If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went here when it was Platinum health and I loved it, and loved the staff. Now that its CIC its horrible! The doctor I had when it was Platinum had left and is now not in my insurance network. I had to fill out all new paperwork with my medical history and then some, and they rushed me through it. The medical assistant took me back into the room took my vitals and said the doctor would be in soon. I continued to fill out my paperwork, then the medical assistant came back in and said come with me and she took me to the providers office. The provder who was an NP was completely rude and condescending! She wanted to know why I hadnt seen the previous doctor in a year. I explained to her that I needed a prescription refill, and I didnt need to see the previous doctor because he determined that I was in good health and since we were in the middle if a pandemic he would just keep refilling the medication. She basically called me a liar and wanted to know if I had any medical records. I told her no cant you get them from him, or shouldnt there be a record here of them? She told me oh he didnt keep good records. What?! I wasnt looking to get a controlled substance refill by the way! She wouldnt give me a refill, and again inferred that I was lying about my condition. I wasted a $40 copay for nothing! I left and ended calling my insurance company from the parking lot and requested a new doctor all together!
