I hope this gets back to the sweet lady that helped me today. Tamara is her name, she went out of her way to help me get in for an urgently needed appointment for medication. Was very empathetic and understanding. You could tell what a caring heart she has even over the phone.

Terrible first experience. Called in Monday morning to ask if they are able to do the specific procedure. They assured me they did. (Newborn hearing test). They made the appointment a day later.When we arrived and met with Allyson (NP) she said they don’t do that here and we need to send a referral and wait for a scheduler to call us from Banner desert.Feels like we need to research how to do their job so we don’t have to go to pointless appointments before getting what we need done.Avoid unless you have the knowledge to tell them what to do.

They treat me well, always ready to help. I use the portal and communicate with my Doctor. In the last almost 5 years, there is only one Doc I dont care for, so I stay away from them.

I like it here been here for a year but you need to let your doctors know that people with lanolin allergies cannot have most creams and cannot take regular vitamin d medicine. Ive been prescribed medication that countains lanolin 5 times even though Im allergic and almost never came back. Be more careful please.Also if a person doesnt want to show their face in a video chat you need to respect that.

I have been a patient/customer of this facility for over two years. Within the last 6 months, I have noticed a huge improvement in the way the staff are treating us. When I call for assistance, everyone answering the phones are helpful, compassionate, courteous, and kind. They also follow through, which is most important and most appreciated. Everyone at the front desk/reception area, and the back office staff, nursing assistants are amazing, as well. Then, to make the experience even better, they have brought on a new PA, at least she is new to me, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her, because she is so good! Brittany West is one of the best things to happen to this facility, and I cannot imagine that I am the only human expressing this sentiment/fact. Thank you to whoever/the powers that be, that made such a wise decision to bring her onto your staff. She has a very bright future and I am honored to be her patient. Love the doctors there but gosh do the medical assistants and front office have no customer service! I spoke with about 4 different girls there and boy do they have an attitude. It wasnt always like that until recently.

As a former medical administrator, I can say without hesitation that this is one of the most efficient and well-run medical centers I have ever experienced. The medical providers are professional, listen to their patients, and stay completely up-to-date regarding all aspects of medical evaluation and management. My personal provider, Marti Neave, PA-C, is the very BEST primary care provider with whom I have ever treated.As far as messages to the providers, I have to recommend that everyone use the Patient Portal. The medical providers are extremely responsive and answer questions in a timely fashion.I have recommended this medical center and the providers without hesitation to all my friends who have required a new provider. None better!

Now that Dr. Espinoza is at this location i bring all my children here. Ive been seeing him for 7 years and hes fantastic but otherwise I wouldnt bring them here. I just called and tried to make an appointment for an adult provider and instead of being helpful, the lady told me to go to urgent care because my insurance wouldnt pay for it. She was rude to the point that Im in tears. Will find a different doctor for myself. Espinoza is their only saving grace, and he was better off in his own building.

13 minutes on hold but got an appointment same day. I will update my review after my visit. Person who answered the phone was professional. After visiting, I give this place 4 stars. Quick check in and no wait. Follow up call next day. Cant complain.

Ever since banner has taken over the facility on country club in Mesa it has gone down hill! Front staff and nurses have been rude, unfriendly and pretty bothered to even be there! The only reason I continue to go is to see a certain doctor, even when we moved over an hour away but at this point Im not sure if its worth it. My husband and I had an appointment for the same symptoms and we were given prescriptions sent over to our pharmacy. The nurse that took all of our information didn’t even ask us which pharmacy so we had to double check at the end, not that it helped! When she entered in my prescriptions she complained and rolled her eyes! I’m on a lot of medication and I’m already super sensitive about it and to have a supposed medical professional do that was appalling. I’m pretty sure she didn’t even add all of my medication because at that point I wasn’t going to add anymore to her job since it was a bother! We saw a different doctor than the one I like but we needed to get on some antibiotics so we got the first appointment available and she looked us over, she was pretty checked out and asked us what we were doing on our own to fix this. I stared at her wondering if she was for real, I told her basically every over the counter medication over the rainbow and that we had been suffering with it for a week! She was pretty whatever about it and gave us amoxicillin and some nausea medication. Its hilarious because if she actually looked at my file she would have known Im already on nausea medication for my other health issues, but I also assume thats where I gave up trying to tell the nurse all my medications since she kept complaining. After our appointment we drove 30 minutes to pick up our prescriptions. We drive from San tan valley to Mesa which is an hour and a half usually. So we got to our pharmacy only to find out there was nothing in their systems! I looked at the time and it was 4:45 and our appointments were at 3:15 and 3:45 and we had the same issue so it didn’t take the doctor long at all to check us so 30 minutes should have been more than enough time to send over our medication! I called panicking considering it was a Friday and we needed our medication! We have a small baby that we couldnt pass this to which is why we made the appointment! I almost wish I grabbed a hard copy prescription instead because it would have been the same amount of time! The whole purpose of having the prescriptions sent to the pharmacy is so we don’t have to wait! When I called banner they basically told me there was nothing they could do since the doctor wasnt responding. I was furious! The doctor didn’t send the medications over until 4:53! It was completely ridiculous! There is one doctor that I trust there and he’s difficult to get an appointment with but my family is evaluating if it’s even worth it to continue going to this office or any other banner in the future because there has been nothing but issues! I shouldn’t be checking in at the front desk and be able to hear a nurse complaining to another front desk staff about another patient about squeezing them in for a shot! She complained to her coworker the entire time we were checking in and even with me staring at her she continued to bash the patient with her coworker! So unprofessional and makes me worried about what is being said about my chart!

Cant get through with a phone call its been over 30 minutes waiting on the phone. Cant use the web because it is not updated. It seems as that since Banner has taken over, the quality of service and respect for patients has been nothing but only caring about making the money and gouging the consumer. Can someone do something about the poor quality of service and attentiveness to your patients? CAN SOMEONE JUST PICK UP THE PHONE????

Used to love this place when it was southeast valley medical group. Now that its owned by Banner its terrible. I never get sick and the few times I go I would appreciate a doctor actually listening to me and not talking over me or ignoring me. I used to have a great doctor there but he is no longer there so they gave me a Dr. Leboux. I arrived 15 minutes early, was taken back to a room at my appointmentor time and did not see a doctor for 25 minutes. He came in already diagnosing me from what I had said to medical assistant and he hadnt even looked at me. I started to explain my concerns and he cut me off and said he was ordering a test. He came back with results of test and just wanted to write me a script. He spent less than 5 minutes in the same room as me. I didnt come for a prescription to alleviate my pain. I came to see what was causing my sudden illness and figure out how to prevent it from reoccurring. I shared that I did not want to just take a pill and he said that was my choice and he would give me some reading material. He never gave me any reading material and his assistant returned with my prescription and escorted me out to pay for my unhelpful visit. Dr. Leboux you were useless and uncaring.

Dr lebeau has been honest and up front with my husbands health after lab work they make sure he gets in too review his lab any meds he makes sure he gets them called into the pharmacy .my husband has other Dr that always send Dr lebeau there results I havent found any issues with my husbands care

I personally think that a children care should be specially for kids meaning that Im big fan of kids have to be with adults in the waiting room they should have their own private office I deslike when we run with adults in the hall way or how they stare at the kids. the only reason a take my kids their is because of Dr. Espinoza hes the only reason you get 3 stars from me.

I called to make a appointment for my first time, I do not have my insurance card, the lady refused to take my information to look it up in the computer, every other doctor does it immediately so I guess they lost a Patient, because she’s too lazy to do her job
