Was able to get an appointment with one week of calling the office. Paperwork and virtual appointments were done through a secure portal. Had plan for making progress on issues from the first appointment

If I could give this agency negative stars I would. The CEO and staff are unethical and unprofessional. There are MANY agencies in the Phoenix and surrounding areas that provide better treatment and accept all types of insurances. I would never recommend this agency for mental health or any other services for that matter. This is a newer agency but is already facing legal actions.
