I had to take my mom who is 92 yrs old here and could not have made a better choice. The attention and care they gave her was exceptional. Dr. Bouzidi was a kind and understanding soul that made me feel at ease and I knew my mom was in great hands. The nurse Ingrid was spectacular …. so kind and understanding. Look, no visit to the ER is for any good. Last night I googled the nearest ER and Baptist came up. I just moved here and needed care.Upon checking in, a slight wait and off to the care. The nurse was amazing, happy, helpful, professional and caring. The Doctor was great and very informative.Appreciate all the staff did for me.

Although they brought me in very quickly and the Dr came in pretty quick, I waited a long time for her to come do my sonogram even thought I knew I was next patient for the test. Also, once the sonogram was given I waited at least an hour for the Dr to come back to talk to me. I already knew that the tech that gave me the sonogram said that I didn’t have any blood clots.

Quality of care was excellent. I brought my elderly mother there for a very late night emergency and they treated her like a queen. They were understood the situation, listened to our concerns and acted accordingly. Super professional, as well as kind gentle and caring.

Was empty. Really friendly staff. They did X-rays in the comfort of the room. Brought snacks and food. Made me feel very comfortable have been there more than once! Recommend more than ER!

I had nurse Shellaine who worked 7am till 7pm. She was excellent. Made me feel that I was a VIP. No matter how many times I rang button or whatever I request She handle it will a smile and willingness .. GREAT SERVICE 👍👌👍

Experience was great. Whats not great is that they prescribe you medicine. But the pharmacy dont want to give you the medicine because the doctor needs to call. So why prescribed medicine thats it wont be available for the patient.

Had a very positive experience at this ER. Got there and realized it was past lunchtime but I hadn’t eaten since breakfast. I asked the nurse if there were any cookies or crackers to hold me over. Surprisingly, she brought me a hot meal! Unexpected, and I was so grateful. Everyone was pleasant and my stay wasn’t too long either. A little gem out by Tamiami airport.Who knew??!!

My visit to the ER was perfect. Check in was quick and efficient. I was taken back to a room quickly. Everyone that helped me was outstanding. If you need to go to the ER, don’t hesitate to come here.

I’ve been here a couple times , the nurses are great and the doctors as well. They see you very fast , the least you’ll be in the waiting room is 5 minutes honestly. I always feel much better after I go everyone is very caring and attentive. Going to the hospital already makes you nervous and they make you feel good and try to make the best of your time there they always manage to make me laugh . I will always go there. I visited Baptist due to severe, debilitating sciatica pain that ran down my right leg. I arrived at 3:45 AM. No other patients were there. I was seen almost immediately. I had the fortune of being seen by Dr. William Veloz, a very caring, kind, and patient doctor. Gabriel, who took my vitals, immediately hooked me to an IV and took blood work. Then, I was taken to have a scan and ultrasound to rule out blood clots in my legs. I left pain-free and very happy with this experience. No doubt if another health issue arises, I will be visiting here again. Everyone was great! The receptionist, and everyone I came in contact with. I feel blessed that this ER is close to where I live and that theyre open 24/7. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Espectacular attention from my entrance to the ER, from the security, front desk, nurses, doctors, phlebotomist and MRI technicians, All make me feel attended, secure and help me to feel better! I really recommend this place, everyone is absolutely nice, everything is perfect clean, don’t hesitate if you need special care!

The whole staff was so kind and friendly. The beds are so comfy in the back which helps you relax during your visit. Dr. Abdul was very knowledgeable and caring as well as the nice young man who took my blood pressure. Last but not least, Christian is by far the best phlebotomist in the Miami, not even a pinch❤. To be honest i wasnt completely satisfied with the staff here. I went in for SOB and i didnt like how i was treated by SOME of the staff members. I was left alone most of the time and wasnt even hooked up to the bp monitor or was given any blanket or call button- and i dont know if its just me but if i know somebody is having difficulty breathing i think i would be be a little more vigilant with them? The doctor didnt even take 3 minutes with me and the first RN i had didnt even let me know she was changing shifts and basically just left.. It all seemed like everybody was in a rush just to document things down instead of seeing how i was doing.Overall the place looks great in and out and looks clean. I would just like to say that a little compassion and empathy goes a long way.

***Beware*** Theyre no longer urgent care - way more expensive!! Yes staff was nice and place was clean but I rather have had a way cheaper bill! I even mentioned how my sister told me to go to the place for urgent care and the one staff I was speaking to stayed quiet and didnt tell me they werent even urgent care any longer. Feel betrayed.

Nurse Kelsy was very thorough, efficient and pleasant and so was the female doctor. My ninety-eight year old mother feel in love with them. It took awhile for them to start because we arrived just before the shift change. After they came into the room to see my mother they ordered all necessary test and quickly discharged her.

I totally recommend this baptist urgent health. The staff is friendly and super clean. The service was fast and the quality of attention is amazing. The nurses are friendly and nice.

Marilyn my RN was the best if I could give her 10 stars I would, I’ve never had a nurse like her she was complete sweetheart would be worried that I didn’t felt lonely, talk to me explain everything that I was going to get in the process. She did worry I was in great spirit. A nurse like no other I have met!

My first time to visit a free-standing ER and the place surely is, a fitting example of a very efficient and state-of-the art healthcare facility. The staff are very professional and courteous, making my 4-hour stay truly seamless and pleasant. The delivery of services, including blood works, clinical procedures and keeping patients updated with findings and clinical management were truly commendable. Kudos to the management and staff! As a healthcare professional myself, I truly was impressed by the quality of healthcare delivery that this facility offers the West Kendall communities.

All persons I dealt with were friendly, cordial and helpful. The med tech, the RN. the Dr., the ultrasound tech, and the xray tech. The facility looks new and clean. Very nice.

I am so happy that the wait time was less than a half an order compared to the main Ed which could be up to 4 hours.The staff was pleasant and Dr Wang and Dr Peña are caring and listen patiently to my mothers concerns.

I have always chosen Baptist over other health facilities, but this one did not live up to Baptist’s reputation in my opinion. I usually leave Baptist feeling like I had got the best care, but not this time. I will drive the extra miles to one of the other locations in the future.

I got to the emergency room really scare, since the beginning they treat me really nice, they have a lovely crew The police officer, the nurses at the entrance, all the nurses that treated me the technicians and the Doctor and excellent service thank you very much! And the installations neat a very good experience

All staff were polite and helpful though very busy. Wait was longer than anticipated but I was not an emergency so nothing wrong with that. There seemed to be a lot of unvaccinated, my patience with them is gone but hats off to the staff for working with them

I was astonished at the proficiency of care I received. The amazing RN Melissa at Baptist W.Kendall Medical Center as well as Dr. Steed. Then I was moved to Baptist W.Kendall Hospital. There I needed surgery and I was treated with such attention and professionalism by another RN Doreen.These people are Diamonds! I cant recommend more, choosing these Hospitals. Usually, the experience is dreadful, but the dedication, competence and overwhelming attention to details made me feel grateful for what these professionals really do. Day in day out. GET YOUR VAX! I have been here a couple of times and the medical staff is great. The wait isn’t too bad and the facility is very clean. My veins are hard to get and they always get it on the first try which I really appreciate. My only feedback is when you walk in the security guard isn’t pleasant at all. I feel like when you’re going to a hospital for care, there needs to be a warm welcome. I went one time with my daughter and he started questioning why I hadn’t gone to NCH. He demanded that I understand it’s not a COVID testing sight (I wasn’t there to test for COVID) and told me that if I didn’t have insurance, it was VERY EXPENSIVE. Which I do have insurance. Every time I go, it’s the same guard and he just isn’t pleasant with patients. He communicated with others loudly - patients and staff about things that shouldn’t be spoken so everyone can hear. I think I would retrain him with what the Baptist customer (patient) service expectation are including teaching him empathy.

I’m giving it a 2 only because Amy the nurse was very nice and helpful. The security guard’s uncaring demeanor and the overall service was horrible. People go there because they were in pain or are worried about a relative, a little compassion, a smile is in imperative in your field.

My nurse Micheal was every attentive. The service was great. Everyone was on point and very nice.

My nurse, Daniel, was attentive and professional. Enrique, the CT Tech took his time to explain what tests were being done and what to expect and helped put me at ease. Dr. Mascarinas was awesome - thorough and caring. This place is great - hidden gem with no wait times. I was taken in right away. Baptist Health does is right when it comes to service excellence and compassionate care.

My brother came down with Covid they took excellent care, ran all the necessary test- made him feel very well taken care of - when he needed more services arranged transfer to South Miami Hospital. The entire Baptist health System is excellent

I was suffering from severe leg pain. The nurse and doctor on duty at the Baptist West Kendall emergency room did not care about my pain. I was given an injection with antiflamatory medication and sent home.

Baptist always has great service, from the check in to all the nurses and Drs that take care of us. We went in and only waited 15 min to be seen. They Dr listened to my daughter and what she was feeling. I dont mind driving 30 min to make sure she has the best care.

I came in with a concern and they found the best solution possible. The care I got was outstanding. The nurse was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this facility.

Ill will give you only 2 stars.i was a covid patient that develop a pneumonia and think that it was totally unacceptable having people in pain for more almost five hours in order to get an chest x-ray . The procedure didnt take more that 10 minutes and another 10 minutes to be read it by a doctor. Covid patients has breathing issues and having them with a mask for almost five hours I think is irresponsible. I was coughing all the time .The medical staff treated me well and were very helpful and professional. However, the security guard should be more sympathetic with the patients and their families. People go there because are in pain and suffering

My visit was a horror show. I was there for 10 hours . I was treated like a 2nd class citizen. No food no offer of water . I was shot upWith iodine and but in a machine. The woman doctor said there was nothing wrong with me . I was in pain . I told her what about a chiropractor and she said she didn’t believe in them and I said what about acupuncture and she said I never tried it . Very unprofessional. I will never return there . Be carful . Avoid this place .

Im a senior in reasonably good health; notwithstanding health issues Ive had and survived w.o. after treatment....I was taken here by Florida resident ex-retired ER Nurse...(took me here tho I did have some trepwdationdue to what if there arent doctors there, or only PAs(which are great) and I was feeling very scared, not thi king it was covid, tho who could say, even tho we had 2 tests last week and Negative...and I not only felt ill, BUT very scared, not being in my town So.Ca. at beach, with my own doctors...Well, I can say that was the most helpful and simply put, wonderful, pleasant, environment..if an ill person can even notice that...THE DOCTOR, BRITTANY TYSON, is the most pleasant, concerned, caring, knowledge doctor!!! She made me feel as tho I was her only patient, explained EVERYTHING, listened to my litany of past fears especially re. RXs, explained everything she was going to do and EVER once appeared (as some physicians have at times for a myriad reasons I suppose, made me feel like I might be on their overload or whatever...SHE SHOULD in my opinion, train incoming doctors on dr/patient relations, which so SOME doctors unfortunately lack n its u fortunate because patient neglected n not .ade feel better...SHE IS LIKE A BEACON OF HOPE...HER TOTAL demeanor makes the patient feel its gonna be OK, shes going to find out whats wrong Im no longer scared...I could go on because of the impression she made on me and was calming (looking RIGHT AT ME AND LISTENING, as I said)....I surely hope that she is commended in some way and this URGENT CARE is better for her presence and concern and k owkedge, not leaving a stone unturned...I left there feeling I was going to be all right and if NOT then I would go back there..I will see my Dr. TUESDAY...I FEEL CONFIDANT because of Dr. Tyson...shes a people person full of knowledge...and care...Kelly assisted n my experience there is the best esp.under condition I felt in..THANK YOU FOR HER BEING THERE...M.WADE....

This is my first visit to this emergency room and I can say that from the front desk to the rest of the personnel; all of them showed a great professionalism and interest. They were very attentive and not to mention that the facility is very clean.

I was sent there from Baptist Urgent Care in Kendall for further diagnostics. Both locations gave me fast, courteous attention. The doctors explained everything. The support personnel were very professional and really nice, as were the doctors. I have no reservations about going there again if the need should arise.

Afternoon shift (older man) security guard was extremely rude while picking up patient, afternoon female receptionist misinformed Doctor on patient’s husband pick up, patient’s nurse never informed husband of updates , even tgough was asked 3 times to do so, nurse never gave patient info on telephone availabilty. Suggestion , go to another ER if conditions allow,

It was so quick, with all the equipment of a normal ER! Best staff ever!

I have come here a couple of times and each experience has been amazing. The nurses and doctors are kind and knowledgeable. They have taken the time to listen and really take care of me. I have multiple chronic illnesses and though I’ve had to come more often than I’d like, they have treated me with respect and kindness every time. They have run tests to make sure I’m not going into organ failure and much more. I am very grateful particularly to Dr. Adriana, Nurse Jessica, and Nurse Roger. They’re why I choose to do everything through Baptist. The doctors here are also the ones who caught that my liver enzymes were way too high which led to me getting a biopsy and finding out I have fibrosis of the liver. I credit them when my own specialists who see me regularly failed to catch this. Again, I’m very grateful to Baptist.

Went into Baptist ER at 3 am after a bad allergic reaction. The nurses and doctors were quick to help me and very thorough on explaining everything. Dr. Cooper was very kind and caring. I was in and out within 1.5 hours.

The best ER staff and attention is here! They take care of you in the most sensitive and fast way . All the nurses make sure you feel better even before the doctor sees you! The ER Doctor that saw me came fast enough and made me feel better by explaining in details his diagnosis of my health issue and the recommended treatment! Dr. Irizarry seemed very sensitive to my situation! Both your physical and emotional concerns are taken care of in the most sensitive way!

This Emergency Room was a blessing for me yesterday. I was in and out in less than two hours. My problem was handled in a very professional and fast way. Juan, the nurse who took care of me was excellent. Francis, a supervisor, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Last but not least, the physician in charge gave me a very detailed explanation of causes and the solution for my problem. Kudos to all of them!

Everyone was so kind and attentive to me , fast and felt welcomed . Was nervous going at first but they made me feel so at ease. The nurse and the paramedic and the doctor were fantastic and took care of me the way anyone should be taken care of , I’m a Baptist employee and I recommend this Mini ER for all your quick needs. I went Sunday great but had to return with my autistic son because he wasent getting better Tuesday night and had to leave Security and front desk lady inconsiderate tthat we wanted to wait outside because waiting room was packed with people with covid 19 and i didnt want our autistic son around everyone.told me to leave if i wouldnt stay in waiting room.dont worry Ill never return

The West Kendall Emergency Care facility provides Excellent Service with Competent, Caring and Knowledgable staff. The only shortcoming is the long wait period to see the medical staff. There were many vacant rooms even though we were told that they were overbooked. Termination of care was also unnecessarily delayed, as we observed staff with time on their hands.We hope that in the future the staff will be more efficient with their time and that we can provide a 5 star rating.

The care I received was promptly and professional. First time I visited this facility and to be honest, I did not know what to expect, having had my share of bad health care in the past. I was pleasantly surprised and I will highly recommend this emergency facility to my family and circle of friends.

Went on Christmas day due to COVID19. Overall, the experience was really good. I checked in at 3.52pm and was out at 7.44pm with a diagnosis. The staff came as needed. The services were done on timely matter I think. To me what was important was to know what I have and leave with correct treatment home. And they provided me that. Thank you for your help...what you do and what you get to expose doesnt have any words.
