I just posted about the North Greenfield location and will reiterate that I was so thankful for the care I received at this other Greenfield location, too! The mammogram and ultrasound techs were amazing! The radiologist was amazing! They all took their time and clearly explained everything. It was comforting to see the same team as a year prior saying a lot about SimonMed. We are so thankful and grateful for both SimonMed locations. Thank you for everything!

Had appt at 1:00 I arrived there at 12:15 pm to a line of 4 people. The front office staff was quick to get all patients checked in and questions answered. I was called back to complete my imaging within 10 min of appointment time. The 2 technicians were extremely caring to my needs, working with me and my physical limits to arrange me to get the images needed.

First time at this location. I had an appointment and got there early. I was checked in and within 5 minutes the tech called me for my x-rays. The staff was pleasant....waiting room was set up with covid distancing and clean. I was very pleased with this location.

I have not had one appointment that had gone according to plan to date. The convenience of multiple locations and later hours has been the only reason I return But I honestly beat myself up after every appointment for continuing to patron the SimonMed offices.The poor ladies in the front that have to constantly let down patients whoObviously have things goin on in order to even need imaging.My most recent “appointment” was cancelled without notification and when they rescheduled me for 4 hours later I showed up standard 15 minutes early only to realize I had missed a call during my drive to the office. At check-in I was advised that call was to tell me they are 2 hours behind schedule and now my original 4:30 appointment would maybe be able toTake place at 9:30It seems to always be an issue always something and I don’t know if I have ever been seen at an originally scheduled time.

The young lady that helped me was awesome! She was very patient with me me. I didnt feel well and she told me to relax for a few moments. She called the doctor in because I felt faint. She was very kind and very professional. I really appreciate her. Thanks to Simon Med for having employees like the one that took care of me. I am sorry I dont remember her name. God bless her.

They Made my wife who has trouble walking. show up to an appointment which was a scheduled appointment just to turn her away and tell her they cannot fit her in. Not only did they not call her to tell her the appointment was pointless they made her struggle to get get there. Take time off work just to tell her no. If i could give this place a negative star rating i would. But they don’t care she is just another person they can make money from misery!

I had images sent from years before for comparison. I tried calling them MANY times, no one would answer the phone to see if they received them. I get there and of course they don’t have them and once they do it will take a month to download the images. The front desk told me for a screening mammogram I don’t need previous images which is totally incorrect. You do a yearly mammogram to look for changes from the previous years for comparison.Front desk was so busy, line was out the door.Scheduling online is bizarre. It will let u pick date and time and then schedules you for another date. It will not let you review the information before pushing the enter button.Tech was great, no problem with her.

I had to wait 30+ min to be seen, but the staff was great. Especially the dexa scan tech and the mammogram tech (I apologize if I don’t have their job titles correct…) were awesome! They were cheerful, efficient and made me feel at ease.

This location over books and is always running behind. For people in pain the chairs in the lobby are torture so waiting an hour in lobby is not fun. The tech was good- she was quick and efficient thank goodness.

Front desk help was amazing. 5 stars for them. The tech that did my dads MRI was awful. He is a stage 4 cancer patient and weighs 120 lbs. She was so rough with him that she literally made his ears bleed AND she almost dropped him. Completely unacceptable. Definitely wont be returning to this location. 3 stars is only because the front desk help was so wonderful.

I had gone to the one in Apache Junction in the morning, and was told it would be a 3 hour wait because they only had one person doing everything. They sent me over to this location, I came later in the day around 2pm, the lobby was full but when I checked in, she said it might be around a 30 to 35 min wait. All of the front desk were so helpful and doing there jobs the best they could, and were so patient with all of us. I watched how fast they were helping everyone, and the lobby cleared out really quick and I was helped within my wait time. The front and back office were great in helping me get my xray done quicker then I thought.

Scheduling kept messing up appts (needed 2 have back2back appts) which they couldn’t set right & had to cancel multiple times, also gave request to me day prior appt which was almost impossible to get done that quickly. Worse place to go. Never called me to tell me MIR machine was down. Just wanted to get me in for other x-rays. Wait times are horrible, 16 people in waiting room. Why schedule so many appointments when you cant handle the ones in your lobby? They made you go wait online outside but then it was ok for everyone to sit in lobby after check in. They were telling people 20 minute wait. I asked if it would be that long that I wasnt waiting. I was told no. They werent wrong; Ive been waiting for going on 50 minutes now. Technician Leah was very nice and thorough.

Went to 3 different locations to get a chest X-ray. First location I waited 25 minutes in line with only one person working the desk just to be told there was a two hour wait in an already very full waiting room. Asked if I wanted to go to another location with no waiting. I went to the second location and was told they didn’t have an X-ray technician working that day. She sent me to a third location and waited 20 minutes to check in and told it would be over an hour wait. X-rays are on a walk in basis which is a complete fiasco. Staff are not customer service friendly at all! When you are not feeling good already the wait and over crowded waiting rooms are suffocating. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with SimonMed.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The only capable employee at SimonMed is the person running the MRI machine. I made my appt on 8/31 and I received 3 confirmation calls confirming my appt for 10/22 at 10:30am on Greenfield/US 60 only to be told at 10am on the day of the appt that there was no appt for me. No one apologized or offered an explanation for what happened. A different location called me to tell me that I didn’t have an appt and offered to complete 2 out of the 3 scans I needed on an inferior MRI machine - um, no thanks. I took the day off work for my appt and was turned away and told to come back at 7:45pm. At 7pm I got another call telling me not to come until 8:15pm. I was finally taken back for the scan at 8:40pm.The customer service at SimonMed is so poor that I wont be returning to SimonMed for my yearly MRIs or for any other service. It’s obviously the employees have zero customer service training or people skills and they just don’t care. While I waited, another patient was told her scan would be $500 out of pocket that day. The patient began crying saying she couldn’t afford it and the employee just stood there staring at her. SimonMed will do a 6 month payment plan or allow you to put a card on file to be charged after the insurance claim is filed but they didn’t tell her that. They just let her cry and storm out of the office. All they care about is collecting their hypothetical fees up front and that’s it. SimonMed is literally the worst company in Arizona.

As always, the staff and technician were awesome. I would like to share that I’ve been getting mammograms for twenty plus years and this was the first time it was a bit painful. I even mentioned to the tech how they have never hurt, but it happened so quickly I didn’t even have time to say anything. My left breast is extremely sore today and very uncomfortable. I’m sure it will get better, but it would be nice for the tech to know.

Ive always had good experiences at this facility in the past 4 years. Yesterday I was there 3 hours for a mammogram and a CT scan. The scans were quick, the wait time about 2 hours. And it was freezing in the two waiting areas. There were hundreds of people in and out while I was there, so I think just overbooked. Absolutely crazy! The front desk and the technicians, however, were very professional and pleasant.

I am a retired medical provider with 35 years experience. I also have chronic back pain and have had three surgeries. I needed another MRI due to new problems. I chose SimonMed due to my previous excellent care they have provided. It was super easy to schedule. They were efficient, courteous, and kind. The study was performed quickly, and I was sent home with a copy of the study.Overall, a really great experience.

Yesterday I went to the Greenfield office in Mesa for a CT scan. Although it was packed with people, and a line waiting to check in, surprisingly they got us in and out quite proficiently. The staff was very nice and helpful. Im giving it a 4 star because the waiting area is small for the volume of people they are servicing.

Worst experience. They canceled first appointment the night before. Arrived 30 minutes before this appointment to fill out paperwork. Still had to wait 1hr 30 minutes. Finally technician said I might be too large for machine and I might need to reschedule. Did entire procedure with hands over my head.

Believe the negative reviews! I had an appointment back in May, They charged me over $4,000.00 for a MRI of the Brain and Stem with contrast. My insurance will take care of it but a sham none the less to charge exorbitant amount for an MRI and bill 2 separate times. Scheduled an appointment and was on time in fact early for my appointment on Thursday, April 29, 2021. Was not notified that machine was down, told the wait was so long that I needed to come in another day. I showed up again and was early for my appointment on that day as well. May 1, 2021 and once again a machine was down but they did have another one I could wait for. I waited almost 2 hrs for this. I could not return on another day as they took over a week to review my previous conditions just to approve me medically for the MRI. I had to have my personal Neurologist call their office to get me scheduled! I was astounded at their incompetence. Also office was not courteous, nor friendly. The tech who did the MRI was nice enough, but a bit bossy and seemed overworked and jittery. Building was very old and needed cleaning. Not a place I would ever return to or even Simon Med in general as their billing seems a very sketch. Called their billing dept. and thy said that each location sends out their billing to accounting, so you may not know what you are billed for depending on location.

It appeared, after asking, that the majoreties appointment also was 9am! Even though my counting was not totally correctly, this scheduling practice shows a disrespect for the patients time in favor billing Efficiency. A perfect money-making-machine! It is discussing.

I used this specific site for Simon Med to have my first mammogram. The desk staff was very organized and knowledgeable, they handled the covid restrictions well with a high volume of traffic. My appointment was on time, the staff assisting with the mammogram were very helpful, answered my first time questions, the environment was very soothing and relaxed. I would highly recommend this specific location for anyone needing radiology appointments.

Not happy with the insurance authorization dept. no one answers when you are on hold. Also the phone scheduler made my appointment at a different Mesa location. When I finally made it to the second location my MRI wait was 90 minutes.the girls at the front desks at both locations were nice. A well as the MRI tech.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful patient and kind. Imaging technician was extremely gentle with my son and very expeditious. My son was very nervous about getting a X-ray, and she allayed his fears and put him at ease.

When we arrived for my MRI we were told they were running an hour behind. I understand that this happens but then you need to bring in more help and get both machines going. The poor MRI Technologist didnt even have time to use the restroom let alone get a lunch break. The front desk was pretty useless. They had people fill out forms but didnt bother to check them until an hour later so people would sit and wait and then be called up to the front and asked if they had the Drs orders, the front desk should be checking this as you check on not an hour later. Appointments should not be made by Simon med if you dont have a fax of the Drs order. Very poorly run. Treat your workers like you value them not like they arent worthy of a bathroom break. You are going to end up with nobody wanting to work for you. Very unfortunate for the patients and the employees which is why Simon med doesnt have the best reputation. My sock was left on the table and tossed in the trash as the tech was in a rush to get the next patient on the table. They were socks that cost $30 for 3 pairs so I was not happy that I couldnt even look for my sock. I doubt the tech was able to go home until well after midnight. Nobody should be worked like that...this is how mistakes are made and property gets lost. Not impressed at all.

I do not like coming to this office because of the lines always to even to get in. You have to wait out in the heat!! Please schedule visits timely. People complain all the time and nothing changes!! I will always try to go to another site.The staff are good people doing their jobs,it is the management that needs to make changes to the scheduling problem. Please have supervisor call me... they didnt see me until 3:10 with an appointment time 12:30... 13 people ahead of me.. 5 of which I know had MRI AFTER me but were seen before me.. I was in MRI machine being scan for abdomen when I was supposed to get brain scan.. didnt confirm my name for procedure.. and too much more to complain about.. absolutely ridiculous experience... do not trust SimonMed with my health.. been with SimonMed for over a decade.. had to have my mom with me since I needed to be sedated.. Im worried my images werent scanned as ordered..

I’ve been to several facilities, but the Greenfield x 60 is the most convenient. I have always had such a pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly, efficient and professional. I was there for both a mammogram and bone density and was out of there within a half hour. Their back waiting area in between appointments is comfortable and private. I wouldn’t choose any other place.

Very professional in all aspects.Check in area was extremely busy and all 5 clerks were working hard to process everyone. However, they were working shoulder to shoulder so privacy was lost and the noise level incredibly loud making it difficult to communicate. More space and privacy is needed. Thank you.

Had an early appointment on a Saturday. Understandably there was a good amount of patients and I had no problem with that. My issue was the receptionist in front that would not stop whining about being left alone to open to anyone who would listen. Yes, I understand its inconvenient and all. Patients are grumpy having to wait and needing to fast but no one the whole time I was there was yelling at her or making a scene. She was the one stopping what ever she was doing everytime a tech came in the room asking if someone was coming in to help her. THAT in itself was making her waste time instead of just steadily processing patients and check in. Being someone that works in customer service on both the internal and external side, I know weekends are always a disaster but the way she was handling things shows that they need to better train their staff. I was there 2hrs longer than I should have. Even the tech that performed my exam looked at her several times as to say can u stop talking and get my patient ready.

The radiology tech and radiologist were top notch. They were very thorough and professional and made me very comfortable throughout the procedure.The reason for minus one star is because of operational things. The map app took me to the wrong location (I was told by someone at another location to include the bldg # and suite # to get the correct location, which means they are aware of a problem). The wait to get checked in took 20-30 minutes. I had to stand outside in 100 temps initially because the waiting room was so crowded. Finally, the Simon med app to confirm and check-in upon arrival didn’t work. I was unable to reset the password after multiple attempts. These are small annoyances but made for a less than stellar experience.

Randi is so kind and professional, she explained just what to expect. She carefully instructed me through the Mamogram procedure and was efficient. She had expertise with the new equipment that gave me confidence and peace. The digital check in process was the best I’ve ever done. The in-person check in was streamlined because I had already checked in online. My time was respected because the appointment was right on time with minimal waiting. Staff we friendly but the wait for a simple X-ray was slightly ridiculous. I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hour when I’m fact it’s took almost 4 hours. Seems like it’s a common theme and Simon Med should re-evaluate not scheduling X-rays, which they advertise to only take seconds.

They were friendly, unlike the Apache Junction Simon image, when; I was scheduled for an appointment, she didnt know what was a needed diagnostic as ordered by my primary.Here, it went very smooth from beginning to end with results within a few minutes.I definitely recommend this place, friendly and professional.

But Only leaving four stars because unfortunately, this was a rescheduled appointment from Monday (4 days earlier). My experience at the Simon Med in Mesa off greenfield was absolutely horrible. I had an appointment for 5pm. They called the day before to tell me I would have to reschedule or pay out of pocket because my insurance had not authorized my MRI. When I questioned why they were just letting me know this, the caller was confused and told me they would transfer me to scheduling. Scheduling had no clue what the color was talking about and said I was good to go. I showed up 20 minutes before my appt and checked in. 40 minutes later as I was still waiting, I asked how much longer as it was already 5:25. They told me I would have to wait another 30 min because they were running behind. I was extremely upset that no one told me when I checked in. I had my children waiting and had another engagement to get to. She somewhat apologized and said I could reschedule. I had no choice but to stay. When I got back I told them that I knew the MRI would take 30 min and the tech told me it would take 50 min and they werent sure why someone had told me otherwise. In all it was terrible communication and customer service. I will not be back unless they are the last company that is authorized to do my imaging and I just have no choice!

I was in excruciating pain and had to stand in line for almost a half hour just to check in. That is unacceptable. Everything else was very nice and efficient but there needs to be more help at the front desk. There were several other people at the front sitting at computers while one person tried to handle an enormous line. Finally another person helped after she quit arranging the pens and walking around but it still took far too long.

As I waited and waited, the front desk girl said although she knew I had no copay, that I’d have to wait for my appointment until that was validated or keep pushing my appt back unless I paid the $170. I was in a hurry, I needed the MRI, so, I paid money I will probably never see back again. I have Medicare and a supplement and NEVER have copays, as this young woman well knew.

Ming the Radiology Technician was excellent and extremely helpful. She made sure that I was comfortable gave me two blankets fixed my ear plugs to go in as deep as possible and then put some cushions around my head to help block the noise. In the past getting an MRI has always been a horrible experience. It wasnt pleasant but it was definitely the first time it was tolerable thanks to Mings kind and caring gestures. One star for the wait which was about 40 min.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my MRI as requested. Huge line that started outside the building to check in. Filled out paperwork and sat down to wait. My appointment time comes and goes, no explanation as to what is going on. Another hour goes by; again, no word on when if they are running late. The finally call me back an hour and 10 minutes after my appointment, no explanation. I put my stuff in my locker and they lead me to a chair to sit. They bring another person back, someone that arrived after me and sit him in a chair. That person gets taken back to tiger an MRI before me. All the while staff are walking back and forth by me, not one would make eye contact with me or even say hi. Their website states “We have patient focused staff ….” They would even look at me. I’m finally called up by a staff person and I asked why I have been waiting so long and her response was “we must be running behind.” I don’t understand why someone could have told me that earlier. I will chose a different company for my medical imaging moving forward.

Yesterday I went to Simon Med Imaging to have a stereotactic breast biopsy done. My personal comments.Simon Med would do well to update their waiting rooms at the Dobson and Greenfield locations. They are very outdated and lack privacy. Regarding my procedure, it would be wonderful if Simon Med would purchase a new imaging table for their procedure. Obviously patient comfort is a low priority. There are imaging tables with updated technology that consider patient comfort. Please buy one. The procedure was very difficult. To expect any patient to lie prone for up to two hours and be told not to move is unacceptable. I would say I have mild arthritis, and I didn’t know if I would last through the procedure. The injections and biopsies were the easiest part of the procedure. Jenny, my radiology technician was excellent. Thank you. Cough up the money Simon Med to make your site a safer and more positive experience.

“To make this long story short I will never go back to a SimonMed again.”The SimonMed on Greenfield and the 60 has some of the worst customer service. But this is the second location that I had a bad experience with. This one first tried to charge $375 for a MRI, my insurance plan has a $150 copay for MRIs. I tried to explain this to different ladies on the phone when they called to confirm my appointment. After arguing and going back forth, at which point they told me I had $375 left on my deductible before the copay, again my insurance plan has $0 deductible. I finally told them we can call my insurance when I get to the appointment. I arrived to the appointment and they told me I had a $150 copay, just being curious. I asked what happened to the $375 that I owed. They said that they re-confirmed with my insurance and that I did only have a $150 copay. Now I know I could of just gone to the appointment and let them bill me after they bill the insurance, but the last time I did that with SimonMed. They charged me $674 and pulled it right out of my account without my consent. Now I know I could sue them for that, but these snakes tricked me. When they charged me the $674 for my first MRI I was also getting my daughters X-rays done. They rushed me to sign paper work before I got into the MRI machine. And said it was to allow them to do an X-ray on a minor. So I signed right away without reading it because I was already nervous about the MRI. Little did I know I signed for them to pull the $674 out of my account using the card that I used to pay for my daughters x-ray. Also they pulled this money a week after my appointment with no heads up. That was fun trying to juggle bills with $674 missing.The second issue is that when I was at my second MRI appointment. The 2 front desk ladies, were extremely rude to every patient. And when asked how long is the wait, they replied with you only have one person in front of you. Now that is all cool and everything when you say it to the first person. But when you start saying it to every patient and there is 30 people in the waiting room. It is just straight up lying to the patients/customers. Also I filled out my paper work online the day before to shorten my wait. And confirmed my appointment 3 times, once electronically, and twice on the phone. I also electronically notified them that I was there at the office right before walking in. Needless to say I still waited for 1.5hrs in the waiting room to be brought back for the MRI. Come to find out the technician didn’t know he had patients waiting because the front desk ladies never told him.To make this long story short I will never go back to a SimonMed again.

I think they’re working out the kinks in a new scheduling system/portal. It was a bit complicated getting scheduled, but once I was at my appointment everything was smooth and my technician explained everything and was very gentle with me.Constructive feedback:The text told me to schedule through the portal, but the portal couldn’t schedule me. It said to call. The phone message said to schedule online. I ended up scheduling through a chat.The chat person didn’t tell me about the prep kit I needed to pick up. I happened to see the small print “preparation” in the portal after I filled out registration paperwork. Preparation instructions might need their own text prompt - or larger font. Also... should know about picking up prep kit earlier in the process. I was looking for instructions because I’ve done a similar test before and remembered having to prep for it.Within the prep instructions it first said “arrive 30 min early” then said “pick up prep kit” - this list should be in chronological order. This order made it seem like I did the prep after arriving for appointment.Also there were way too many people waiting for a long period of time during a pandemic. I’m guessing that’s why you’ve switched to this new portal... and... maybe there needs to be some systemic changes as well as the portal in order to limit extended waits.

I did 24 hrs of protein and water only, with a fast of water only for the last 6 hrs prior to test. Drove quite a distance to get a test done only to have them say (unapologetically) that my insurance had not approved the procedure yet. When I mentioned it would have been nice to know ahead of time she said that it looked like someone tried calling me. Not that I’m aware of. No apology no smile just basically you’re out of luck.

I waited 1.5 hours after my appointment time before I got my MRI and this is after I had been rescheduled 2 times at 2 different locations because “machines were down”.I had to ask the front desk about my appointment after I had not been called yet and they said “20-30 more minutes” but it was actually 1 hour later! WHY can’t the MRI Technicians inform the front desk to let the upcoming patients know how long it may be in advance when they are running behind? Or why can’t the front desk contact patients before they head out to the appointment that they are running behind.I didn’t bring water or anything to read and my back condition became worse because of sitting for 1.5 hours so by the time I was called I was in a lot of pain!Every time I have had anything scheduled at Simon Med, I have had problems!!! Either with scheduling-one time their phone recording said to book appointment online which I did and when I got there they didn’t have my appointment and said their online system was being updated and wasn’t working!! So why didn’t you update the phone message?????Another FEW times I have had problems with the order being faxed getting different answers that it was faxed to the main office instead of my location or some office staff would say”I don’t know where it is” but wouldn’t help me locate it- and I know it was faxed because I kept calling the referral doctor’s office!!!!My mother has also had many problems with Simon Med but I won’t go into that because that will be another 2 paragraphs!!You people need to get it together!!!

The front desk check in was efficient. After an hour wait, I needed to use the facilities. While in the back service area...I overheard the technician tell another patient something about another 45 mins. wait time from being called in.10 mins later, I was called in and told another 45 mins. The technician explained... its the front desk fault as they booked over 40 patients; I could complain to corporate.At that point I had paid the $71.OOP, so I waited. It was a less than 5 min. test.I will go elsewhere in the future, even if the trip is longer, than going back to Simon Med-Greenfield.

They only had 1 person at the desk, checking people in. So, the line was so long, people were waiting outside. I waited in this line for 45 minutes, well past my appointment time of 11 oclock. There were a couple older people standing outside in the sun for that long as well. Finally, the last 15 minutes I was standing in line, another lady came to the desk to help out. They were so nice and apologetic. I felt bad for them. Many people were pretty upset. It was Saturday, so not sure how it is during the week, but I would avoid the weekend, if possible.

This imaging center was extremely busy, but the employees were very diligent and apologized for the delay. Fridays are a day to probably not make an appointment if you are needing to rush through. I would pick a different day.I wasnt in a hurry and waited for about an hour. There was one particular lady that berated an employee for no particular reason. I felt bad for the young girl. Some people just dont know that they can be really rude.My experience with the tech was great. She did the exam and explained what was happening.Thanks so much for taking care of and treating me like a human being.

The procedure I had done at the Mesa Simon Med was prefect, pain free and fast. I signed in and had a 5 minute wait. The RN/PA was very polite and informative as to what was going to be done as was the Doctor who placed the fluoroscopic guided injection into my psoas muscle. 6 months later I am still getting some relief from the kenolog injection that my surgeon ordered. Nicely placed injection can’t say enough good things about the people at this Simon Med. Don’t ask me about the debacle at the Camelback office where this procedure was originally scheduled. The women at the desk tried to charge me $150 and proceeded to tell me the kenolog was left out to long and I’d have to reschedule. When asked for her supervisor to come talk to me another man at the desk said, “I’m her supervisor.” I then asked for the building supervisor or manager and he stated, “ I am the office supervisor and we don’t have a building manager.” I was the second person to be charged a $150 fee, we both refused to pay and left. I never saw the fee on my bill from either place. For the same procedure. So, beware of the Camelback office Mesa and Phoenix were great

Simon med located near US 60 and Greenfield is one of the better locations. Customer service is on point. They let you know how long the wait. It never turns into a longer period wait time than what was said. They are polite and knowledgeable. The Simon med I hate and dread going to is off 63rd st near baywood in mesa. They make you wait for hours on end and then tell you they have to reschedule after youve been waiting over 3 hours. They dont know what theyre doing. The staff is rude and unapologetic. Not sure how that location is still open. Simon med on southern and Higley has great quick service. Staff is short and not personable. I dont care cause the service is quick and hardly a wait time. Hope this helps!

Hmm, where do I start? The last time I had an image request here there was so much trouble that I ended up just giving up and not having the MRI done... I was scheduled for another MRI, so I made sure to schedule it 15 days in advance so there would be no issues getting the approval. I called SimonMed once a week until my appt. to confirm there were no issues, insurance auths were received, etc. and with each call they told me everything was good to go.Fast forward, 16 hours before my appt., they called to cancel saying insurance wasnt done yet. I called and was transferred around many times to find out that SimonMed only sent the auth request 2 days ago even though theyve had it for 2 weeks. After demanding they call the insurance company to resolve ASAP, they placed me on hold to come back and say the insurance company already approved it a few days ago... THEN WHY DID YOU JUST CANCEL IT? So, the saga continues... I then said I wanted my same appt since it shouldnt have been cancelled in the first place, so they transferred me around a few more times and I spoke to their overseas call center who SUPPOSEDLY rescheduled it for 7:15AM like it was supposed to be. I get there and my appointment wasnt scheduled until 7:15PM. Luckily, they fit me in pretty quickly. The service I received in the facility was great, everything else was a true s***show.

Scheduling screwed up and booked me in a facility that didn’t do contrast MRIs. So we were able to reschedule a few hours later at a new location where I waited in excess on 1.2 hours WITH an appointment. Once there, they asked if I had fasted. Since nobody called me to prepare me for the procedure, I hadn’t. Fortunately I had eaten 4 hours prior, so we proceeded.The staff took four tries to get my IV in. So nicely bruised arms. Once in the MRI machine, I had a massive panic attack due to the stress.Bad experience, but I have to say that the staff was quite helpful and personable. I left in a much better mood than I had expected. And the cost was manageable.

My experience at the Greenfield Simon Med was a very positive one. I know that x-rays are just walkins and taken in between other appointments, so I was expecting a long wait before I was seen. My waiting time was about a half an hour. The personnel were cheerful and kind, and even though I had several x-rays taken and I needed to take the films with me to the doctor the whole process was over in about another half an hour.

I’m surprised this place is asking me for a review! I had to go to his location because spectrum’s 3T MRI was down. I kid you not, five minutes before my appointment time… I’m waiting in the waiting area and I get a PHONE CALL and the gal says that they are running 2 HOURS BEHIND MY SCHEDULED TIME! My appointment was at 4pm and she has the audacity to ask me if I want to wait. Btw they close at 6pm! Yeah needless to say I’m not a fan of this place at all!

The check in process is long and not efficient. If you have an appointment you still have to wait in the check in line (even if you check in on your phone)-which will make you about 25 min late for your appointment. Our radiologist was nice but reeked of cigarette smoke.

The first technician ran the full test and then told me I had to do it again in a different room with a better camera. Apparently my knee was too swollen to get accurate images. I was surprised to say the least! Wasn’t that apparent? So I moved and waited another 15 minutes before I could get into that room. She appeared to be frustrated-but not as frustrated as I was!

No issue with my actual exam, very niceMy problem is with the financial dept., authorization, folks up front. I spent weeks preparing, days on endless hold, out right lies about my insurance and contacting. Never get it right, always trying to over charge me, and telling me I will cause a delay or cancellation in the appointment due to them having to review their paperwork. I had to hand my phone over with my insurance agent to set them straight several times. Tired of the same story different day.

I did not have a long wait. The staff at the front desk were very nice. When I went back to have the imaging done, I kept trying to tell the lady not to put the needle in my arm but rather the back of my hand. She finally went and got someone to help and he put needle in back of my hand, which is where I asked them to put it originally. I was nervous and she was nice, but she did not make me feel relaxed. Sometimes you get technicians that are good at making someone like myself, who is very nervous, feel more relaxed.

My appointment was at 12:30.. and was told to take sedation pills 45mins prior to appointment time. I arrived there on time for my 1pm MRI.I WAs TOLD 45 MINS WERE DELAYED . So I took another pill.. than was seen at 3pm...2 ½ hrs later after 13 people went ahead of me... yes 13 people while my sedation for castophobia was wearing off.Once I get on the machine platform... Im questioning why Im going in feet first. I found out they are giving me an MRI OF my abdomen. He had to stop and get me off machine and change settings because I was in there for brain scan and ears..Then when I was given the contrast with IV... first time in 5 times I never felt the urge to pee from the contrast.. wondered if he gave me the right image and injection...First time ever! No one asked me my name or birth date to verify I was the correct patient...Lost trust in SimonMed.. dont think they had the right person on the machine.. guess well see when I get my results.

The people who work at this facility were wonderful. Through no fault of their own, they are forced to deal with crabby customers who are stuck waiting 2 hours past their appointment time. This is not my first time at a SimonMed facility. I have had to wait 1.5-2 hours any time I have made an appointment. I am a very patient person and know working with the general public isn’t always pleasant. But SimonMed needs to address the overbooking issue immediately!

The nurses, doctors and receptionist were very friendly, professional and helpful.I was not impressed with the facility. It was dirty and not well maintained. I used a single person bathroom near the dressing room and the flush handle came right off. I had to reinsert it and jiggle it around to get it to flush. The dressing room door did not latch shut, so it was impossible to lock. The wall were filthy, especially in the reception area. I would probably not choose to go to this facility again, even though the staff was wonderful. It’s a little unnerving to get a sterile procedure (I was there for a biopsy), in a facility that is not clean or well maintained
