This place is amazing they have helped me twice, once they answered there phone and let me come in on a day they were not open, second they helped me diagnose an issue over the phone so I could fix the issue myself, great honest friendly guys that just want to help and do the right thing. Dont mistake honest with rudeness, went here today for an oil change wss greeted asked how i was even before he was ready forme, took about half hour from walk in to goneand i watched the oil change he even reset my oil change button which is a hassle on the car i own i would recommend this place for oil changes and if i ever need anything else done ill probably go here to very knowledgeable five stars

Avoid this place if you can! The manager here was so rude; I would have rather waited 40 minutes at a Jiffy Lube then deal with this place.I walked in and waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes before the manager came in. No greeting, no asking what I need, nothing. I started the conversation saying that I was wanting my oil change and wondering how long the wait will be. He told me 30 minutes and that if I left he couldn’t hold my place in line. Whatever, I unloaded my two kids and waited.He asked me if I was the one who had called early about using a customer appreciation coupon and I told him I didn’t but my wife did, to which he audibly scoffed at. He then proceeded to ask me to pay before my service was complete (he let everyone else there pay AFTER it was done.) So I told him my wallet is connected to me keys (which he had) so without a word, he stepped into the shop, grabbed my keys and came back in and just dangled them in front of me. As I was pulling the money out, he just stood there watching me count, and proceeded to count my money again in front of me.After my service was done, he didn’t even say thank you or you’re all done, or even here you go have a nice day! He had another gentleman pull my car out and give me my keys.I don’t know if the service I received was due to a bad day, or because I am Mexican, or because I am also a queer woman with two kids, but this places customer service is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. 0/10 would not recommend!

Ace Automotive Repair does good work and they have great prices on oil changes. The place gets busy at times but the wait is reasonable. Honest people here and I wouldnt take my vehicle(s) anywhere else. I would highly recommend you to bring your vehicles here for any repairs. Thank you Ace Automotive Repair. We are fortunate to work at the owners home (we provide his water treatment). I stopped by his office today to promote his company. I like what I see. I saw him interact with a customer. The customer left with a big smile (I held open the door for this customer). I picked up some business cards to hand out. I will say: you all should come see for yourself; this is a fantastic organization.

This is my go to shop for oil changes! The service is completed in about 20 min or less, hardly ever a wait, and they do a great job. Additionally, their price for a synthetic oil change never changes and there is no secret charges like the chain store competitors. Will never go to another Jiffy Lube again!!!!

Didnt greet for about 15min. Had a coupon for an oil change and guy tried to upsell on some oil because it had to be handled differently... friend is a mechanic so nice try. We paid for this coupon book and a business who tries to take advantage of people that look like they dont know what theyre doing is a business Im not willing to support. Dont be selling coupons if you cant even stand by them. Terrible company values.

I took my car to get it troubleshooted. The owner did an excellent job finding out what was the problem quickly and efficiently and gave me an honest price. Also I take my car to get oil changes done. I would recommend his service.

I purchased a coupon book from work that gives me 4 free oil changes here. The condition on the coupon book says that the oil needs to be 0W-30 oil. I needed to use 5W-30 for my truck. Both oil types cost $22.88 at Walmart, they are just different weights.I had my friend bring my 2015 Silverado that takes 5W-30 oil to this shop. He waited for 15 minutes until someone came to the counter who asked him what do you want?. My friend showed him the coupon book and said he was here for an oil change. My friend is also an Army mechanic, we just wanted to take advantage of the free oil change that we paid for with our coupon book. When the employee took a look at the truck, he came back and told my friend that there would be an extra charge for a different oil type. Knowing that the two oil types cost the same amount, I asked my friend to question the dollar value of the coupon when the employee gives him a new price. The employee told my friend it would be an extra $45 to use 5W-30 oil. When my friend asked what the dollar value of our coupon was that would be applied towards $45, the employee said he didnt know. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this attempt to scam us for more money than what would be fair. Red Devil Auto has a special for a $19.95 5W-30 oil change, by the way. Definitely taking my business there.After this experience, I will never return to this auto shop for any service or oil change, and would highly recommend finding an honest auto shop that doesnt extremely over price a simple oil change, especially when you have a free oil change coupon that you paid for.

Run, run, run. This place lacks any type of customer service, the Owner is rude, and the place is incredibly filthy./disgusting. Yes this place has incredibly cheap oil changes for $15 but they back charge you a $3 disposal fee, add extra fees for upgraded oil and trucks, and charge another $4 for oil filters. It adds up really fast and its all forced to be cash or they charge another $2 fee to use your credit or debit card.I sat and waited over 20minutes just to be waited on and when I finally turned my keys over I requested a call when my vehcile was done and never got anything. They were supposed to do visual checks of my vehicle; that never happened. My vehicle was left unlocked after the oil change and the Owner was fighting me because they upgraded my oil I never requested. Worse part, I know my brakes are bad, they didnt even bring it up!Put this place out of business! There are a ton of excellent businesses out there with hard working HONEST individuals with excellent customer care that deserve your business. Just not this one!

I Recently took my truck here and was treated very good, not only did the front desk help treat me very nice but the mechanic also took time to come out and speak to me about a few things I had questions about unrelated to the repairs at hand, the prices were very reasonable too! Definitely a Down to earth kinda shop and thats the kind of people I like dealing with, Honest and Fair, theyve got my future business thats for sure

I took my car for an oil change and the mechanic was honest and reliable. Since then, I have recommended him to my family. No small print! No games! I have had small issues that hes found and he tells me price and how long I have before that repair becomes an emergency.

Worst place! Got my oil changed! 5mins later driving my oil light came on!They didn’t tighten the oil bolt! I called and they said oh well not our problem! Shady! I also asked for my air bags to be serviced and they said sure! After I was checking why my oil was low! My air bags went off!!! Contacting the state

I was lied from two prior shops about my drain plug being stripped and wanting over $1000 to fix. I went with Ace and the owner changed my oil and no problems with my plug. Thats an honest shop owner and I keep going every oil change.

Trash,dirty, in the corner rat hole mechanic shop, the secretary (manager)old white guy, that smelled like cigarettes, worst customer service. No greeting when walking in, not even a smile.I explained I got a Community appreciation package for his shop from my job which include;Free Lube, which they didnt lube nothing.Free oil change, with no $3charge disposal explanation.but the secretary said that it was wrong.And a Free full vehicle Inspection included as well! Which when the mechanic that had a cigarette in his mouth, finished my change. I asked the secretary (manager) what else did he see wrong with my vehicle.He said a dent hood and brakes need to be done which is(175)no parts included. Obviously you can hear my breaks and the dent is a eye soar. I said tell me something I dont know.He said that he just saw those things.Mind you, I know whats wrong with my car, he did not check my car at all, I know I need tie rods done, maybe shocks and springs.but he showed no concern or interest in my car. Worst EXP, never going back even when the package gives me another 3free changes.

Only went to this place because I had a coupon for an oil change. Guy left the head lights on and ran the battery down and then tried to sell me an alternator. On top of that he left dirty footprints in the car.
