The staff is very friendly and professional. The veterinarian was awesome. She explained everything in a way I could understand. She also called to follow up on how my cat was doing and gave me the test results herself. I would definitely go here again as they provide quality care. You may want to consider pet insurance however as diagnostic services are very costly. Luckily they accept care credit so I was able to move forward with the necessary tests.

My experience could not have been better. Tender loving care & professionalism from the minute we set foot in the clinic. Dr Chauvet kept texting me from the minute the surgery (Herniated disk) was about the begin til the next day when I picked up my Pet (LUPITA) . Amazing bed side manners..

Please take your pet somewhere else. I have had the worst experience with this clinic. Not only is there customer service atrocious, the majority of the staff was rude. Reluctantly, I left my dog there for treatment in the afternoon and picked him up in the morning. I received a call 2 hours later from a Vet stating they were seeing my dog. (I had already picked up my dog and taken him to my regular vet) they had obviously confused my dog for another and this could have affected the treatment of the other animal. Would not recommend.

I took my dog with two dog bites open wounds on Thursday night they told me that I have to wait because they were seeing a critical emergency I do t know what is critical to them and it might take up to 4 hrs when I finally got them to take him inside they told me in order to start treatment I had to pay up front thats what I did then they told that the surgeon wasnt Able to see him until the next day long story short they didnt start surgery until late the next day because they were attending other emergency long story short my dog died.If you love your pet please dont take them here.

We had to make the hard decision to put our 16 year old dog down a couple weeks ago. They were very helpful and kind in this whole process. They even gave us a thoughtful gift, an impression of his paws.

After paying the $100 emergency fee, and even though the assistants knew why I was their, I had to wait over two hours for the doctor to tell me that they do not do any kind of exams on weekends, when the website states that is #1 Vet doing any kind of exams. Additionally, the nurse attended started asking questions as if I was the vet!!! Terrible terrible service!
