Well first of all calling here sucks. But other than that I really like this office, the people, and my treatment plan. Arnoldo and barb are very knowledgeable and helpful and I highly recommend them if available. All the staff really seems to care and are very helpful. They all have really positive attitudes, especailly the gentleman at the front desk when you check in. The groups here are also nice, friendly, and informative.

I was 6 minutes late. 6 minutes. To refill my medication that was already working I just needed them to refill, there was nothing else to do. They told me I had to reschedule. Completely unreasonable. Any medical establishment will allow a few minutes for oh I dunno traffic, accidents etc. They offer a lot of services, but if you are a person who has anything happening in your life find somewhere that doesnt book their people so closely together that you cant be a few minutes behind.

If you are in need of mental health services, do not go to SouthWest. To start, they dont answer the phone so you will have to call back multiple times just to talk to someone. Then when you have the appointment, they do not tell you the information that you need prior to your appointment. The supervisor Shelly does not do anything to help the situation. They will only give you a run-around.

Somehow this place got covered by access and I have to go here but if you have a choice go somewhere else. It is extremely difficult to schedule appointments here. They can only schedule you at most 48 hours in advance (my pa only worked 2 days a week). If there are no openings they say sorry try again later be prepared to call many times to see someone. If you need to be seen every three months like me you have to set a reminder to call them and hope they have an opening or its sorry try again later. If you want it to be a huge hassle every time you schedule an apt with no guarantee you get in before your meds run out this is the place for you.

I have been going here for almost a year now. I was very satisfied with the entire staff. Yes, unfortunately, you have to schedule only 48 hours in advance with the nurse. Its very inconvenient when youre working full time. But they did tell me this when I first came in. My only issue now is their staff turnaround. I havent seen anyone in almost 3 months because its been so high. I dont like seeing someone new, and having to explain my story, every other month. I am giving 5 stars because when they do have a full staff they are always spot on. I would just suggest they change their 48 hour policy and try to hire more nurses.

Terrible scheduling system. I wasted an entire summer trying to get a phychiatric evaluation for my child just to find out the Dr doesnt even work the days Ive been calling in weekly to get. Nobody bothered to tell me the Dr only worked 2 days a week, which neither work for my schedule. Had I been informed earlier, I could have found services elsewhere sooner. Thank you for wasting my time. I went there weekly for counseling and all I wanted was an evaluation. I called weekly for an appointment only to be told they only take appointments 48 hours in advance, everytime, but were somehow always booked. Again, I wasnt told each time that I called that the days I needed werent even available to begin with. Such a HUGE waste of my time.

This place constantly messes up appointments and they don’t seem to care about the patient. I take meds that are very important not to miss my last doctor here let me go 5 days with no pills and no help trying to fix it.

Its a long story but I had a terrible experience here. Fortunately, there are enough great people that work here to make up for it. I still have problems, occasionally, with different issues that occur there but for the most part Im satisfied.

They refused to make my appointment for almost a week now... told me that they take walk ins when I came in they said they dont take walk ins that I needed to call back at 9 to make a same day appointment... So I call the next day they say they are full and cant take anyone till Tuesday now this was on Friday.... Call Tuesday at 9:00 they again tell me they are full and now go on to say I should have called at 8:00....I dont know what the f*** they are doing here but someone needs to get there head out of their a** bc this is starting to piss me off Ive never had this much trouble with any doctor ever! They couldnt even give me an exception appointment bc that too was apparently taken... I hope they turn down a schizo who in turn burns down this poor excuse for a place that is supposed to want to help and heal people....

Their phones are always down or disconnecting calls. We tried calling over and over yesterday and couldnt get through. It turns out there was an appointment today that we were never informed of until we finally got through today. And, of course, we got disconnected while being transferred. If you have a crisis, call the crisis line. Dont call these guys.

Over a month ago I request my sons medical history because they do not take his new insurance, I havent received it, so I called today 3/20/19 and no one knows where the paper is at that I filled out and no one sent it to the department. So now I have to get again walk in and request his medical history and wait another 30 days.Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Also in the year my son has been going here he has had 3 doctors. Doesnt seem like they can keep anything on track.

First off I came here because unfortunately Im on Ahcccs. To make a long story short I have ADD. I explained this to the nurse (Elga), and she said didnt believe in Adderall. Since when does someones belief system have anything to do with somone getting the help they genuinely require? I didnt mention this earlier, but Im not a drug addict or a recovering one, or anything close. She treated me like I was, and didnt listen to anything I had to say. She prescribed me some BS medications at the lowest dose and told me to come back in a month. The meds, as I already knew, didnt helo and Im still at square one. I returned a month later and received the same belief speech and to this day have received no legitimate help. If you need help and are looking for it here you are at the wrong place!

Have received many cancellations. No follow through with actual plan. The therapist assigned has been very unreliable. Recieved constant cancellations due to him not being in. Theyre communication and scheduling skills are very unorganized. They called last week about a missed appt that was not for us. Have not been able to be seen in over a month and a half. No one is ever available for a crisis which has been going on for the past month. Have not recieved any help, or any tools or skills to deal, dx, wtvr. The guy on the phone who answers is also very unempathetic. It just seems like the office is very chaotic and unorganized. We came here for help and have recieved no help only a bunch of cancellations and excuses. Our time doesnt feel valued. I had to call and ask to speak with a supervisor today because we were cancelled on again after being told last week the therapist would be here this week. Very frustrating. On the bright side, after expressing my frustration and explaining how we keep making arrangments and scheduling the time off work in advance etc. To be able to attend these appts we wer finally able to have the opportunity to be squeezed in for today for a 30 min assessment at a time where we have to be at work. So i guess it has to get to that point to be able to get a crisis appt. And even then thats if we can leave work early.

Its very hard to get an intake appointment here. They get maxed out within 3 minutes of opening. And you have to keep calling to even get thru to a receptionist. When I did get thru the lady put me on hold and when she came back on the line she told me they just gave out the past appointments for the day. :/
