This was the only shop that didnt hesitate to work on this old bi fuel vehicle. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem when other shops just wanted to poke and prob until they figured it out. Vehicle runs great now. 2800 dollars this place took from an old woman to fix a 2007 Honda Accord that isnt even worth 2800 dollars and I get it back and the steering wheel is on upside down and my horn doesnt work I have to use two keys one to start at 1 to open it and the most insane thing my headlights never stop flashing unless I have my brights turned on in the daytime as well as the night time and when I turn off my car my headlights flash for at least 4 minutes sometimes up to 7 minutes every night when I get off work right in my neighbors window so basically what I got for twenty-eight hundred bucks was 4 low end tires motor mounts which are literally ten bucks a piece they supposedly flushed my brake system and my radiator and changed my oil but I dont even believe that because none of the other fluids had been touched.37000 views on my last review real talk

I used to use this shop but after the conversation with Ron today the mechanic who was very rude, gas lighting and unprofessional I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for the faulty part put in my vehicle which has now caused it to not be drivable. The owner is never there and has failed to appropriately apologize for the inconvenience and neglect that caused this entire situation.

They are so kind, patient, and hardworking. They actually took time to ask how me and my son were after our wreck. They patiently dealt with all my add on work when they called. Quoted a price of $1,200 to fix a/c in my car. Went somewhere else and got it fixed for $250. Was a different problem then what they stated. Took part of dash apart and did not replace the screws when I picked up the car. Seemed kind of rude and inconsiderate.

Took our moms car into be looked at because we noticed it had a leak less than a week after previously spending about $2000 to fix a leak. It was left there late in the day and we were told we would have an answer the next day on what was wrong which never happened. After 5 days they notified us that the car was ready to be picked up, upon retrieving the car the odometer had 80 miles more than when it was dropped off on it and the car still leaks.

They were all very polite, dropped off the car and they took me back to work. Kept me informed as to what was needed and actually delivered the car back to my work when done. Very nice. Was not able to do much with the car right then, but the diagnostic finds and cost was very fair.

Literally I had no doubt my car would be handled very well based off my initial call To their shop! That’s just scratching the surface in regards to the amazing service they provided! The shouting part was when I left my football equipment in the trunk of my car and my game was on a Saturday and didn’t remember until Friday night. Luckily, I was able to get into contact with Kevin who worked at the shop and he left his date early on Valentines Day to open the shop to get me my equipment so that I would be able to play my game!!! I thought I was out of luck, Accurate automotive was extremely amazing In regards to customer service and also went further to show me the part that was broken and demonstrate what it did and told me what I could do to prevent the issue from happening again. Gave me a note of what oil I should use and how many miles I should change my gear oil also. They worked quick with my warranty company and honestly the $175 I paid for fees and deductible were well worth it. They even called me an Uber to get home when I dropped off my car! They get it! When it comes to customer service!

They found out my whole AC unit and hoses needed to be replaced. They were very honest and agreed that Ill save $ for the next few months so they can fix it before summer hits.

Another great experience! Earlier, a well known tire center suggested I get new shocks and struts for almost $900. I brought it to Accurate Automotive. Lee, the owner, was extremely detailed regarding the intricacies of the alignment that was needed. Shocks and struts were fine already. The tire center would have replaced them and the issue would have remained since they had not done the alignment correctly. Accurate Automotive did a superb job on the alignment - Fixed! While using them for many different vehicles over the years they have always been great. Only fix what needs to be fixed and they get it done correctly. Thanks guys!!!

I was told during my last oil change that the serpentine belt was cracking and I should have it changed. They thought it would be about $135.00.When I took it in to have the work done, not only did they give me a ride home, but the final bill was only $106.00. Honesty is priceless!

Had a pre inspection check on a used car i just bought. They did a great job giving me good info that helped me buy the car. They gave me a detailed report that helped me see what is good and what could be wrong with the car in the future. I felt confident I was getting a good car after their analysis. Plus their service was great, they helped give me a ride, and they were very friendly during the whole process. I found a mechanic who I can trust and take my new Camry in if I ever need repairs.

The service was great! I brought my car in on short notice and they fit it in during a busy day so i could have my car back the same day. Ihave old cars and i like how they give me a watch list of items that might need attention in the future so i can plan and prioritize. No pressure just information. That is so helpful with a high milage vehicle. ☺

I had the shocks and struts replaced on my Ford Escape. I was still getting sounds like it was bottoming out on bumps and had to take it back. I ended up having to return it 3 times, but they finally determined that the problem was a bad engine mount. Now everything is fine. For me, the most important quality in a repair shop is that they stand behind their work and are conscientious about getting it right.

We have used accurate automobile for years with all of our cars and encourage our grown children to use them as well. We have never had a problem with them, we have great communication with them and they are fair in every way.

I have been looking for a good, honest mechanic and I couldnt be happier than going to Lee, Kelli, and their team. The two things that most impressed me where their friendliness and honest work. When I came in to them for a second visit, Lee and Kelli both remembered my name even though my only other visit had been over four months ago. Once they had finished their initial inspection of my vehicle, they called me and thoroughly explained the repairs needed, the price, and the time needed. I picked my vehicle up and everything was done perfectly as they said.

I have been taking my vehicle to Accurate Automotive for maintenance and repair since 2016. They are honest, and what they fix is fixed. I have had experience with repair shops where you end up throwing money at the problem because they dont really know what it is or how to fix it... Best car repair shop that I have found!! Great work and honest people!!I am 65 years old and have a respiratory issue. My AC stopped working in my car and as this is my go to care repair shop, i called them and explained my concerns about taking in my car myself with this virus threatening all of us. They did not question my concerns... were very understanding and came to my home to pick up my car AND brought it back to me when it was fixed!!!!!! there was no physical contact with me at all. I placed my keys in my car when they picked it up, they did the same when they returned it and even wiped it down inside and out!!! It was easy to pay over the phone!! This car repair shop it the BEST I have found in my 30 years of living in AZ. They are fair with their pricing, honest, dependable and very trustworthy!! I went to Accurate due to the positive reviews and I can see why. I needed an engine replaced and they wanted to verify before allowing me to spend that kind of money. The job was done in the time they quoted without any extra expenses. The next day the check engine light came on. They found two of the brand new spark plugs faulty and replaced (no charge). They stand by their work and do their best to make sure your satisfied. They have provided rides and even brought the vehicle to my home when I couldnt find a ride. They are good at communicating the repairs and keeping you updated. The owner, Lee, is a wealth of information and extremely knowledgeable! I wish I could deal with him every time! He and all his staff are very friendly and professional. Im glad I found them and am now part of Accurate family!

Lee and Erik are the best! They both went completely out of their way to replace the battery on my SUV within an hour as I had to travel out of town to visit an ill family member. My experience at accurate automotive was awesome. I had an oil change, alignment, and brake fluid flush done and I now feel like I am driving a new car. The price was fair and I really appreciated the shuttle service which allowed me to have the work done while I was at the office. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need and overall I felt like my cobalt was in good hands.

Theres nothing bad to report about these guys! Ive been going to them for years for my 2011 Toyota Prius and 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Theyre always EXTREMELY cordial, friendly, and supportive. I give extra points to any business that has employees who geek out over their work. Cartel Coffee Lab coffee shop has employees who are SO excited about coffee and what they do with it to make the absolute BEST coffee drinks for you; they will talk with you for hours if you want them to about roasting, grinding, brewing, using the right water, everything. And, its infectious just listening to them. Accurate Automotive is exactly the same way with me about auto mechanics and how all of our car parts works together. If you indicate youre interested in knowing the nitty gritty, theyll sit back, relax, and have a good ol chat with you about it. They, of course, also make quick work of diagnosing and repairing all that ails your vehicle. Im SO pleased with them!

My family has worked with Accurate Automotive for over 26 years. I have had as many as six cars in my family at any given time due to the size of my family. They handle/d every model with aplomb. A number of my cars have gone over 250,000 miles. All the normal maintenance as recommended was done to keep them running properly and safely. You can have a thorough discussion with Lee, Eric or Josh as to what really needs to be done and discuss cost. They do not recommend unnecessary work. Over the years the shop has had very helpful and experienced mechanics.

I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT!I foolishly took my F150 to the Ford dealership to fix a front end noise. Theyre much closer to me than Accurate, and it seemed likely to be something simple. The FD took 2 days to diagnose the problem, $1100 in parts not including labor and they needed a third day to fix it. If they hadnt let my truck sit for a 1.5 days before they even looked at it, Id have gladly paid the ~$1500 to have it fixed. I was so furious I demanded my truck back. Took my truck to Accurate. They explained that they couldnt rely on another shops diagnosis and would have to check it out themselves. SMART! In a few minutes they had it diagnosed and within an hour fixed! They tightened up some loose suspension components without any parts being required. San Tan Ford took almost 2 days to falsely diagnose the problem, and needed a 3rd day and ~$1500 to fix with parts that werent needed. Accurate diagnosed and repaired the problem in one hour and only cost 1hr labor. They saved me a boat load of money!!!! I will never be reluctant to drive the extra miles to Accurate for any repair, simple or not. Its so nice to be able to trust a repair shop thats so professional. Thank you to all the staff there!
