Dr. Couser is amazing, my son loved him, he made us feel very comfortable with the whole process. I recommend him to all my family and friends. He is so out going and so good with kids. He is always smiling and that is amazing. Thank you Dr. Couser!

Dr Couser is very personable. Hes a very happy guy and you can tell the staff all work well together and with him. I love how thorough his is when he explains everything in the initial exam and doesnt want you to leave with any questions unanswered. My daughter had her first round of braces and shell be going back in two years for another in a couple years. Luckily our insurance is contracted with his office so we got an amazing deal. Im 100% satisfied with his office, staff, treatment and care. Thank you all for making us feel so comfortable through the entire process.

I’d had braces as a child and my teeth moved. He put braces on me as an older adult and I’m very happy with my smile! He also did my twins’ braces and they look amazing as well. Dr. Couser is such a happy upbeat person and very good at his trade. He’s also willing to work with insurance and within our means. I couldn’t be happier. I recommend him to everyone I know looking for an orthodontist and will continue to do so.

I had a great experience with Dr. Couser and his team. Incredibly kind staff, very personable and had great results with my smile. I would recommend his office to anyone needing orthodontic care.

This is long but I want to share the details behind the poor score. Dr. Couser seems friendly, but that is really all that I liked about this practice. Every visit was rushed. Every question we had asked, Dr. Couser expertly avoided. Felt like our treatment plan was just one of a few templates and he cannot be bothered with questions. My son and I had very different teeth and got identical treatment plans. 11 month period (although he collected from my insurance the cost for the standard 18-24 month plan). At the beginning of the braces application he shaved our teeth without our consent! Our teeth were not even overly crowded. Later I noticed an asymmetrical curvature on my lower set that developed shortly after getting the braces and was worsening each visit. I sent him pictures and told him in person too. Based on my research this can happen and can be corrected by adjusting and applying the correct pressure to move the tooth or teeth in the proper direction. Never did he address it. Now there is a significant change to my bite! I keep biting my inner lip! When I showed him how bad it was he simply shaved the top of my tooth. I was so shocked and all I was able to say was no please stop thank you. I hate the experience and I hate the results. Now let me share the final straw why Im writing this negative review-- its how Dr. Couser just keep trying to make me and my son second guess our own observations and feelings of dissatisfaction. My 14yo son said that the first time he got his upper teeth retainers (end of Sept), one side felt off like it was taller or sitting lower. He didnt articulate it that way but used the word weird to describe it, and I actually remember this interaction (no big deal, I thought it was just the new retainers naturally feeling weird) so orthodontist dismissed my sons concern as usual and reassured him with a beaming smile that Its great. On the 3rd month checkup my son actually mentioned the awkward fit and Dr. Couser basically said the same canned response no its great. Then at 5mos there is physical evidence of unevenness Dr. Couser blames grinding. If my son was a grinder our dentist would have known, like Im sure he would have advised against the clear plastic retainers he knew we were getting from this orthodontist. Since getting those BS responses and treatment from Dr. Couser my son got refitted at another practice and that second opinion validated everything we felt and thought about Couser. Anyways I just want everyone to be aware so you dont have to deal with much incompetence and arrogance the way we did.

Dr. Couser is amazing. Great with kids. Great with payment plans. His staff is so friendly. Most importantly hes a great ortho and makes beautiful smiles. All 5 of my kids will be going to him.

I went to this orthodontist for my own braces as an adult and my daughters spacer. I would not recommend them. First reason - my daughter had hardware left in her mouth and forgotten that caused extensive damage later. I already had my braces on so I had to continue with them. After my braces came off I asked for permanent retainers. One of the “permanent” retainers popped off two years later. He charged me $180.00 to put it back on. One of my teeth on the top has moved even with the retainer he put in, and he said it had not. Even though it has clearly moved. When I told the front office lady that my husband had his retainer replaced for free by an orthodontist that did not even do his braces she told me, “maybe I should go there”. I have three kids that will all need braces, I will take them to Rollins and Petersen across the street.

Both my kids went to Couser. Great doctor, great staff. They are always friendly and patient with both kids. Highly recommend!

I took my 10 year old son to the free iPad and goodies each visit guy and Dr. Couser. I said YOU pick. He didnt hesitate when he said Dr. Couser. Its easy to see why. Dr.Couser is hilarious, upbeat and optimistic, making even the, sometimes necessary, crummy news sound good. His prices are lower then the other guy too!I decided to get adult braces and agree with my son, theres no one better to be up in your grill then Dr.C!

This great man and his staff did my braces 8 years ago when I was sixteen. Unfortunately, my mom wasnt able to keep up with payments, and they still managed to work with me. When I was able to continue payments when I was 18, they continued to work with my payments, my schedule, and even the cavities that had formed in my mouth. I finally had them removed when I was 20. My teeth have been great ever since, and I have a smile I am really proud of. I no longer feel the need to hide my face.This guy is so great, I sent my niece and nephew to this place. My niece is now braces free, with my nephew only having a couple months left. Their invisalign was a great price, and I still have my original retainer. I will be going back if I need a replacement or a whitening.Personally, I think their braces are some of the cheapest, and best quality. I paid 3,100, and my niece and nephew paid a similar 3500 which covers everything except if you want invisaligns. Considering then worked with me for 4 years, its not a bad deal. I would recommend them to anyone.Also, their office is clean, staff extremely friendly, and a comfortable atmosphere to be in.
