The employees were polite, kind and respected privacy. My appt was long but helpful

I never got the help that I need. I wish I asked for my case to be closer to save some energy from myself trying so hard to get right help because sbh just made me depressed. Fast food restaurant counseling I been calling it forever. Dont care to know of the roots of somebodys issues, just self care tools pushy when anyone can Google self care tools without going to this company for services. I never got the chance to feel comfortable a of to open up to talk about the now issues.Only thing I can think of that is nice about this place is the people on the phones are nice and helpful.I want to add that people need to stop using words behavior health when talking about mental health services because It sounds negative as hell. Before moving to Phoenix I never never heard people calling mental health behavioral health.

The temp doctor that they have on the purple team is extremely rude, does not listen does not care about patients, does not like to hear what the patient has to say. she also tell you what to do, what to think and she tries to put you in the hospital. because of the fact she does not like to prescribe medication that you need. I cannot believe this doctor she can’t even pronounce medication right she can’t even pronounce name right.

I’ve been going here for a long time and have had a fairly good experience until recently it seems they’ve had a lot of management changes and they keep bouncing me to different therapists who are too overbooked to see me regularly and then I end up seeing like two people before I get a regular therapist again. Feels like I need something different now.

This place has changed my life. Awesome staff , very friendly and professional. Would recommend them to everyone.
