I have had maybe 20 MRI’s here and I never have to wait and only have had very nice people to deal with. I personally do not know how anyone hasn’t had the same .

I had read poor reviews of Arista before scheduling my appointment. Several reviewers complained about showing up at the scheduled appointment only to be told theyd have to wait quite a while to be seen, or worse, told they would need to return on another date. Because they were less expensive than their competitors I decided to give them a try though. I was called about a week before my appointment and told that I could not be seen at 2:15 as scheduled due to scheduling issues. They asked if Id be willing to change my appointment to 4:30, which I agreed to. When I showed up at 4:15 for my 4:30 I was told it would be an hour or more before they could see me. Five minutes later I was told it would be at least an hour and a half. This business clearly is very poorly run. Judging from other reviews this is a recurring issue. Unless you really need the somewhat lower cost this place offers, I would strongly urge you to make an appointment with a more professionally run imaging center. I left and took my business elsewhere. I wont be back.

Ive needed a couple MRIs in the past few years, I have been fortunate to be sent to Arista.The office is warm and inviting, the staff is nice and helpful and the techs are efficient and explain everything they are doing and how long it will take, each time.

Sent here by my doctor who highly recommended them. They were great communicating that they were running behind prior to my appointment. Front office and tech were great. Sent the results to my doctor super quick and very clean which is important with everything going on right now.

Dont go there find somewhere else to go they said I was in network it would be covered 100 percent 3 months later I get a bill in the mail I tried talking to them and that didnt work also the quality of there images is very poor Im very unhappy with Arista imaging and they also go by another name injury imaging solutions

Front office and techs are friendly. Over a two week period, Ive been there three times and each time my appointment was pushed back. The first time was almost two hours. (I was given a $5 Starbucks card for my troubles.) The second was going to be at least an hour and I had to reschedule as I had other plans. The third time, I got that dreaded and predictable phone call telling me they were running late. Each time I had already left work early to make sure I was on time for my appointment, so I was in transit. I understand that the delay is due to the patients before me move on the table and they have to start over. They have only one MRI bed. Id rather go to a facility that can accommodate more than one person at a time. Arista makes it clear you better no be late for your appointment... well, as a customer, my time is valuable as well.

I could not ask for more, a few years ago I got a MRI and it was a nightmare compared to this experience. I have made it a point to not just wright a review when something dose not go my way, but to tell people also about the exceptional services i received. The front office girls are so nice and helpful, and really make you feel comfortable right away. At one point a woman came out of a room and was helping me, I found out that she managed the office. Its so nice when everyone in the office is never to busy to help. I never felt like a number being processed like so many other DR office. What a great experience and if I ever need a MRI again I know where I will be going.

Will not use. Canceled my appointment while in route with some office policy I was not informed about. Did not care that I drove over 30 minutes to get there and that I was on time to my actual appointment. Will be calling my doctor tomorrow to arrange for imaging elsewhere. NO STARS.

Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The MRI Technologist made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. I had a hard time not swallowing at the end for my Cervical scan and she was getting really irritated and said it was “good enough” and ended it. I don’t recommend for anyone that is nervous going in for an MRI.

Front desk staff and MRI tech (*edit* Charlie is his name) were awesome! So nice and got me back way earlier than my appointment, which was great! I started to panic a little after the 2nd scan and the tech did a great job at calming me down and turning it into a light situation and even got me to laugh! If I had to get another one of these done, Id want to come back to this location.

Super disappointed with the service the service at this facility. When I️ initially set up my appointment the receptionist said the my appointment would be at 7:30, then I️ get a call a day before my appointment from another receptionist stating that I️ wouldn’t have to be there until 7:45. This morning while I’m on my way I️ get a call at 7:30am & get told that I’m late for my appointment. When I️ explained to the receptionist what happened, she asked how long it would take me to get there. I️ told her I️ would be there at 7:45 the time I️ was told. When I️ arrive I️ don’t fill out any paper work they immediately rush me to the back since she said I️ was “late”. Started at 7:45 ended at 9:30 because the tech said I️ kept moving, and I️ could be I️n a lot of pain and not noticing it. She asked me to reschedule for later today because someone else was waiting due to me not arriving on time in front of the other patient waiting in hallway chair. I️ scheduled for 8:45 the same day. so this time I️ leave early to avoid the same issue from this morning, to only get a call from facility to tell me that my 8:30 appointment needed to be pushed back because the person getting their scans is really in pain and asked if I️ could come in around 9:15 PM. I️’m definitely understanding that someone else is in pain, since I️ can relate, but why couldn’t the person behind me this morning wait, instead of making me drive another 25 min for the rest of my 20 min scan. What a disappointment! I️ wouldn’t recommend this place and I️ will definitely make it a point to complain to my specialist that referred me here so he can be more careful about the customer service and where he refers his patients.

MRI tech is a mean old bag. I have back issues and laying on a table for even 5 mins without moving is hard. Asked for a break she flipped out told me I’m claustrophobic and have my doctor prescribe me pills. Been spelunking in Caves few times and never had a issue. Maybe if the tech understood pain and wasn’t in such a rush it would of been a way more pleasant experience. Appt at 8:30 walked out at 10:30 telling me to reschedule. Total waste of my time. Front desk girls very nice

Staff was friendly, but I was quoted a price then later billed 10x that amount. I wasnt even going to get the MRI until the staff convinced me to, based on the price. I confirmed three separate times before having the scan. I attempted to resolve it over the phone, and was told they have had problems with their staff doing this. They said they would investigate and call me back. Instead, I got another bill for the same amount. Complaint was filed with BBB and CFPB. The owner has no ethics whatsoever.

I will never come back to this place. Front desk was amazing but just like the previous review stated, the MRI tech was so beyond rude and talked to me like i was stupid. I have an inplant that must be turned off before mris and i had it turned off last week in preparation. I told the scheduler twice about it and that I did go ahead and have it shut off in advance. I gave the person i talked to the info on my implant on both calls with them and was told everything was fine and dandy. Get there today and the mri tech said she had to have radiology approval and acted like they had no idea what i was talking about and refused to call the radiologist or let me call my neurologist. It was not my fault that the scheduler didnt pass on the information that i gave her twice. That was their mistake and they didnt want to be inconvenienced to do their job and correct their own error. It was over an hour and a half drive to get to their location to be talked to like im an idiot. Very rude and unprofessional. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

The staff is wonderful. My husband is at ease when doing the MRI. Hes cluster phobia. He was not bothered at all. Going for a second MRI, NEXT WEEK.

Just came in for third time to try to get an MRI done they rescheduled twice and now delayed for over an hour. Also tried to charge me twice for procedure. If I ever need to get another MRI I will go anywhere but arista

I went to Arista for 2 MRIs. I was met by a cheerful friendly front desk staff. The technician I had was fabulous and very attentive thru the 1 hour back to back procedure. I was impressed. My previous experience was with Simon Med. OMG the WORSTPlease keep up the good work Arista and you will be around for years to come.
