This practice is the perfect merging of the more personal and involved midwife model of pregnancy/delivery care with the oversight and medical training of a traditional OB, finished off with a soothing, holistic office atmosphere! The midwives and Dr Brass were excellent throughout my prenatal visits--so personal, never rushed, and truly thoughtful in addressing pregnancy concerns. You rotate through meeting all of the midwives and Dr Brass throughout your pregnancy, which allows you to build a level of comfort with all of them for when D-day arrives--I had no reservations about any of them delivering baby when the day came. My delivering midwife was Hannah; and her attentiveness, care, and hands-on approach throughout labor and delivery made for such a smooth arrival of our baby. She took extra steps during late labor to ensure baby was in the ideal position to descend easily, and she had amazing comfort/support measures for those tough final moments of labor and birth. I truly cannot recommend this practice highly enough--after a couple of deliveries with a more conventional OB practice, this was such a different, personalized, sweet experience with Dr Brass and her team.

True harmony and all the staff is amazing. They are friendly and quick with getting you checked in and settled. I’ve seen a few different doctors and they all make sure you understand what they are saying before you leave the office. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Dr. Grove was amazing at handling my concerns and referred me to a specialist to help take care of the issue! She is the first Dr Ive gone to whos actually taken the time to listen to me and truly cares about her patients! The office is very welcoming and clean and so nicely decorated as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was so excited to see a ND and read great reviews and some bad reviews about this place but still took a chance and scheduled am 830am appointment. I got there a little early to fill out paper work so I could be seen at my scheduled time with Dr. Grobe. People came in after me and went back I didnt think anything about it. 9:25am still no one called my name to come back for my appointment. I finally asked when will I be seen and the receptions said she would check. Never said anything else until I went to the front and asked for a refund and my paper work back. She then said they said it will be a few minutes. By that time I was upset and asked for full refund. I will NEVER schedule an appointment with this place again. This place is unprofessional.

Always have a good experience when I come. There are usually students present during my appointments but they’re great as well. I drive almost 3 hours each way to come to this facility and it’s always worth it to me. High quality care and compassion.

Dr. Brass is the best doctor! The first time I met her she made me feel so free and comfortable and she’s always ready to answer any question you have, which made me feel like I was in safe hands. In addition, she’s really funny and made my visit more enjoyable.My family and I are really happy working with her.

I switched to True Harmony at 32 weeks pregnant from a much larger practice and it was the best decision I could’ve made. Everything about True Harmony felt right and I love their approach to care during pregnancy. I have to give a special shout out to both Robin and Avery who truly made this experience a positive one, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for any OB/GYN needs in the future.

This office has wonderful doctors they took the time and listened to the issues I had an we were able to come up with a wonderful plan.

Looking over reviews again, thinking of how awful Dr. Brass Jones was to me. They are very disorganized and in a rush. They trick you with being amazing your first visit... Then they do not care, are jamming and prodding and hurting you dont even care if youre crying in pain and find ways to charge you more. I feel after looking over reviews they are not tolerant of plus size women or any one not of the norm. Dr was short with me at my 2nd appointment I asked about other optiins for my issue and was told I could lose a ton of weight... She spoke about me to her student as if I was not a human and really made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. 1st pap was fine. 2nd I felt violated and it hurt so much. Only the surgery scheduler was kind to me. It scarred me! Im finally seeing a new gyno at a new practice and I pray she is better!

Everything was very clean and the front desk was sweet and professional. I got called in right away and didn’t wait one bit. Hannah was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions, gave me options, and was patient when I didn’t exactly know how to word my concerns. I’m so happy I found this place!

I was so excited to find a new OBGYN that could help me with finding a new birth control and also prepare myself to have babies in a way that I want to have them.My visit today has left me in tears.I saw Doctor Brass and her PA Student Meghan. Meghan was AMAZING. Very professional, listened to my concerns and was very kind.Dr. Brass was very rushed and did not explain things to me. I was a new patient and she did not take the time to talk to me before our exam. She seemed very irritated to be there and did not make sure I was comfortable with and safe during my exam.I was very uncomfortable and did not appreciate the unprofessionalism from Dr. Brass as I left.So disappointed. Will not be coming back.

This place made me feel really comfortable for my first visit there. However they are very disorganized. They called me with lab results and i missed the call and called back atleast 8 times & couldnt get ahold of anyone. When I finally got ahold of someone to fill my prescription she said shed have it in today. I call today and they tell me no one is there to put my prescription through until monday. Imagine having to wait several days for results then even longer to get your treatment because no one answers the phone & when they do give out blind estimates & false info. Dont think ill be returning.Update: I went back & this time was charged $80 for absolutely nothing. Do not come here unless you want your time wasted.

My first experience was great. I switched providers at 17 weeks but loved all the info they gave me for my first visit. Everyone was super kind and they took their time answering my questions. I love that they mix western medicine with a natural approach to your care.

Dr. Brass is amazing! From the moment I met her I instantly felt safe. Her wisdom and compassion are helping me through an overall very difficult time in my life! So grateful I ended up in her care.

I used to love this location a couple of years ago but since then its drastically gone downhill. New providers and new front staff that are rude and incompetent. They used to be so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Certainly a shame! Went in for a well womens exam. The CNA was ditzy and had no clue what she was doing. She walked out and came back in laughing and stated, Oh I guess I should take your blood pressure! They didnt have me leave a urine sample. They wanted to do blood work but said Oops we should have had the front desk tell you to fast. Well you can come in anytime to finish it. The provider quickly did my pap then said, Okay were all done! Tells me to get dressed, walks out leaving the door cracked open so I closed it. Start getting dressed and she laughs and walks in (while Im getting dressed) and says, I guess it would help if I actually finished the exam. Proceeds to quickly go through it which was pointless. From start to finish it was a horrible experience. I had multiple rude and poor encounters before this when I was pregnant but this topped it for me. Definitely wont be returning!

I found Dr Brass-Jones to be very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I look forward to going back soon.

Thankful to have providers who take time to listen to my concerns, treat underlying issues instead of symptoms, and aren’t all willy nilly with prescription drugs and antibiotics!

I was just on the phone with one of the ladies here and they were really kind and super informing. I never have called or scheduled an appointment anywhere and had such a nice person on the other end. Would highly recommend at least checking out their website to see if their services will help you.

I am so grateful that I discovered Dr. Brass at the Center for True Harmony Wellness & Medicine for my OB/GYN wellness needs. Dr. Brass and her staff do a phenomenal job. I feel completely heard and taken care of during my appointment. I so appreciate the written Wellness Goals & Treatment Plans they provide for my reference after my appointment. This plan documents what was accomplished during my appointment, and what needs to be done next. Its so very helpful in reminding me what I need to do next.  Ive never had a doctors office do this for me before, and its just one of the little things they do that is a step above the rest ...theyre just the best!!

They take months to respond to you with results. Then they make you pay a copay just to tell you results over the phone.The answering system of the procedure scheduler speaks of a vacation 4 months ago, so you get the idea that messages aren’t listened to.

Ive been going here for over 6 years for birth control. But, trying to call and email Ive gotten absolutely no response. Absolutely annoyed with how many times Ive called to just get the busy tone or to leave a message with no one reaching back out to me. Ive sent 2 different emails and have yet to receive anything. Might just have to find a new doctor.

I feel very well cared for at True Harmony! Dr. Brass and her staff are so welcoming and kind. Im not nervous about delivery because I know me and my baby are in good hands.Any questions I have are always answered promptly, and Im never waiting in the office long for my appointment to begin! This has been a really great experience.

Waiting period was short and was seen right away. Dr. Grobe took her time explaining health and my health going forward in general.

Very rude staff and very pushy they are horrible place I would not send my dog here. They dont do paps and blood pressure correctly. They dont provide hardly any information during pregnancy here. The first CNM Lassi was rude and rushy. The second visit with Kalla was very rushy and somewhat rude. The care was not great and also requested provider and nothing happened. Poor customer care services.

The True Harmony midwives have all been excellent guides through my second pregnancy. They are supportive, personal, and patient enough to ensure that every question is answered. They encourage the support of your spouse and his involvement in the whole process!The office itself is also a much more intentional and relaxing environment than most ob offices. Hardly feels like a medical facility at all, yet their equipment and training are top notch.We are so blessed to have found these wonderful ladies, as we are confident that they will guide and support us through our birth with as much respect to our wishes as possible.

I cant wrap my head around how or why anyone would give a negative review for this practice. I switched to them in my 2nd trimester because I was not happy with my first provider. I am seriously a picky person when it comes to medical care. This place has never let me down.. They are communicative, they ALWAYS call back, they are ALWAYS on time I have not waited for more than 5 min for every single appt., each provider is nice and informative. I love everyone there, the front desk staff, the woman who does blood work, the ultrasound tech and even the massage therapist was great! There have also been times where I called because of some random concern and they got me in THAT DAY to check to make sure everything was good. I recommend them to everyone and hope this review can help someone else choose this great practice!

The staff is unresponsive. I have called each week for the past month politely asking for them to respond to my pharmacy for a prescription. The staff would say they would call back but then never contact me. My pharmacy faxed them information regarding my prescription THREE times and they would still not follow through. I have been completely neglected by this facility. I’m finding another provider today.

I never feel like my symptoms are being taken with real concern or care due to the lackluster responses I get from Dr Grobe. Her responses to what I am experiencing are usually dismissive and she has provided me with no real help. Very frustrating and upsetting. I have no interest in returning.

It’s my wife and I first time here and we really enjoyed it. They were really open about talking about everything. Gave us a lot of information but wasn’t overbearing and a great welcome bag! They were very friendly and highly skilled for sure. The place and environment is really nice, clean, taking care of.

I’m 35 years old and since my very first visit to the OBGYN, I’ve ALWAYS dreaded when it was time to check my V, my totin (as Puerto Rican’s day it 😂). It’s always been an unpleasant feeling. I know you ladies know what I’m talking about! Well... for the first time, based on rating I decided to give this office a try. I’m soooo glad I did!!! I was seen by Robin and her student Kristin. Can I just tell you that Kristin was PHENOMENAL!!! I “V” fell NOTHING when she was examining me. No pain, no discomfort, absolutely nothing. They were kind, sweet, knowledgeable. A really really pleasant visit. Let me not forget Jennifer from NY! Lol and also the sweet girl at the front desk, who’s name I failed to get. I look forward to my future visits and hope that Kristin stays there ❤️

I transferred care here in the end of my second trimester/beginning of my third trimester, the care I am receiving is excellent and is a very good alternative if you are someone who has had a traumatic birthing experience prior and are dealing with chronic health illness related issues. They are very knowledgable about the types of vitamins that are, for pain management during pregnancy. They also have a health spa, that offers many unique services and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is pregnant or looking for an gynecology based provider services.

Dr. Grobe is wonderful. She spends the time to get to know all about me and my family. She never rushes on to the next patient. She is gentle, kind, understanding, patient, supportive and empathetic. Dr. Grobe recommends supplements, compounded medicines and advice to treat the whole of you, rather than treating just a symptom. I highly recommend her.

Currently 7 months pregnant and looking to switch OBs (I havnt been seen in a while) I dont feel taken care of here. I live in Phoenix but make the drive to mesa because I wanted a naturapathic OB but its not worth my drive. I feel rushed in my appointments, the OB has not been the friendliest, and my pain complaints are not taken seriously. Multiple times I arrive for my appointment only to be told im not on the schedule (I make a 30min drive and get turned away) I never get calls back for lab work results, my last phone appointment never happened, they never called me. I have called multiple times now and left voice-mails requesting my medical records so I can see a new OB but have had no success.

Would literally give zero stars if I could. Their whole company is so disorganized. They never called me back for my blood results and even when I called in they acted like they were clueless of who I was. Weeks later they emailed me saying they have been trying to call me (I had no missed calls) to go over results and I emailed them back immediately and got no response again. Would not recommend at all.

Dr. Brass, her associates, and front staff always make me feel like I matter. They are very attentive and ready to listen. When it comes to going to the doctor I feel that is very important. It is also a HUGE plus that there is a phlebotomist in office. Thank you True Harmony!!

I felt that my gynecologist I usually go to wasnt providing me honest information about my birth control so I decided to go to a naturopathic gynecologist to get a different opinion. Dr. Grobe was super honest and provided me with helpful information that other doctors had never told me. Everything she said made perfect sense and I am so thankful I went to her.

After many failed attempts at finding a good doctor, I finally tried Dr. Grobe. I have happily been seeing her for several years now. I highly recommend her and this office.

I chose this new facility based on the online ratings. I hate leaving bad feedback but maybe consider it constructive criticism... if we dont know we cant improve.1.) Please tell patients there will be a urine test at all appointments when scheduling. I went before leaving my house so it was very difficult to complete this.2.) The new patient paperwork is really detailed and takes more than 1/2 hour to fill out.3.) I clearly asked about my health insurance to be verified before arrival because I had not received my new card yet. Was assured Id receive an email if there were any hiccups. No email, but upon arrival was informed my insurance was not valid and Id need to pay out of pocket today at my visit. Im sure other patients in the area thought I had no insurance. Embarrassing! Then it was said theyd take care of it but theyd get in trouble. Ummm not my intent to get anyone in trouble or have to file a claim and wait for insurance to refund me.4.) The chatter at the front desk complaining and wishing to work from home instead of in office was less than desired. There are lots of employers hiring during Covid that might provide a happier environment or for a work from home opportunity.Overall... Dr. Robin was great at listening & calming me down once in the exam room. She is very thorough and the reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 2. How I get my results will determine a returned visit or not.

What a great office and office staff. Everyone has been so kind from the labs to the Dr. especially Katie the ultra sound tech. She is the kindest soul I’ve met. So glad I found them and I wish I could receive my regular medical care here.

They need a serious adjustment to their billing and scheduling organization.Over the course of the seven month period leading up to the delivery, we have had an issue almost every visit with some combination of these two areas.

Other than a bit of a wait time, I was very satisfied with the staff and Dr. Brass-Jones. She listened and responded to my concerns and took into account my goals for my own health care. She was quick to assess and set up future steps that needed to happen and made recommendations.I am looking forward to continue working with them for my wellness goals.

I loved the environment with the calming music and essential oil diffuser. I was pretty nervous to come for the first time and I think the atmosphere really helped that. Everyone was friendly, polite and quick. My only critique would have probably be that they were a little too quick. I felt almost rushed which left me a little unsure if it was all done and if everything was truly looked at. From a different perspective it could be seen as efficiency since they do this consistently. It is their job after all and they seemed more than happy to answer any questions and alternative suggestions to medications which I appreciated. I would be more than happy to return!

In July of 2019, I visited this clinic to have a well women exam and obtain birth control. I chose this provider because of their positive reviews, the appearance of their clinic, and the comfortable atmosphere they seemed to provide. While they had the atmosphere as promoted, it quickly became uncomfortable during my visits.This was my first well women exam and it left me very apprehensive and anxious about having any more in the future. (Im happy to report Ive found a different clinic that I like much better).The providers at this clinic did not listen to my concerns, and seemed very inconsiderate of how I was feeling, etc. I had a lot of difficulty, pain, and discomfort during their exams. They told me to calm down so that I wouldnt scare their other patients. I expressed the need for am inexpensive birth control prescription. The provider assured me this would be considered, and verified with billing. Then they prescribed one that cost me $150, far above my expressed budget. I tried to contact the office more than once about this cost and the side effects I had after starting the birth control. They did not get back to me about these concerns.There were many other difficulties I had with my visit and the providers that I do not feel comfortable sharing here. Regardless, I would not recommend this clinic or these providers and I will not be returning.

Made a appointment for my daughter. While having trouble finding the place called several times to get the answering machine. Finally found it but was 20 mins late and they told me they could not see me anymore. I get it I was late but I didnt receive the address or instructions through email like promised, not one appointment reminder, no call to see if we had trouble getting there. The oh well answer I got at the front desk wasnt nice either. I will never have anything nice to say about this place.

Dr. Grobe is always respectful and listens to my needs. She provides me with different options to help with what I’m dealing with. She’s great.

Very calm and holistic atmosphere. The Assistant and PA both listened to my concerns and legitimately took into account my past experiences and care. My exam was done with a gentle touch and explanation of what they were doing before and again while the exam was taking place.

Wonderful experience with the entire practice, specially my delivery with midwife Monica, she is such a nice, fun, and yet professional midwife. My water broke and had to deliver 4-5 weeks early on a weekend but everything went very smoothly and I received the best care possible. Much of a better experience than my first one in a different state. Thanks Monika for everything! The front door staff is also amazingly nice and kind making each visit pleasant!

Had a great experience all pregnancy with Dr Brass and the midwives! I love that I was also able to come to them for any illness when I was sick. And how they chose more natural ways vs popping pills. I was induced but had a very smooth delivery with no complications and have a beautiful baby girl born in April. Thank you Dr Brass and MONICA!! Ive been looking for a good OBGYN since I moved out here in 2015. I finally found the place! The staff are very nice and the lobby is very welcoming. Usually at any other doctor office Im waiting forever and a day, but I got in quickly and they took care of my needs adequately and professionally. Im glad I found a place to go to where I can feel comfortable and know that I will be taken care of in the appropriate amount of time. You guys are amazing and thank you so much!

I felt very welcome and comfortable here, which is not something I normally feel in a doctor’s office setting, especially upon my first visit. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. Robin was amazing and easy to talk to! I will definitely be coming back for my yearly exams or any other needs I may have.

I really like Dr. Grobe - she is a great listener, is gentle and a great communicator. I was taken back about 40 minutes late with no acknowledgement of the delay, no apology which was frustrating. That said, they accommodated my blood draw and overall I am still pleased.

Best OB office I’ve ever been to. They’re very accommodating, the front desk ladies are so kind, and the doctors are efficient, kind and surprisingly punctual (for doctors) I’ve never had an issue, and love coming here.Update: seriously the best OBGYN in the area! I’ve been to many across the country, and they are the kindest, most considerate ones I’ve experienced. They’re efficient, gentle, and genuinely listen to you. I will be using this office for years to come!

I came in for a papsmear. The pa had an awesome attitude but tried to talk me out of a papsmear and I kind of had to continue repeat that I wamted one. I havent had one in years mind you. Since the results for everything, I have called multiple times trying to get help and followup. I got someone on the phone 1 time and she was rude and short tempered. I have left many messages, with days inbetween and have never been rude or aggressive. I truly just wanted help. A month and a half later and I still have the same issue. Very poor customer service and lack of follow up so I still have the same issue and will be forced to go to another doctor.

I have seen multiple providers here and its always been a good experience for me. On my last visit, Dr. Grobe listened to my concerns and took the time to answer my questions.

Yesterday was my first appointment with them, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the reception, the medical assistant, and the midwife. They were all lovely and I immediately felt at home and welcome. They were all so amazing and they made me so much more confident about my pregnancy. I look forward to my next appointment!

This was a phone call. I had several specific questions concerning tests and meds. Dr Grobe worked with me on adjusting my plan. All in about 20 minutes 👍🏼

I am re-doing my review after my experience with them after having a baby, front desk was always helpful..the back office was lacking quite a bit and I could never get a call back. I called over 2 weeks ago to get be seen for a change in my birth control and no call back! Whenever I had a concern, I’d leave multiple voicemails and never would get a call back. Kassi was a wonderful midwife and would recommend her to anyone, I am also disappointed that I had some random on-call doctor for banner that delivered my baby..not anyone from the office themselves.

I went here when I was pregnant in 2017-2018 and I loved them.I went here again for a gynecologist appointment and theyre still fantastic.I will always recommend them.Theyre so friendly and comforting.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Christine Brass-Jones and the entire True Harmony staff. The office is welcoming and has an extremely calm and relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Brass-Jones helped me to bring my beautiful kids into the world with humor, support and love. She spoke to my oldest with such respect and kindness and made her feel like she was part of the entire process during my pregnancy with my son and I am beyond grateful for that inclusion. I recommend True Harmony to every woman I know. I love Dr. Brass-Jones and True Harmony!

True Harmony has been such a wonderful experience. I started with a different Obgyn and switched over, and it has been a night and day difference! I am so happy with my care, and the care of my baby!! Being older and high risk its good to know that you have options. My 1st visit, I was offered delivery options that I was told werent available to me from my previous Doctor.

Love True Harmony. I live three hours away and choose to be cared for by the AMAZING staff. Dr. Brass is a great Dr. who chooses to understand her patients in a personal and medical aspect. I highly recommend working with ANY of the staff.
