I switched from Terros to the Marc Center. Much better facilities! They always seem to be very organized and prompt in returning phone calls.I see Jennifer Anderson, NP. Wasnt too sure about her at first, but that resolved after the first appointment. She switched me to a medication that is better for my condition, and during the time in my switch that was my rock bottom (Ive been medicated for 20 years), she was completely understanding and patient and completely there for me.I highly recommend the Marc Center, and Jennifer Anderson is the best! :)

Very clean, very polite, very comforting! The intake process took about 2 hours but, Joe was very comforting. The set my family member up with counseling and a NP for medication review. They can help with transportation.

I had 3 appountments with lulu for dbt herapy. The first one was fine. The second she wasnt avialable and I went home without seeing her. After over 3 weeks waiting i find out the day of my appointment that she has taken another position and I would be transfered to another therapist. Very upset.

The staff is very welcoming, courteous and professional. Willing to answer or find an answer to any questions you might have. If you ever need these types of services, The Marc Center is a great place to go .

I went here for an entire year for mental health assistance, the front desk employees have changed several times but they are always so helpful and nice while the doctors and counselors are all overbooked overworked and very burnt out. This place will prescribe you medicine or provide you with therapy but the general feel of the staff I dealt with was that they dont truly care or show true empathy for the patients. Steer clear of this place as there are much better options and plenty of other doctors/counselors who arent burnt out and will care for your problems. Its a shame that something as delicate as mental health help can be so overrun with unenthused, negligent, and careless people such as their PMHNP Jennifer Anderson. She doesnt care to learn what your true diagnosis is, she doesnt care or show concern for medication side-effects, and she will deny any chance of her decisions causing painful withdrawal even in the face of a hospital visit and may even delete the history of her giving you medication once she realizes what she has done. Good luck.

I unfortunately have been coming to Marc center for 2 years, which I was assigned to Jennifer Anderson, and I have to say she is possibly the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with in any type of medical situation, being er visits or just Dr. Visits, I had been going to a psychiatrist for many years before coming to this facility, I had explained to her the medication I have been on for many years for bipolar disorder, anxiety and anger issues. Right out of the gates she had the audacity to tell me I was Dr shopping because I was on xanax for years for my anxiety prescribed by my psychiatrist, which if I were Dr shopping I was doing a pretty crappy job at it being she was the only medical professional I had seen besides my psychiatrist of 6 years which k just couldnt afford any longer, so she put me on the medication I was on including the xanax 4 months later she asked how long I had been on xanax I said 6 or so years, she immediately stopped the prescription prescribing me 6 1 mg pills to do a taper with... I was saying 6 pills is not a taper and its going to be a big problem, she didnt care.
