My mother is Deaf, and it took 1 1/2 weeks for the staff to finally understand that if they want to talk to her they need to bring in the interpreter. They were very bad at communicating room changes as well. I was in for self-injury and they left the phone chord in the room which I could have used to do more harm, it wasnt until a few days later that they took it out. Other than that, it wasnt too bad. The nurses were very friendly and understanding and the chaplain was extremely helpful with therapy.

They allowed my daughter, who has 2 small children at home, to visit her father in the Covid ICU unit without any protection, except for a paper mask!!

Went there today for my wife having pain and she is pregnant. Didnt take long to get taken back that was nice however the nurse assigned to our room was one of the rudest inseitive bi*#*#&. I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. And to tell me I could not stay with my wife. Is the most asinine things in the world. She needs to get a different job. Not only will banner not get paid for that rude behavior. I will drive to the one on power road where they know how to treat people.

Sat in emergency waiting room for 6.5 hours. Nobody came out to give me any updates. I approached numerous times at desk and they said they vould not tell me anything. Extremely angry about the whole process here.

Took my daughter to ER, no one did anything at all, doc said theres nothing we can do come back if the temperature gets too low. That was it. Literally we were in and out. Boom $400 bill with great insurance!!! These people are out of their minds. They are all crooks. Screw banner!!!! Screw the american health system.

The staff there is always so rude like honestly it’s annoying that I even decided to stay with them after my first experience. Not kid friendly! The doctor is great though but I really am done dealing with the staff will be going to another doctor office.

My wife was in the Banner Emergency Room in Mesa Az on Dobson on April 1. She was in there for about an hour and a half. So There is a nearly $11000 bill from that that they never sent me. I was just checking claims and noticed. They say they filed a claim with my insurance company, but I believe they filed it with the wrong group number. It does not appear with my list of claims. I have reached out to them several times to file a claim correctly but they for some reason dont do that. I have had the Insurance company BCBS reach out to them to make sure they had all the information they needed. She said they said they would be filing a claim. I dont know if this is some kind of scam to avoid accepting the insurance discount form their nearly $11000 an hour bill. But I assure you I will be following up with complaints to any insurance regulatory and if this isnt filed soon I will be checking with the AZ Atty Gen office to see about filing a complaint. Also the DR had a $2000 bill that he did the same thing. The collection Agency said it was a DR SMITH Finally radiology submitted their claim for about$2000 Anyway aoubt $15000 in claims for a bit over an hour.

If I pay 785 for paramedic then go outside call a cab I cant use the restroom and have to walk down the street with heart palpitations because I stepped outside

Had a toothache an asthma attack was killin me sat in the er for 3 hrs never again I wouldve been seen faster at Tempe St Lukes SMH Im never going back there....came in to about 20 ppl fell asleep woke to 100 ppl never again😡😡😡

Dr. Kelly England was very controlling and rude. Questions were regarded as threatening I guess. For one example, my son was uncomfortable with a procedure and when I asked her why she needed to do it she made no attempt to be reassuring or give any information, she just said, it is my job! I supported my son and asked her not to do it, so she said I need to find another doctor.In addition we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes and it was an hour total before we saw Dr. Kelly England. I have definitely experienced medical office staff that was far more professional and friendly than this office too.I canceled my other kids appointments and we will never go back!
