I called to make an appointment for my mother in law and had the pleasure of speaking with Isaac. He was so helpful in trying to find the answers I needed. We unfortunately couldn’t make the appointment with AZ Advanced Imaging, due to my mother needing a specific scan. Of course, Isaac recommend a place for us to go. Highly recommend!

This is money collection place!!! NOT a medical center! If they know you have insurance they will not let pay cash because they want to milk your insurance! My MRI cost $400 cash they didn’t collect the money at the office but the billing department sent me a bill for over $3600 when I called to ask why I was told because I didn’t pay at the time of the MRI.. it’s there employees mistake that she didn’t collect from me at the time. Then they said we sent the bill to your insurance and what ever is the balance is it’s your responsibilities!! Witch is way more than $400 the cost of a full MRI. I asked them to pay for it before they sent the bill to my insurance and they refused and insist to sent the bill to my insurance.. THE PERSON IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT ( Andrie) IS SOOOOO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND NO MANERS!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!

Make sure you call within 10 mins of getting an X-ray otherwise the machine might be down...I don’t understand why in the heck they would take only walk ins for that knowing that it can overwork the machine and put it down for the day. I had to drive from far just to be told to come back Monday... NOT HAPPY! If my Dr. didn’t already send the order here I would go somewhere else.

My husband had a MRI and a MRA done here and the billing department sent two claims in to my insurance for a total of $95,000!! I called to see what cash pay is and they told me $400 for each so why are they billing my insurance for $95,000?!

Got scheduled within a day and in and out within 15 minutes. Great Staff!

I was greeted well when I first came in and given directions on what was going to happen. They also gave me an approximate time it would take. The technician was very gentle and kind. I’ve been to other imaging offices where the techs didn’t understand that an older person sometimes is stiffer than a 30 year old. So I really appreciated that. I think that my over all experience was much better than other places I have been.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went one time and theyve sent me to collections twice already. First time was because they forgot to bill my insurance. Second time is right now months later and Im currently spending another day trying to fix this. Dont waste your time here.

Don’t list yourself as in network to get new patients, then say “Your insurance wants you to go to Banner,” when the reality is, you are choosing not to honor your contractual agreement with UHC to provide care! Because you don’t like the reimbursement rate you signed up for!

SUPER AWESOME STAFF! The front desk ladies are awesome very courteous and friendly! Its a very friendly environment, and everyone there seems to love what they do. I was in and out in under 45 minutes I had an MRI of my back and had a ton of anxiety, the MRI tech was very accommodating and willing to work with me and my claustrophobia. Seriously will be back for any other exams I need, not only are they friendly and fast, but they are also SUPER cheap! I will definitely recommend to everyone!

I needed to get an MRI done and Simon med it was taking over 2 1/2 weeks to even get back to me. These girls got me in within two days! Very happy with the radiologist report and very satisfied with my experience with Arizona advanced imaging. I’ve worked in the medical field for many years and I would say this is a great facility.

The front desk staff and the tech were all personable and welcoming, it made the appointment feel more comforting. They were able to see me the same day that I called and I really appreciated their responsiveness! Thank you!

Arizona Advances Imaging is amazing! They are prompt and accurate, kind and helpful! I have been to other imagining facilities where, frankly I had constant issues. They either forgot to call to set up my appointment or would totally screwed up my insurance information delaying my imagining or extremely long waits. I finally asked my dr for a different imaging company and that’s when I learned about Arizona Advanced Imaging. The front office staff are phenomenal and the CT technician Jenny, was absolutely amazing. They are the best.

The staff is awesome and friendly. My problem is. I walked into the office in Mesa, stated my name and birthdate, asked for a cooy of all my records. Sat down for 15 minutes, called my name, I walked out with all my information and discs of my records. NEVER ONCE WAS I ASKED FOR ID......Was it really me?

I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I do not normally leave reviews but I was in a bind and they were able to get me in quickly. You can not beat the self pay prices. Everything was explained and the staff is extremely nice. They understand if u have a set schedule and were able to work with me in the time frame I needed to get my kids from school. Im very happy with this imaging facility.

A very clean and professional office. they were very helpful and prompt when I walked in. The lady with dark black hair knew why I was there and guided me thru the steps in filling out the paperwork. She had a friendly and great sense of humor when explaining the paperwork, kudos to her! The x-ray tech was thorough in explaining the instructions in the two MRI tests I was to have. And thanks for having big cups for water instead of the small cups

I was really pleased with this facility. The receptionists was very nice and helpful. They were very prompt, the tech doing my xrays was very nice. My overall experience was great from start to finish. I definitely recommend this location.

Friendly, but really incompetent front desk people. I have had two interactions with this facility. The first one was a CT scan. The front desk made my appointment but neglected to give me all the information I needed. So on the day of my appointment, I had not taken the contrast dye( which I needed to get with a prescription). They had to give it to me the day of, intravenously. Not a big deal for me, but a pain for the tech, and it made the appointment way longer.( then pushing out other appointments) The second visit, a month later was supposed to be for an MRI. I called to make the appointment, I gave her all the info from my doctor, and what I needed the visit for, and she got me scheduled. When I showed up for the appointment, they informed me they dont even do that kind of MRI there! Why on earth would they schedule me for something they cant even do? They were apologetic and nice about it. The front desk staff REALLY needs to be better staffed, or properly trained.

Very friendly staff, and very accommodating and fast. I was seen at the time of my appointment which was crucial since I had another appointment scheduled a little later. Everything was explained to me and questiones answered. Upon request I received a personal copy of the images right after my initial appointment, and I could pick up a copy of the report the next business day. I highly recommend this facility for its friendly staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and because there was no waiting time. Also, they made sure copies of images and reports went to different doctors as I requested, not only to the ordering Dr. Thank you, I will recommend you and return for future imaging needs.

I went to the Inverness Facility for an MRI w/contrast because my insurance recommended them to help save me costs out of pocket. The staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and the tech made me feel very comfortable. His injection was totally painless... the sign of a well trained tech. I would recommend this facility.

I was scheduled quickly. No messing around or wasting my time on the phone. I was treated very well once I arrived. My results came the same day. Very professional and kind staff.

Went for an ultrasound for gall stones. They did my scan, and said I was all clear, with zero stones. A week later Im being transferred to OR from the ER to have my gall bladder removed. Filled with stones. Thanks AAI! Useless excuse for medical professionals. Dont waste your time. If your Dr refers you here, ask for somewhere else.

This was very quick and easy. The people were very nice to us.

An adequate facility with pleasant enough staff. The one HUGE draw back is that if they or your insurance give you a quote, know that it will be nothing like the actual bill you received. I was quoted around $254 for my MRI and received a bill for OVER $600!!! Both my insurance and Arizona Advanced imaging wont explain it or return my calls when they said they would. I WILL NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE AAI AGAIN and I will warn everyone I know that needs an MRI or type of imaging to avoid such a shady business. Very VERY disappointed.

Fantastic staff. I drive out of my way to come here for my annual spine MRI just because of the energy here. I love personabale businesses and this is truly one of them.

They should rename it Arizona Not-so-advanced Imaging. I called and made an appointment and asked for an ultrasound of my liver. When I showed up for my appointment, which I had taken time off work and fasted all day for, I was told they didnt have the program to run the scan that my doctor had requested. When I asked the nurse why they wasted my time scheduling me for something they couldnt do she actually had the nerve to blame me for not reading the doctors order verbatim when making the appointment. I explained to her that since I am not an ultrasound technician I would have no reason to know that there were different types of scans and the scheduler should have asked more probing questions to ensure the correct appointment was being made. Which she replied that they wouldnt know the different types of scans so they have no reason to ask probing questions. So correct me if Im wrong but if they dont know there are different types of scans then why would it have made a difference if I had read the doctors order verbatim or not? Sounds to me like they need a little more training since this is THEIR field, instead of blaming THEIR mistakes on the customers when THEY screw up. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone...

Just got off the phone with these morons! Been trying to schedule an MRI for weeks. Someone at the facility called and left messages for several days with the phone number of 308-7720 to call for an appointment which is AZ Spine & Joint. Then I get a 4th or 5th call a day apart, finally with the correct phone number 426-1649. I call to get an appointment today,6-5-2019. The idiots cant find my orders and question me Are you sure you have the correct place? Whos your insurance? After about 15 minutes the insolent girl says we have your orders. After being treated like I dont matter by this rude and insolent office girl, I then told the little girl that was coarse with me that the hard time she is giving me just to schedule an appointment is unnecessary. She became even more rude so I called her out on it and told her I dont like her attitude and then it got worse! If I operated my business like these idiots I wouldnt be in business anymore! I will be calling my doctor back to see where else I can go for an MRI. If the staff in the back is as incompetent as the front, God help those who do get scans here! I see a few reviews with 5 stars but the folks that have left these reviews have only left 1 review and its for these morons. Seems odd for someone to only review one place. I had an appointment at the Chandler location and ended up going to the Mesa location by mistake. The front desk at the Mesa location was amazing, calling the Chandler location, making them aware of the situation, and seeing if they could still get me in. The entire staff was amazing.

Absolutely amazing I had 2 ultrasounds done and the tech Alley was so sweet and wonderful at her job.

This place is so unprofessional, so poorly run, and staffed by community college dropouts that still like to think they are in the medical field. It is impossible to get an answer without sitting on hold forever, then they still pass the buck. Took 4 calls to get an answer at all, and the person there has us call back later to get someone who could “maybe” help

Dishonest, misleading and unethical. Im very diligent when it comes to knowing the cost of medical procedures or imaging before I commit to it. When they called me to schedule my MRI the lady very specifically stated they checked with my insurance an it would cost me $200. Not it will cost you 200 and you may receive an additional bill afterwards (I also record my phone calls so I have proof)... Well sure enough I received a bill a few weeks later that almost doubled that initial 200. So first I called AAI and they told me they dont handle billing so they cant help. So when you call the billing company you have to be directed to the person who works with them specifically.Well over 2.5 weeks I called 6 times and left 4 messages and no call backs so at this point Im curious if this lady even works at all because Id be fired if I intentionally ignored people. Finally I got through today about 15 minutes before they closed and when I told her who I was she said Oh I remember you... Pretty much admitting that she listened to those messages and didnt care at all.To sum it up youd be better off talking to a wall then this lady because she pretty much tells you to go kick rocks and call your insurance company which doesnt really make sense because the insurance company doesnt bill you, AAI does, the insurance just passes along your obligation. So if anyone can do anything about dismissing or reducing a bill that was incorrectly disclosed, its the practice itself.Its pretty clear this practice is intentional by AAI however because when I called them back after the billing company they gave me the run around as well.Luckily I called my insurance company and they actually seemed like they cared. Anyway if you couldnt tell, Id recommend staying away from this place if you care about going anywhere honest.

Its been almost a week and I stillCant get ahold of anyone and no ones calls me back. The one contact I did make was a long hold time, a rude women who sounded totally annoyed that I called, and she promised to call me back same-day and that was mid last week. I am calling now and listening to it ring over and over.My doctor office has already called me twice asking if Ive made my imaging appointment yet...

I came here to for a knee scope and felt very welcomed by the tech and staff. I get a little nervous about these kinds of things and everyone who worked there did a great job putting me at ease.

My husband had a 3:45 check in time & had a appt. for 4:00 for a MRI. We got there at 3:20 did all the paperwork. At 4:35 still not getting in, so went up to the receptionist & asked her how much longer. Her reply was another 30 minutes. After waiting until after 5:00 she called me up & said it would be after 6 or 6:30 maybe. They were taking other people back that had a appt. after us. Was told we could re-schedule for the next day but might not get in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would never go back there again. The ultrasound on the blood clot was done improperly and misdiagnosed as a deep clot. I was then sent to a vascular institute where 2 more ultrasounds were completed only to find the clot was SUPERFICIAL ALL ALONG. They need to fire that tech and put in her place more competent individuals. If there was a way to put 0 stars I would but I had to put one in order to post.

Worst imaging place I’ve ever been to!! We didn’t even make it to the machine because they held on to my paper for 25 min before telling me it was missing a name and not an order!!!!! Why wasn’t I told that when I handed it to them!?!?!? I sat there for 45 min and ended up walking out because they don’t have any idea what they’re doing!!! Shady business practices...what should I have expected ??? Wow just wow...so I was referred here from Verve Chiro a month or so ago as a precautionary check. I was concered that the cost would be way to high and that it would not be worth it. I called them and asked them the cost of what I was to have and they advised me it is usually between 350-550$ to which I said that was probably going to be to much . The lady then told me she would check with my insurance and said she did and that I was only responsible for 10% of that. I asked her , are you sure?? she replied , yes ! I then asked so you are saying that my total out of pocket will be between 35-55$ ?? and she said yes. So i went ahead and scheduled. I had the MRI and I have actually yet to go to my doctor for the results as I havent had the time and they didnt indicate via the phone that it was anything extremely time sensitive. I just got a bill and what to you know, they are trying to collect $250.00 from me . I called and spoke with Robin at their billing department in Nevada but she told me there is nothing she could do and that I need to speak with Claudia in the office. I am now awaiting the office manager Claudia to get onsite so I can get this worked out. As of now, I can not recommend this place to anyone .
