Dr. Steele is amazing! I went in Sunday morning and didnt have to wait too long which was great. Dr. Steele listened to all my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. The medical assistant and receptionist are super kind too :) Thank you!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. We have needed X-rays done a few times and the X-ray machine is always broken or down somehow. I dont believe you can tell the community that you have X-ray capabilities when your machine is down 90% of the time. Now, when I have gone for other reasons, Ive had no problems with my visits.

I loved the staff at this location. They were so nice and because; I was there getting a drug test I liked the West she made me recite my info when 2 other locations did not. Also I loved the fact I didn’t have to wait very long either

The woman working at this urgent care facility this evening was more concerned with getting off work in an hour rather than help a screaming sick child that comes in to be seen. This facility is such a joke and I cant believe I continue to give them the benefit of doubt. This was the it got me! I am so put off by the staff who works here. The office is completely empty and rather than allow me to check my kid in she shushs me away with they close in an hour and they can no longer accept patients right now and maybe I should go to the emergency room. If the emergency room were that convenient to go to that would have been where I went however that is not the case.

Absolutely terrible location to go to. Youll wait hours to be seen and when youre seen you will speak with stubborn rude medical staff that violate hippa laws . Horrible center

Made an appointment for my son, just a covid test. Was waiting OVER AN HOUR PASSED his appointment time,there is also baby puke(?) or something similar on the floor. Wasnt notified that there was any issues or anything. Slowest urgent care ever. I do not recommend, there is another place two miles away.

Walked in at 10:30 and got an appointment for 1:15. Came back at 1:15 and its 2:52 and I still havent been seen. Would not recommend if you actually have anything else to do that day.

The doctors are very kind. I went in and was very nervous and they were understanding that I had to have my child with me since I had no one else to leave her with. The wait time was quite long but I was able to leave and they called me back when it was almost time for me to be seen so I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room. Very professional and kind.

Both times I went to this location I saw Remington Steele. He was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I also appreciate them seeing me at closing time. Thank you very much!

I came with a broken foot and swollen ankle. The ladies were quick, well trained and super helpful. They explained to me where with break was and gave me what I needed to followup with a pediatrist and a referral. Didn’t jump to conclusions but encouraged me to get the help needed. Definitely will come back in the future when injuries arise.

Came in for flu symptoms, the PA gave me an IV and got blood all over my jeans, hit a nerve then proceeded to tell me to go to ER because I had blood in my urine and people die from that. Unprofessional.

Staff was very nice when arriving to the W University clinic. I had an issue where other clinics would just do a quick drain which was not what I needed. Dr Steele took the time to explain the issue I have and referred me to a dermatologist which I should have went to from the start! Awesome and knowledgeable staff and would recommend to anyone needing services Fastmed provides.Craig

I have gone to Fast Med three times for various reasons and have found office and medical staff to be very polite and friendly. Service is quick and professional, I’ve been very happy with them!

I have trying to get rid of a sore on the inside of my lower lip for about 3 weeks to no avail.Normally go to Honor Health McKellips. UT nothing available quickly so they suggested FastMed. Went there without an appointment and waited maybe 10 minutes. Treated very well by all staff members and got some advice for ways to treat my mouth trauma.Thanks to all. ❤️❤️😀😀

I made an appointment for later in the day, arrived early, and left two hours later not being seen. I understand being busy, however they took my money and havent refunded it. I paid over $100 for a visit they just made me wait for. I contacted the billing department who also ignore all calls, and will connect with the BBB because it just seems unethical. Avoid at all costs

The doctors are super nice and really good at what they do, however the time management is terrible. I came in with a cut finger, was literally bleeding out, in pain, and had to wait 2+ hours before I was seen. Turns out the front desk people put me on the waiting list rather than just telling the staff in the back that there was an emergency. They kept asking me “how bad is it?” And asking each other if I should be moved to the top of the list or not. After having me wait outside for hours, I finally went back in to complain when a doctor in the lobby saw me and arranged to have me seen (this took under 2 minutes).I had an appointment a week later to get my stitches removed at 11:30am and wasn’t seen until 1:30pm. After waiting an hour, my boyfriend went in to ask the receptionist and she told him she told me that there were 5 people ahead of me and I’d be waiting an hour. I was never told that, only that I should wait outside until I was called. I’m not sure what the hold up always is, but if you have a small emergency, I don’t suggest going here. I think the staff also needs a bit more training to be honest.I wish I could give no stars, but the doctors were so great and attentive!

I had an appointment at 5:30 it’s now 7:00 I paid a copay before I was sent back and never got seen by anyone… absolutely no one! This place is terrible go to another location!!!!

The entire staff was very friendly, I was expecting to be there for hours much to my surprise I was in and out in about an hour. I would highly recommend, if I ever need to go to an urgent care again this is the one Im coming to. I am also telling all my friends, family and coworkers how great this place is

Remington and his support staff helped me as fast as they had the time and resources to devote. I came into their office with a very cut finger gushing blood. They immediately helped me clean it and get some stitches into it. They look like they really try despite some of the utter nonsense they probably have to deal with day in and out.Thanks guys.

On 01/19/2021, I reserved an online check-in for 01/21/2021 at 12:15 PM. I arrived at 12:05 PM and wasnt seen until 2:40 PM. Then I was called into the back and they took my vitals, which probably took about 5 minutes. Then I was told to wait for the provider while I waited for another 40 minutes.I understand that the online check in is not technically an appointment and because its a clinic and like every clinic ever youre probably going to wait at least 20 minutes. But over three hours?! Whats the point of even doing the online check in if youre not even going to be seen anywhere close to the time you requested?! While I sat there, I saw multiple people coming in with online check-ins and being told, Well were running a little late, it might be an hour now. Try almost three hours total.The staff were nice but other than that I would never come back to this place. If youre expecting a clinic that respects your time, I would look somewhere else.

Awful, mask Nazis. Took forever, staff was slow and unpleasant.. totally willing to sit there and inhale gross mask breath all day while enforcing non-scientific rules simply comply or die

So the receptionist is very nice. But the sense of urgency is not there at all. Dont bother setting appointments online either cause it is a waste if time. I had appointment set for 5:45pm and here it is 7:10pm and just getting into the triage room where we are told to wait until a room is open. In the meantime we are hearing the nurse take other people into rooms. All the while still sitting here watching my childs foot swell up to the point she cant feel it. Never again, I would rather sit in the Er.7:42pm the place closes at 8pm and still sitting here with no explanation as to why and my daughter still has not been seen. So I just opened the door and asked if we had been forgotten about. The NP comes in and says there is nothing she can do until and xray tech is here. Why the hell did you wait 2 hrs to say something and make my child suffer if you knew there was no xray tech on duty. I want a call from corporate and this is not acceptable.

From start to finish, the absolute smoothest Urgent Care experience I have ever had. Patient flow is VERY efficient and quick without sacrificing quality. Definitely recommend.

In 2019 my daughter was seen here for a cold. Long story short they said there wasn’t anything they could do but suggest we go to the emergency room.Two months later my card was charged $100 and when I asked about it I was told someone would call me back. I’ve called 4 times since! Still waiting.

Dr.steele and the woman n who helped me were both very kind. Despite being very busy they helped me feel at ease and made sure I understood what was going on. I will definitely come back here if I need help again!

I came into FastMed early Sunday!! Daisy at the front desk was extremely helpful and super efficient as well as knowledgeable. Wait time was maybe 10 mins!!! Not long! Check in with nurse super easy and quick. Then came DR. REMINGTON STEELE...Oh my goodness my favorite show!!! Well Dr. Remington did not disappoint!! Super friendly super helpful and very knowledgeable!! I wish he could be my family physician!! His bedside manner is impeccable 👌!!Thank you to the Sunday staff at FastMed. Oh and yes Dr. Remington...I kept my promise to you! ☆☆☆☆☆ star rating!!

The wait was a bit long, but once seen I was so pleased it quickly was irrelevant. My 13 month old was seen by Remington. Remington was calm, patient, warm and loving. My son was crying and nervous and Remington used a quiet voice, opened his hand to engage with him, let him hold the stethoscope and won us over as the best urgent care doctor ever!!

We had a check in time of 12:00, we arrived 15 min early, and were called back to the room right at 12:00. The nurse and the PA were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They took a X-ray of my fathers lungs and we were out with a prescription in 1 hour. It was probably the best experience Ive had at an urgent care facility.

I recommend Fast Med Urgent Care. They all were very professional. Easy to talk to pleasant to be around. Everyone wore masks and gloves for everyone’s safety. The nurse and doctor were efficient and thorough in getting my history. I’m not a resident here so they needed all my information and kept asking the right questions to have a clear idea of my medical history. I recommend them to anyone. Great experience and if I lived here I would use this facility again.

My experience was excellent this visit. I had a sore throat and ear ache with heavy coughing. They tested me for covid, influenza and strep throat. All were thankfully negative. The staff were polite and friendly. I was seen in a timely fashion, however it was busy and I did have to wait. But the meds they prescribed are helping me marvelously plus I used some emergen-c vitamin c booster packs to help and Im feeling much better today although somewhat still recovering. Thanks so much. My visit today was a retest for Covid-19.I had been in quarantine for 20 days without any symptoms.I felt very safe with their protocol. Masks and distancing.I signed the necessary paperwork and about 5 -10 minutes was called back.The nurse asked me questions and took the vitals. She then did the swab test.She was very understanding and supportive.The doctor came in and we had a nice conversation about Civid-19.I left feeling good and with a better understanding of the virus.The staff were very polite and did their jobs well.Id recommend this FastMed location.

My FastMed experience was fantastic! Laura at the front counter was extremely professional, very courteous, and empathetic. The medical staff couldnt have been any better! They kept you engaged and upbeat. I highly recommend this this facility.

I brought in my sister when she cut her finger accidentally. We arrived around 3 pm. The front desk, instead of reporting as an EMERGENCY, they put her on the wait list. Disappointing. Very. My sister said her finger went numb. They didnt call her in until around 4-4:30 pm. We didnt leave till 5:30 that day.She then had her appointment to get her stitches removed. They had an appointment at 3:30 pm. What time did they call her in? 4:30 pm. She called me later around 5:13 pm saying that NO ONE has assisted her yet. Told her to step out and see if she can call someone in and so she did. Finally assisted. We left around 5:30 pm. Disappointing. Words cant describe how disgusted the wait time is, especially on patients who has an emergency. Bleeding, dry blood, numbness. Tsk tsk.

More like slow med amirite? Awful wait. Said they’d call me an an hour and a half, took 2and a half hours to call back. Been in the waiting room for an hour. Place appears to be populated by the D+ medical students. Don’t come if you are in a hurry or have an emergency.

Courteous and skilled med techs made my recent pre-employment urine analysis relatively quick and convenient. I was also happy to hear they accept ACCESS, Medicare, and Tricare For Life (military PPO) insurances.

The staff was nice enough but honestly felt inattentive in a general manner to the overall. At least the wherewithal concurrent with my two personal visits spoke to this type of experience.There also very much seemed to be a subtle undertone of a sadly common and a deeply dangerous judgemental nature which Ive seemed to repeatedly encounter in the Arizona health care system; in quite heavy, even sickly and weirdly manners...Honestly, my experience in this regard has greatly frightened and saddened me as there is very little REAL work and getting down to the bottom of things if you will, in such a context.In these cases of which I speak being engendered by the health care providers ill and chosen preconceived notions and precepts that prohibit one from true seeing and looking into hence being inculpable of providing true, thorough, and overall trusted helpful care.. Yet clearly birthed of a long entrenched system marinated through and through by subtle corruption.Front desk lady maybe needs a pay raise. Shes very sweet but also seeming to be very uninterested in her job which entails very important and critical duties on the regular.

Both times I’ve been at this location they pay no attention to appointment times. It has taken upwards of 3 hours to complete a visit. If I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to the emergency room. Fast should not be anywhere in the name.

I made an appt at 11:45 for a COVID test and wasn’t seen until 1:30. Not very ideal being in a waiting room during a pandemic for that long, so I waited in my car which is equally as annoying. The nurse and PA were both super friendly and knowledgeable in their field. The “rapid” test was nice to be able to get.

The worst place ever , called to speak with the Dr. about wrong medication been on the phone for over 2 hours and finally lady name anna and another one her name frances hang up on my face and said i have to go back , called agian they transfer to voice message and still 12:00 noon the vm saying they will call me back within 2 hours and i dont thing and one cares , fastmed NO ONE CARES and they hangup 2 time on my face , DONT go there .

Love the convenience and the professionalism. If youre registered with the VA health Care, they will take us Veterans.

The doc and the pa are proficient at their jobs and the receptionist is as well. The only thing I ever have a problem with here is the amount of time it takes to see a doctor. Something needs to be done to improve the process used in this office, and more than one doctor and one pa to handle patients sure would make a difference.

Experience was good, the attending NP was good and handled things well. She made sure I was ok and had no problems. Only bad part was needing a appointment for an urgent care, and needing to wait 3 hours to be seen. Just glad it wasnt a real emergency. But I guess I cant really blame them. Things now are all crazy other then that. Everything was good.

Back in AprilAfter calling and being told I would not have to wait in the waiting room to be seen, I was instructed to do just that. I sat there for over an hour and a half waiting to be seen. I was then tested for an illness and subsequently treated (before test results were back). Turns out I was negative. Then I received a surprise bill of over $190 (from a creditor, months after the fact).You people need to be more upfront with the cost of your services.

Staff was very responsive and completed my COVID test in a timely manner. They were all very pleasant and thoughtful.

Yesterday I went in and as soon as I checked in with front staff David he was very nice , personable, and funny . He heard my concerns as to why I was there and made me feel better. I was called in right away and the back staff Dee was by far the best nurse I ever seen at this location. She really Helped me had patience with me and took good care of me while I was waiting for the provider. The provider Nicole was helpful too . My overall experience at this location was amazing. I recently moved farther from this location but If I need to go again I will make the the extra trip just to get good service. I highly recommended this one !

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I am immunocompromised from a autoimmune disease. My condition gets very bad if I dehydrate which is what happened. My doctor sent me to urgent care. We checked in online and arrived 15 minutes prior. A family that came in after us were taken back before. When we said something Francine said if you dont like it go somewhere else. Went in for employer UA and all things went smooooth. Staff was courteous, test was simple, wait wasnt long.

Seriously messed up system to establish an account, in order to get results of a Covid test. In office procedures were fine, but when I called back today, it took me hours to get someone to answer the phone. Now I am stuck in the account establishing procedure. Maybe Ill find out my test results by next year.

All of the in building parts were great, quick wait time, and nice staff. All though I tried to call 3 times and each time I was on hold with “please wait while we try and connect you” or something along those lines. To never get an answer. Very upsetting when I’m calling to ask about my lab results and if I have mono or not. Please fix that

Staff was awesome and got me in as soon as possible. Dr. Gary explained the medical issue I was having and completely eased my worrying and prescribed me the medicine I needed and it’s been two days now and my symptoms are already almost gone!! They treated me very well, and appropriately for my injury. The reason I gave 2 stars was because of the assistant. Not the PA who treated me, the intake assistant who checked my vitals, performed the xray, and argued with the PA over the treatment HE thought was a better fit for my injury. I could clearly hear this man arguing with the PA over my treatment, and not wanting to do the xrays the PA asked for. While he was reluctantly performing the xrays, he was short in his manner towards me, he proudly admitted to me that he called other people higher up trying to get out of performing the xrays! He said to me, I called and tried to get the xrays cancelled, but everyone said to just do what you are told. Hes the boss, so here we are. It was incredibly unprofessional. Regardless of his feelings about my course of treatment, he should always behave in a professional manner. To me it sounded like he did not want to actually do anything that might cause him an inconvenience. I also personally felt as if this assistant thought I was making up lies and asking for treatment. I was made to feel very uncomfortable, especially during the xrays. I liked the professional bed side manner of the PA, but I will not be going to that FastMed again.

It was the weekend and I needed to see a doctor immediately and I choose to go to Fast-Med on University and Extension in Mesa, Az.Wow! They were fast and professional!Good to know my insurance covers the visit and I was in and out like a flash. I would most definitely recommend them.

The staff at Fast Med were amazing! Everyone was professional and attended to my needs with a smile. I was seen by a nurse practitioner and out in 30 minutes. It was the best appointment.

Sure, it was a quick in and quick out. My husband and I have been waiting 12 days for covid 19 test results. Its taking double the time they said it would take. Ive called a few times, and the system doesnt seem to want me to talk to a human. I was actually on hold today for 50 minutes! The machine kept saying that it was transferring me to the next available associate or something to that effect. I am never going back. My husband and I are both waiting to see if we can go back to work. Is fast med urgent Care going to pay for lost wages for the customers who cannot return to work until they get their results? I think a change of your company name is in order. You are definitely not fast.

I give no stars they take appointments first not emergencies. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by super friendly front desk staff. They were attentive and considerate and cared about my needs even though they were not the doctor. The main receptionist was so caring and was so helpful with not only myself but other quests, she is literally amazing and deserves recognition. I came in on a Saturday evening (2/8/2020) around 5:30 pm and was taken care of quickly and was in and out within 20 minutes, while still being seen by a doctor who listened and diagnosed me properly. The nurse was also very kind and attentive. Overall great experience and honestly would prefer to go here rather than my normal primary care doctor.A+ team ! I appreciate you fixing my bronchitis and spirits!!

Walked in when only 3 people were in the lobby. Waited 45 min and no one was called. Went in for a drug test for work and I can’t believe how long they were taking. Yes it is a busy time with COVID but they did not seem busy when I got there

Was supposed to get a call regarding my knee xray but still no call. I went in having major knee pain n although the drs n nurses were nice they didn’t even bother bracing up my knee or anything.

The wait was too long. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. However the receptionist was amazing he attended each patient efficiently and within a proper time frame.

I set an appointment at 2 pm and I wasn’t called back until two hours later. So I didn’t really get what the point was on setting and appt. Front desk lady was nice though and so was the nurse and doctor, however the nurse thought she swabbed me for the covid test and left me waiting for 25 minutes. She Even told the doctor that she did me already , but I said no and I still had my paperwork. Doctor didn’t seemed pleased on seeing that happen.

I absolutely love FastMed urgent care. The staff is very professional and they treat you like family. The doctors are absolutely amazing! They know their stuff and it shows. This medical office is better than my primary doctor. Thank you guys so much for always looking out for my kids and me. 🤗

Thanks for doing a strep test that came back positive, but maybe next time don’t under dose me with the antibiotic. I took both my doses when I was supposed to at 1am I had a fever or 102. Went to the ER to be told that my penicillin dose wasn’t high enough and how I’m on 5 different meds, which could have been avoided had I been dosed correctly

Latonya was very helpful with the tablet as it was having errors and she was able to get it working for me. Francine was Great and very sympathetic to my needs. She kept me very informed and comfortable. Sierra was great as well and explained everything to me easily. The breathing treatment helped a lot. Very efficient and friendly.

Usually I love fast Med docs have always been great very through and caring. However last night nurse who check us in was great very friendly patient and caring. Doc however she came in the room said he has the flu nothing I can do for you and was ready to walk out of the room just pretty much opened the door and was ready to walk out without listening to my sons chest looking in his ears nose and throat was like see yaI mean really the test says the flu but you still need to check a child out there could be more that the test doesn’t show. I have worked in many doctors office and have never had a doctor be less caring.This was on 12/27/19 at 550pm Fast Med check your doctors if I am paying for a service I want a through exam thank you

My ten year old required a COVID-19 test to return to school after exhibiting 3 of the symptoms. The staff got us checked in and seen quickly as well illiciting this response from my son when asked what rating he would give:5 stars because of the nice ladies there and how quick they did the COVID test. It was uncomfortable but it didnt hurt and then they soothed me after the test when I started sneezing. And on the way out, they said Goodbye and told me to Have a nice day and they really meant it because they looked right at me AND they used my name! I wish I knew their names so I could tell you to give them a raise. ~Issa BlackMy son is very particular and very rarely has only good things to say about his experiences so this review from him impresses the heck outta me. Great service and very clean environment. My son got the care he needed and very fast to. They live up to their name!

The receptionist, medical assistant and the doctor were all amazing. They were quick to get us in and the Doctor was knowledgeable 100%, I will definitely continue to use fast med urgent care when I need to. 👍😊
