This was the cleanest and brightest EVDI I have ever been to. Staff was extremely personable and I didn’t feel like I was just another cow in the herd. My X-Ray tech was efficient and kind as well. Next time I have to get radiation blasted at me, this is where I will go.

I really love this place! They make an extra effort to get in touch with me promptly when they receive order from my doctor. They are professional and courteous when I go in with just enough personality to make me feel like they care about my experience. The availability of facilities and hours, including evening, add to the high quality of care. I believe they recognize the fact that their customers don’t want to be there and are anxious for the results that will be provided, and that the above mentioned services add some comfort and ease in circumstances that can use it!

Good experience the first time here. Check in was easy and friendly. Changing areas were nice and comfortable enough. My testing technician was friendly, explaining everything as she went. The only negative I have is very minor, it was cold being in only a gown for the exam with nothing else. So comfort wasnt great, but thats just being picky to my preferences. Overall, the staff was Nice and knowledgeable. Would use this facility again.

My experience went smoothly. The staff were friendly, caring, and understanding of my situation. I felt very confidant with the procedures given and most of all the rapid response given to my doctor from there facility. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the whole experience. I went to EVDI for an ultrasound, I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and the check in process was easy and painless. My ultrasound tech made sure I was comfortable and let me know that I should receive the results from my images within two days which I did. I will definitely use them again if I have to get images done in the future.

I had x-ray taken at EVDI on 63rd and Broadway in Mesa and an MRI w/contrast at Country Club and Baseline in Mesa and I was treated with the utmost respect and care both times. They could not have made me feel more at ease, comfortable and well cared for at both facilities!These are real people and not production line medical service based providers and it was a pleasure being one of their clients!Thank you to all the staff! You are aces!

Not the place itself. 45 minutes on hold trying to schedule then they tell me they have a bad connection and can barely hear me. Was better service when EVDI. Ridiculous. Now I see a bunch of these reviews were from when it was EVDI. No wonder the score is that high.

It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment. The staff by phone & in person are warm and helpful and friendly. I had a appointments this week and both esn either very close to schedule and even a little early! Thank you excellent care & friendly service!

Received a call from the scheduler saying they did not do the imagining I needed done at this location so I had no idea why I was even scheduled here in the first place? Not to mention waiting to the day of the appointment to change it. Person on the phone set me up to go to the Warner and McClintock location instead. Once I showed up there they told me I was late and canceled my appointment, I was told my appointment was at 3:45 by the person earlier in the day but the Warner location said it was for 3:25. So not only did I waste my time I wasted gas and money because I had to leave work early to go to the appointment, I am very dissatisfied.

I have been to this Facility 4 or 5 times this year. I have never had one issue. No issues in scheduling or waiting or with the people. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. Someone referenced me to Simonmed and as good as EVDI has been I thought well since I live all the way out in Buckeye and there is one 30 seconds from my house I would give it a try. Trying to schedule an appointment was horrible, they never call for reminders. The day my appointment was scheduled I called soon as they opened to double check my appointment and they tell me it was rescheduled. I didnt reschedule it and they never called. So when they asked for me to reschedule I said no. I scheduled it with EVDI with no issues and took the long drive out there. Its worth the drive to be treated well and no issues along the way. Thank you everyone at EVDI.

I felt welcomed when I first walked in. The receptionist was friendly and caring. Everyone seemed to be helpful and understanding. The place was clean and the staff was very nice.

Had a CT scan. They started immediately after check in and they completed the procedure quickly and efficiently. I was out the door in record time. I was very pleased.

The receptionist was wonderful. Very comforting and aware of everyone checking in. The nurse performing the ultrasound appeared to be great at the task at hand but I was very worried and in pain. For me it was awkward to sit in complete silence during a procedure. The worst scenarios are going through your head. I needed a little distraction and little conversation would have been great. I didn’t want to distract her but a few words would’ve been wonderful during the test.

I received excellent service at EVDI. The staff was professional and friendly, and there was no wait time at all. I also appreciated the fact that the check in is completed electronically. No paper forms to fill in.I would highly recommend this facility.

I was very pleased with my visit here. The reception staff was very kind and efficient.My wait time was very short and the ultrasound went off without a hitch.

The doctors and women who greeted me and treated me were utmost professionals. I was very impressed with them. They made sure I was taken care of properly before surgery.

Wish I could give no stars. Complete disrespect for patients health. I slipped a disc in a car accident and my doctor gave me a referral for this place. Told me I would hear from them in an hour or two, It took three days while in pain. My physical therapist needed this info to get started on treatment. Get an appointment for a week later then they cancel it sighting not hearing from my insurance company after memorial weekend. Im in pain and the only thing they care about is making sure they get paid first. Greed in healthcare, who would of thought!

Went to the doctors office for my daughter and we needed to get an x-ray but their machine was down so we were sent to EVDI next door. The ladies at EVDI were friendly and got us in and out of there so quickly. If you ever need medical imaging I recommend this location.

Always use EVDI for my imaging needs. The staff is great and try to keep the wait time to a minimum. The only feedback I have for the location on Dobson and I-60 is better signage from the parking lot. I had to walk in the dark trying to find the location which was frustrating, but other then this, you guys are great!

Especially appreciate the walk up option. Staff was very pleasant. I like the souvenir shorts.

I have been having mammograms done here for years. They are professional and quick, yet thorough. Its easy to make an appointment and they send good reminders.

We have always enjoyed EVDI.... our Dr sent us to Simon med so we tried it and had to leave . The service will never compare to EVDI. So thats where we told our Dr we would rather go.

The staff, especially the tech, was friendly and accommodating. However, the Doctors request was not followed. Therefore, the dislocated fracture was not followed up on properly.

EVDI was professional timely and the staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I actually showed up to the wrong location on Alma School. They attempted to handle my request at Alma School to prevent me from diving to another location. When they determined I needed to be at the Dobson location they called Dobson on my behalf and stated I might be running late. The Dobson location was equally accommodating
