I had a fantastic experience at this location. I appreciated the text messaging system they use and the easy mobile check-in. I even got to scan my insurance information with my phone ahead of time. I was able to spend my short wait time in my car, but for those waiting inside, the facility strictly adhered to COVID-19 safety protocols. The staff I interacted with were kind, respectful, and highly efficient. I was in and out in minutes. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this location.

I went for a blood draw and i have to say it wasnt a good experience. Ive been before no problems but when i went i could tell the woman that did it really didnt care about my comfort during it. As soon as it went in i felt like it was being done wrong. I went to school with MAs and i know the difference. The whole process was painful and i couldnt wait to leave.

I went here for pre employment drug screening. Never again! Once they have your paperwork & ID, you will wait for two to three hours while they carelessly move like tortoises. If you walk out of the waiting area they take your name off the list, no matter how long you’ve been waiting. I mentioned to the front desk receptionist that I made the mistake of drinking too much water for my urine sample, & needed to step out and use the restroom after waiting so long. She got defensive and rudely told me I’d have to sign back in if I walked out, which I ended up doing for fear of peeing my pants. I contacted my prospective employer and had them reschedule the drug screen at the Lab Corp location on Southern Avenue in Mesa. They provided a much better experience with friendly service and a short waiting time. I recommend the Southern Ave location, certainly not the location on Brown Rd.

I didnt think to even check the rating before coming here...my job didnt give me an option actually...they set my appointment here and Im so sad they did. Customer service here is poor and the wait time seems excessive of 35-40 minutes for a drug screening with preregistration being a requirement.

Worst location I have been to. The youngerish blonde with nails done and coordinating watch band, should NOT be in healthcare, she was rude, sharp, and condensending. Why does she work there and have to talk to people? The older lady was super nice. While I waited the gentleman next to me, had to go up there because they lost his order and never called him. Another patient left and they had to call him back because they did finish his labs. I got stuck twice, because they missed the first time. Open on sat is the only plus.

They are super rude at front desk. Like speaking to people like they are a burden. Im here for pre employment screening and the front person (no name tag) was very rude to me. Did not let me finish any question or comment . she was pushing me to move. I did have someone finally answer a question politely. But, again the front staff was super rude. If given a choice in future I would drive further to another location.

If I could give less than one star I would. Originally I had an appointment for 12:45 on a Wednesday afternoon for a pre employment drug screening. I got the the appointment at 12:45 so I was fully checked in a few minutes later. After waiting until 1:45 (an hour after my scheduled appointment) I had to rush to the bathroom before I peed all over myself.I got called in 5 minutes later and told the doctor/tech person that I couldn’t pee and I tried to explain the situation and he didn’t really listen. He just gave me a cup and said to drink as much water as I need and let them know when I was ready. So I did that. And then when I was finally ready I let the same doctor/tech know I was ready and then they made me wait an extra 15 minutes!Provided the sample a different doctor took it. He asked me if I drank a lot of water and I explained tha I don’t normally but I was ready to pee at the time of my appointment I wasn’t anticipating waiting over an hour to be called. His response? “You can’t hate me for saying this but, one reason they reject tests without even sampling them is due to color and yours looks diluted.” Yeah no doubt it does I’ve been drinking water for the last 45 minutes hoping I can pee before you guys close.So I made another appointment for the next day. Had to pay for another drug test. Showed up 20 minutes early. They have literally called almost every single person who arrived after me.Why bother making this by appointment only if I am still being made to wait until after my appointment, and people are being called in a random order. And both times I provided a sample the doctor/tech taking it was very condescending. He never locked the locker that had my bag in it which makes me concerned about the legitimacy of my test.Oh and don’t bother calling you won’t hear back from anyone.

Wow!!! I have a new born, whom unfortunately needed serious blood work. After going to another location that caused unnecessary pain and were not able to do the blood work, we were so pleased that they did his blood draw quick and easy! The man at the front desk went above and beyond researching the blood needed . Hector was our lab tech and he was wonderful! Thank you again for making it as easy as possible for our 6 week old baby!

I had an appt at 8:30 and I arrived at 8:15. They called me up at 8:30 to ask for my lab work in which I told them I forgot the paperwork, but I can email it to you. The email the gave me didn’t work and I tried it several ways. Front office wasn’t willing to look at my phone or come up with another solution but to call my drs office who always has a 20 min wait time to talk to someone. It was faster for me to go home and grab the paperwork so I did. When I came back got my blood work and left. 10 min later I get a call saying they didn’t grab all the blood they needed so I turned back around. At this point in time it’s 9:30 and I told my work I’d be in by 9:30 as it’s 10 min from this office. So now this is running into my patients time at my office off of LabCorp’s mistakes. I needed a stool sample as well and I got a call from my GI dr saying it wasn’t the right temperature. I’ve done this several times and know that it’s suppose to be refrigerated so I did so. So now that means LabCorp screwed up again and mishandled my labs. It was a very unpleasant visit from beginning to end

So upset. I absolutely would NOT recommend this location. The techs are very incompetent! I had two orders and the tech only drew for one. He left the tie thing on my arm and left the room to find tubes. He then missed my vein several times. He kept the needle in too long and the blood clotted. He stuck me several times in my right arm then changed to my left arm. Now I have to come back because all weren’t drawn. Totally unacceptableUpdate 07/19/2021 Just got my labs drawn. Absolutely appreciate that I can walk in without an appointment. A bit of a wait but it wasn’t too bad. The girl that did my blood draw was very nice and kind. My overall complaint today was that this is a facility that see lots of people especially sick people. It’s really disgusting that Labcorp isn’t enforcing the wearing of masks. You all see lots of sick people everyday. Not only are you peoples lives at risk even your own employees. It’s such a ashamed. COVID is real and The Delta variant is deadly. You are a medical facility amd should be strictly enforcing masks. There was a guy there today couching into the air without a mask and no one said anything. The staff should have stepped up and made him wear a mask. It should be enforced for everyone.

Quick and efficient with the Express Lane but the staff are friendly and willing to help. My appointment was scheduled for 8:15am and I arrived 45 minutes earlier and they saw me in 10 minutes from arriving. Way better service than most people make LabCorp out to be!

TERRIBLE customer service, lady was rude during drug test. And they accused me of tampering with my sample even though they lock up all the items. Do not go if you think you are starting your period. Waiting extremely long although i had an appointment.Do not bring your child. I dont know figure out who will watch your kid even if you are a single parent. She was rude told me “how will i be able yo work if you cannot find anyone to watch your child” so disrespectful. Then she tried to talk to my baby , um no not after you disrespected me.They do NOT VERIFY THE PATIENT.. which is rule number one!!A bunch of rude people. And make sure you watch them label your urine and close it! They also leave their samples at room temperature which they should be chilling in the refrigerator.

The front office staff at this location is unbelievably disrespectful and dismissive. You will be treated with disgust and contempt with every interaction even when you go out of your way to be friendly and helpful. At my last appointment the phlebotomist did not confirm my name or DOB prior to drawing blood and did not label any of the vials with my name. Ultimately I did get the proper labs drawn and my results, however my experience at this location (4+ visits) has been absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately due to closures this is the closest location to me.

Better than the Sanora quest out in my area. Front Desk lady acted like she didnt want to be there. Almost like she was bored.The lab tech was super great. Friendly and quick. Did a great job.I suggest you make an appointment. Makes the trip quicker.

Bit frustrating when youre waiting for your results for a drug test to start a job when was told it takes 2 days. My employer has still not received them. No ever answers their phone and I have left multiple messages and still have not received a call back. I do not recommend this lab. As a medical profession, this is unprofessional.

Terribly long wait, tons of people in the waiting room. Only have seats for about 10 people, and about 20 people standing inside for several minutes. A lady who had a 12:45 appointment was seen 45 minutes later. Lacking organization. They sent me a text saying they were ready to see me and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and still haven’t been seen.

Im not sure why this place has negative reviews. I was able to schedule my appointment ahead of time for this Saturday for some labs I needed done. Theres was a little bit of a wait, but nothing crazy, and something Id expect having the convenience of coming in on the weekend. The check in was easy, the front desk woman was super nice, and the phlebotomist did a great job. The blood drawing was pain free and he kept talking to me which made me comfortable during the experience. 5 stars, very happy with their service.

I set up an appointment online four days ahead of time. I indicated online that I’m fasting. When I got in at 10:50 for my 11:00 am appointment I had to use their kiosk to sign in and I had already gave them all my insurance and personal information online but I had to re-enter all of my information again. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. If my doctor or anyone else ever wants to send me to a LabCorp again, I will request another company, I don’t want to come here again. I gave the company three stars because the customer service was good. The phlebotomist took my blood efficiently without any pain and she was very friendly too.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! Avoid this place, you will regret coming here. The ladies at the front desk were rude to every single customer they spoke to while I was in there and were giggling and laughing at some older customers names right in front of them. They acted like they didn’t want to be working there and all the other customers that were inside while I was there were extremely frustrated with the level of professionalism here. I wish I could give negative stars.

Marilyn was friendly, proficient, and gentle with my blood draw. The facilities were clean and tidy! For reference, my visit was today: September 25, 2017 at 12:55pm.Update: January 12, 2021 visitMarilyn, January, and Holly are all very kind and helpful! I had a glitch with express check in and they quickly helped me get back in and on my way on a VERY busy day. These wonderful women remain calm and kind despite angry, anxious patients losing their cool in these pandemic times. Ladies, I appreciate you!!

A lot of people have said, I dont know why all the hate or negative reviews about this place, but I never had a problem. For once, I have to agree with such reviews. I went for employment drug testing and found that the staff were not rude, nor were they overtly courteous. It was simply another day of work for them. The facility itself is just average, the wait time was standard from arrival to departure, and the process was fairly streamlined. I can only guess, but perhaps the negative experiences people have had might stem from either their circumstances or their mindset when walking in. Id imagine the staff might get frustrated with individuals who dont read the signs, utilize the digital kiosks to sign-in, and follow directions but for me the staff were just normal. Id give this place 3-stars but there was just nothing WRONG with it. Its just not all that special either. Make your appointment, fast 12 hours prior (at least for a drug screening), show up, sign-in, read something or play on your phone, give your ID when asked for and wait. The hours are listed on the website. Show up during those hours and youre fine. Not 1 minute past their listed lunch time, not 5 minutes before they close, but at reasonable, logical times.For those showing up for something else, like an appointment for something medical related, expect a wait time (regardless of appointment time) because...what medical place doesnt make you wait? Appointments are like interview times: the doctor/interviewer can be running late, and that sucks and you have no choice, but if YOU are running late, youre penalized in some way. Just how it is. Appointments seem to be just a rough guideline for businesses and medical staff everywhere.

My experienced started with the woman at the front desk telling me that it was a federal law that 10 year old son could not wait for me in the reception area he would have to wait in the car. Which is a lie and conflicts with their policy on children. Then I watched as she mistreated the older clientele that could not use the self check in. After roughly 1.5 hours I was able to complete my pre employment drug screen. With exception of the woman performing the drug screen it was horrible.

It sucks you have to give ANY stars. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. I took my one year old here for her annual blood work. I’m a first time mother and have only done blood work in a lab one other time for her. You have to check in on kiosks. Just to be called back up to the desk to give information that you already entered in the kiosks, including reason for visit and insurance cards. After waiting over 90 minutes we were finally called back, left waiting another 10-15 minutes in the room. A “phlebotomist” named Luisa (not sure on spelling) came in accompanied by a seemingly pleasant woman. Luisa asked for last name and date of birth and paperwork. Gave it all to her. I asked her how many tubes they’d be getting and she said “I’m just using one syringe.” The woman who came in with Luisa actually answered my question and informed me they’d be taking two small tubes. As a parent I like to take pictures and document things for myself and family who are not present. Her father held her as they drew her blood from her right arm and I recorded it, as there are no signs anywhere in their office that prohibit cell phone use. So Luisa looked at me out of the corner and her eyes and said in a snarky tone, “yeah next time you can’t be recording us like that.” I said “Okay, I didn’t see any signs saying no cell phone use so I figured it was okay, my bad.” And she continued on saying “it’s our policy so next time, no recording.” I didn’t say anything in return, as I already apologized. Then my child’s dad who was upset she spoke to me in the tone she had and asked where the policy was stated considering there was nothing posted visibly for us to have known. And she stated that “it’s our policy and well now you know, I’m telling you for next time.” And then proceeded to leave the room with the woman who came in with her. Failing to inform me on how long to keep the band on my daughters arm. If you care about bed side manners, customer service, or just flat out respect, go to a different location. This company is not a bad one. However, this location should look at restaffing.

Staff was pleasant and nice and friendly. I lost my key when I was there and I could not even call them to see if they had it. The customer service number had do much static you could hardly make out the number and then the number was not in service. I listened to the message 3 times. As I dont drive it is hard for me to get down there. I dont know if my keys are there or not but there is no number to call and ask them. One person running the front office AND doing the urine tests. Nothing against him. He was very friendly, professional, and went as fast as he could, Im sure. But it took almost three hours from signing in to finally peeing. I was about to pee my pants, no exaggeration. But once youre signed in and he has your ID theres no leaving. Considering many employers send people there, youd think theyd hire more people.

I scheduled an appointment at the baseline location 5 days ago. I drove across town and found a sign on the door stating that that location was now permanently closed and go to the east Brown location. I had to drive back across town to get here. I told the lady at the desk that I needed these labs drawn and this was the 4thblabcoro Id been to in the last week and I wanted my labs done now. She curtly told me I had to wait because I had made an appt at another lab site. It didnt seem to make a bit of difference that the other site was no longer open. I cannot believe how awful this company is. Why was I even able to make an appt at a site not even open? Why did I not get any notification whatsoever that I would need to go elsewhere. Unbelievable. It is like this at all 4 locations I went to. Its horribly unfortunate that businesses contract with this company because if I had a choice Id go anywhere else.

Today I visited this facility to have a drug test for my job. The person who I had contact with, blond and overweight was rude and clearly dis not know how to communicate with the public. I have worked as a Registered nurse and midwife in the UK and although the UK is not known for great customer service, this was by far the worse I have experienced. Being rude is unacceptable! Labcorp, step your game up!

Not terrible if you know what youre getting into. Yes, be prepared to wait! Dont drink a gallon of water before you get there. There is a water cooler in the waiting area, so you can drink while youre waiting. I was a little shocked to walk in and find a room full of people, but the staff was pleasant and managed our expectations by telling us the wait would be about an hour. Once I was called up, the process was very quick and easy. This office is just too small to handle the amount of business they receive, though this is not the staffs fault.

Very disappointed with appt today. Management needs to improve this site. Elder gentleman came in, no help was offered to show him the kiosk. BUT my real compliant is the patients’ bathroom. It was absolutely inexcusable. The lid off the toilet was put to the side exposing the water tank. And there was no handle-to flush the toilet. Bent wire from the inside water tank outside to make a handle. I’m so upset I wonder what the board of health and OSHA would say.

I am not understanding the negative feedback of previous reviews. I have been to this location twice and been consistently treated with respect and courtesy. They now have checkin kiosks which seem to make the process a bit more efficient. While I was there, several people were confused with how to use the kiosk and the receptionist came out from her desk to assist everyone. I did not have an appointment but I did not feel my wait time was over long. The technician was professional, courteous, and very good with her tasks. Also, the office was very busy, but moved with an efficient use of staff and time. I was seen 1-29-2019.

Staff is incredibly rude, the older woman working the front desk is the absolute worst. She is overtly rude and condescending. She doesnt listen when given clear information. I had an order number from my doctor and she argued with me for 5 minutes that they dont do the test requested and she wouldnt be able to pull it up with the number.Once she finally tried the order number, it pulled up the information immediately and we were able to move forward. This woman should not be working with people. If she hates her job and patients that much she should be moved to a position away from patients.The woman conducting the drug test was kind and efficient. But if you have any choice, I would recommend going to a different location or company.

Arrived at opening for an employer drug screen. Was refused because staff doesn’t start drug screening until 9am. Inconvenient for people with regular jobs on week days. Employer told me to check in right then and then come back before 9am. Then I would be first in line for drug screening. Went home and waited. Then drove back. Arrived at 8:50am and they took my paperwork and told me to take a seat. Have been here for almost an hour and they keep calling people back who came in after me. What was the point of checking in at 6am for a 9am appointment just to be waiting this long?

I read the previous reviews AFTER completing a UA drug screen here for a new employer. My experience was perfect quite honestly. In and out in under 20 minutes. They called my name less than 5 minutes after I signed in...however, I wasnt exactly prepared. Not fancy...but, why would it be? Tidy space, considerate staff, quick service. I didnt really enjoy the no minors rule. I brought my daughter with me so it was an inconvenience and slightly annoying. But, I did what parents do...found a way to deal with it and handled it accordingly. No issues whatsoever!

Amy the person who checks you in was Rude, unprofessional and inefficient she took my orders from me and threw out the first order, processed the other order and told me I had a 30 minute wait even though I had an appointment checked in via phone and had already waited 30 minutes , when I asked for the second order she stated rather loudly that I only handed her the one order and I told her she had taken both from me after some discussion I told her to look in her trash can because that is where she put the order, she took some trash from her trash basket placed it on her desk, and my order was right on top of the pile, no apology her only remark was “I thought it was a copy of the map”I can continue to write about my experience, but I feel the message is clear

The staff at this location are very abrupt and abrasive. They are very slow and even with only one other person in there expect a visit to take 25+ minutes. They dont even have to check you in there is a kiosk. I have been to different LabCorps and not had to wait unless they had a lobby full of people or were understaffed, that was not the case this morning. It is employee ran so they have no repercussions to poor behavior.

Havent been in yet, but so far I havent had a stellar time trying to get in touch with the company. The phone never answers, but directs to automated voicemail that eventually gives you a number to call. Im not the best at hearing, and had to call multiple times to get the number down. Apparently, if you call them enough times you get a completely different voicemail with a completely different phone number to call. I just want to ask questions about labwork; Ive never done this before.Nobody seems to talk about the potential $150 up-front fee if you have a bank account. I have family whose used the neighboring Sonora Quest and they find that incredibly suspiscuous, so I’m inclined to agree.

Awful waiting time. First you have to check in on the computer yourself by scanning yourinsurance and driver licence card. The computers time out the older people and the staff get loud and grumpy about helping them. Than they call you back an hour later to verify your labs. Than you wait another 30 to 40 min to get your blood drawn!!! This was in the afternoon not morning Rush.

If I could give a negative star I would in a heartbeat. Zero customer service. The girls up front are rude and nasty and have ZERO personality. If I would have known this I would have driven to another location.

The unhelpful old lady is Marilyn. She does not give a shut about anyone and has no customer service skills. My employment screening order, from LabCorp, has the hours all jumbled up and said no screening on Saturdays. So I show up at 3:03 on Friday to get it done and according to their own printed signs they stop at 3 pm. I all of they can do it still, the manager comes out, rolls her eyes, purses her lips and says no, we have to have a cutoff time otherwise we wouldnt ever stop. I explain the order, from LabCorp, and show it to her. She became extremely rude. She told me to go to Phoenix tomorrow, so I asked her if there was a cutoff time there but she didnt know and tried her hardest to not help me. LabCorp is a joke.

Lab Corp is HORRIBLE!!!! I spent the ENTIRE DAY trying to take a pre employment drug screen! I went to the Phoenix location and was denied because they stopped taking people at 12 mind you, it was 1201 when I got to the counter. THEN I drive 35 mins to the Glendale location only to be told it will be a 4 hour wait!! To drop some pee and walk out. I hate lab Corp with a passion i will never understand why in the world anyone would utilize them!!! HORRIBLE PLACES HORRIBLE STAFF AND ATTITUDES!!! You can tell they don’t like to take people who are needing drug screens. Waste of an entire day and an entire tank of gas! Thanks a whole lot jerks!!!!

The old lady with short hair at the front desk was extremely rude. If you have a simple quick question she will not answer it and completely ignore you. A woman there had a question about her lab work but the old lady made her sign the waiting sheet instead of just simply listening to what the woman needed then when it was finally her turn the old lady told her she was at the wrong place and it was too late to go to the other LabCorp because she had made her wait so long! Very inconsiderate.

Wouldnt talk to you when you walked in the door. Just sign in, waited an hr to get to the desk to check in and they dont take my insurance. What a big waist of time. Seems like they only had 2 people on staff today with a full waiting room.

First off they need to change their address. It is NOT 6118 E. Brown, that leads you way off course even with your GPS. I had to stop at Walgreens and they know how many people get lost.The address is 6106 E Brown in Mesa, in the Red Mountain corporate plaza, bldg 6118. This cost me so much time to get there.THIS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED IMMEDIATELY. So because they have the wrong address, it took me 25 minutes to get there. When leaving I noticed the Red Mountain corporate sign. Put my GPS on to go back home and WELLA, took me less than 10 min. So its located on Recker and Brown.otherwise I didnt have a totally bad experience with the staff, just the receptionist that took her time getting you signed up and in.

So i read the reviews and thought oh boy came with phone full charged and battery pack thinking i would be playing games. Nope i walked in signed in Paula was super nice and got test done and said later. Was no guy both girls are nice and speak english so i can say they must have read reviews cause nothing like it. Only neg side is yes the phones dont work.

I have called over 20 times and nothing! I havent spoken to a human yet. A lot of people are forced to go here by their future employers to get their drug tests done. Which means they have a deadline by which they need the test taken. This company does not care about customers at all. I will NEVER choose this company willingly.

Made an appointment for 12:15pm and scheduled my work day around the appointment time. Got to the lab at 12:00 - 15 minutes early, as instructed. Checked in, was told it would be a 13 minute wait. After finally complaining about the wait, I was taken back at 12:45. I made the appointment for a specific time for a reason - what is the point of making an appointment if I am just going to be treated like a walk-in? I will never return to this location.

Absolutely disgusting! Signed in before my appointment, it wasnt busy, but i still dodnt get back till after 30 min after my appointment time, that i was early for. Then when i get back the bathroom was solid with urine , and when i asked the lady for sanitary wipes she was rude. Patients shouldnt be subject to that kind of uncleanness!

Walked in at 9:20 and was told thirty minute wait. it was 1 1/2 hour before I was even called to the front desk for check in. 20 more minutes before my blood was drawn. what I dont appreciate is being told 30 minutes when I first arrived. had I even known it would be more than forty five I would not have waited. was late for a work meeting. horrible experience. will never go back.

Over an hour wait. They said they would call me that evening to tell me if I need to come back because they were not able to test for one of the doctor requested tests and I never received a call back. You can not talk with a representative when you call this line and the staff was very short with the patients. They seemed annoyed with our valid questions.

HORRIBLE. Worst Lab experience ever. Showed up for an employers drug screen and it was 95 minutes total to do a 5 minute test. I tried making an appointment but they had nothing available in the short time frame my employer allowed. SO... I sat and wasted half my day getting to this place and then watching everyone else go ahead of me. What I dont understand is why a place that isnt busy takes so long to get anything done. The staff at the front desk were just standng around gossiping about the previous days customers -- and thats when the big gray-blonde lady (no name tag) that has difficulty walking isnt being rude to everybody who talks to her. Hey, if you hate your job, you can quit! Dont take it out on the rest of us! If you get in and out of this place quickly, and are treated nicely while there, consider yourself lucky!
