I got there but Dr. Hitesa Raval and nurses Humberto and Miguel took extraordinarily care of me and made me feel better

Horrible. Just horrible. I came here with severe lower abdominal pain. I went to the counter to sign in. No one was there, I waited 10 minutes and STILL no-one showed up. I found a buzzer on the wall and pressed it, a few minutes later a dr came and put me in a room. No apology for waiting and no one being there to help. The nurse and other women there were great. The dr showed up and tells me in these exact words I dont have enough experience to help you he explained that it was just an ER and that he only deals with urgent matters like broken bones, stitches or flu checks. Was my matter not urgent? He said they dont have the technology either. I told him that a week ago I was at the Kendall Regional main location and they couldnt see my appendix so they requested that I get it rechecked. He told me thats ridiculous cause they can never see the appendix on anyone. That if I had an issue with my appendix, my blood work would show it. He gave me some Malox (for my lower abdominal pain) told me hopefully that can help and then sent me on my way. (Which took 35 minutes to get my discharge papers!) All of this was a 2 and a half hour visit! All while still in pain.If there isnt proper technology or education in the building to help people why are they even there. Why be called an ER? Theyre just a low grade urgent care.Dont go there.Im currently waiting at Baptist for real help. They said there are ways to find the appendix and are sending me to CT for it.

Went to the ER twice in one week. I was very pleased with the service both times.There was no wait time and the Dr Averbach along with the nurses Lisa, Jose and Christina were all excellent caring and responsive.From now on that will be my go to ER.Thank you for your service!

Got into a bad car accident (car totaled) but luckily only had burns on my left arm from the air bags. Went in just to make sure I didnt have a fracture. They attented to me quickly and quickly examined me.Very kind and friendly staff

This may be a small self contained ER, but DO NOT let that fool you!!!! This quiet and VERY clean facility boasts the absolute without a doubt BEST team of doctors and nurses ive ever had the pleasure of being cared for by. I would HIGHLY recomend this ER facility to EVERYONE.Oh yeah and before i forget...should you ever need an iv while your there, make sure you ask for David (hes a paramedic) I am super (almost) impossible to find veins on, but David got it on the first try!!!!! While your at it ask for Charlie (hes a nurse) and Orlando if you need an ultrasound.....they are the best!!! you’ll thank me later 😉

I usually dont write reviews but I feel that this review is absolutely necessary. I was at your facility because I had to take my wife with severe migraine. In the beginning everything was great. We were seen almost immediately which is definitely an improvement to a regular hospital ER. My wifes blood was taken quickly and everything seemed to be flowing smooth. Thats when everything went down hill. The nurse that came in, I believe his name was Charles, greeted us with a loud hello without at least giving a warning knock. Not a regular hello either, it was a screechy hello that is not welcoming at all. He also had this really strong smelling cologne that shouldnt be allowed in the health care field. As he held the thermometer in my wifes mouth she almost gagged because of the strong smell of cigarettes that came for his hand. I thought hospitals were supposed to be smoke free. My wife left there feeling worse than when she got there. I will make sure to post reviews in regards to this sarcastic unprofessional person and I will make sure that neither I nor my family and friends ever go there. There are many other ER choices. Again, sorry about the negative review but I feel its important someone knows about this.

BEWARE OF THIS ER. I was there 2 months ago and learned after my visit this is part of Kendall Regional Medical Center. I stayed in the ER for about 5-6 hours. So far I have received bills for $5562.69, which seems EXCESSIVE FOR THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED. I requested detailed bills but have not received them so far. I had an IV, blood test, and MRI. I was given antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication, and pain medication. Staff was rude and uncaring with the exception of discharging physician. Probably the worst night of my life, I was alone, in extreme pain, and very scared. Nurse Kelly would repeat the same answer like a robot regardless of the question she was asked...The doctor has to see you before we can do anything. It was 3 am and there were only 2 patients in the ER including me, but it took the doctor over an hour and a half to see me. He was rushed and never looked at me while reviewing my records, I never had the chance to look at his name tag. He never came back with results or to check on me. This was the worst experience, I do not have insurance and the bills so far are $5562.69. I wish I had known more about this ER before I set a foot in their facilities. The photo in the center shows the charges for the physician which were $1487.00 !!

I took my friend with food poisoning and the dr. Did lots of test and decided it was gastroenteritis. Never gave us blood urine results. It was food poison due to eating McDonalds. Pleade DO NOT GO THERE. HORRIBLE PLACE. Go to ER in a hospital. Youll be better off. Did test not need it. If you are fine you eat something and start feeling with vomiting diarrea fever and body pain. It was the food, not gastritist. She does not suffer from that ever.

The staff was very attentive, the moment they saw my condition I was immediately put in a room and taken care of. It took two hours for discharge, during that time I had an ultrasound, cat scan, pain meds, and rehydration. Quick and friendly. I highly recommend.

My wife had a pain of gastritis, she needed to go to the ER to have a lot of pain. I thought about going to the Baptist Urgen Care but my wife insisted on going to this new Kendall Regional Emergency, this place was closer to our house. When we got there the lobby was empty. We wait about 10 minutes and nobody comes to meet us, I thought we are in an emergency or not… I opened a door and then someone came to attend us. I can say, they treated us quickly, everything was clean and new, and the staff was professional. We were there for 3 hours… but the bill was for more de $1500. It is very very expensive, it is the big medicine business here… the next time we go better to Baptist which is less abusive or we will buy omeprazole at Walgreens or CVS.

Super clean no wait and everything taken care of got all the best Doctors in the area.

Really bad experience Tuesday night at this emergency room. Staff was rude, very unfriendly, an uncaring. I was in extreme pain and asked nurse Kelly for pain medication several times. She actually walked out of the room while I was asking her for help. After over an hour the Doctor came in and said I needed to cooperate so they could perform a cat scan before they could order pain medication. Not sure how I was labeled as uncooperative when I had not been given any care at this point expect for an IV. Had they told me they could not medicate me before the test I would have understood. Kindness and respect for a patient goes a long way when they are alone and scared in an emergency room under extreme pain. I was still there Wednesday morning and was lucky Dr. Eeves took over my care. He took the time to explain my condition and talk to my doctor directly to ensure continued care after I left the emergency room.

The emergency team at this facility does amazing work providing critical care! Thank you for all they do for patients!

Honestly this place is a scam. I went in for a allergic reaction that caused a rash all over my body and face, and neither Benadryl or Alegría were working. It seems nice from the outside and the waiting area was also very nice. There was no wait so that was also very nice but when they took me to my room I was taken a back. The bed sheets looked as if someone had already been on them, they had two very notice holes and the sheets were literally STAINED!! I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on that bed but the nurse insisted it was clean. Anyways they took my vitals and my history and told me to wait for the doctor. A student came in to see me and then the doctor which had like zero bedside manner. She told me her name and literally looked at me and said “yeah it’s an allergic reaction, I’ll write you a prescription.” And literally walked right out. The only positive thing was that it was very quick but the whole experience itself was not great. But the worst this about this whole thing was how much these people billed my insurance! Literally $2,647.14 to literally not even have touch me. I work for major healthcare facility and I’ve have gotten done more and gotten billed a lot less then this.

Where do I begin? First of all the service was absolutely fabulous, i was attended right away by the lovely nurse Barbara who was able to make me feel comfortable in the new hospital. Ive always have really skinny ad not too good veins, but the paramdeic David; I dont know what miracle he did but he got it the first try and it was super painless!Lastly, the physician Dr Volz, was honestly the only emergency room doctor who actually knows what hes doing. My experience of having him attend me has honestly motivated me (going into nursing) to specialize in the emergency department. Overall, the hospital was very clean and organized. This will be the only place ill return for an emergency.

I haven’t been to this ER so i hate to give it a 1 star but i am having the same issue someone else had. I called to find out information on a patient who was taken by rescue. They asked me for both mine and the patients name. I e currently been on hold for 30 mins. I don’t think they have any intentions of returning to the phone. I would think if the phone customer service is lacking how would the service in house be?

Visited 2 times, both times the service was prompt and smooth; they helped my wife to battle the nasty kidney infection. I wish to thank dr D. Kutner and staff.

Went there bc I had serious jaw pain...they checked my ears and mouth and found nothing. After treating me and giving me Ativan as if I were a psych patient I was discharged and went home...the next day after torture and pain I went to baptist main where I usually go and behold...liquid in my middle ear! How is it the nurse and the doctor missed it the night before because they both checked my ears... never going back to that shack...yes...they have modern equipment but perhaps they need some old school doctors and nurses!? Theyre friendly and courteous but there is Nothing like experienced staff that know what theyre doing! Thank you Baptist... like always for helping me and diagnosing me correctly. 👎👎Sorry but this hospital gets a thumbs down from me! SMH

On 9/20/2021 I was in the urgen care for vomiting and diarrhea, a totally professional team, thank you doctor Javier x gonzalez and the team of very humane nurses and technicians, attentive, they answered all my questions, they explained all the 5 start procedures to me this urgent care

In the years that I have been in Miami, I have had to go through several hospitals and medical centers, today I had to go to this place, trying to find a better treatment and professionalism.
