I had an excellent experience getting my teeth cleaned here! Julie and Adriana were friendly and welcoming. Viva did an excellent job with taking my X-rays. Roxanne cleaned my teeth and was very gentle and through. Dr. Pease was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. My teeth feel great! Will definitely go back for regular routine cleanings!

Today was my teeth cleaning at my new dental office: Dr. Pease in Mesa! Everyone was very nice and treated me as an old friend...not a new customer. Everything was spotless and everyone was wearing a mask....except for me of course while getting my teeth cleaned! Also made an appointment to see about getting a new partial as the one I have hurts to much to wear, I was assured the new partial will be comfortable and fit correctly before even leaving the dental office! So obviously they take pride in their work, that makes me very happy to know my new partials will fit. Everyone works together well and I have my new appointment card for my next visit! Amazing 1st time expierexpe. I cant believe how awesome Julie and Viva were to me and I havent even met Dr. Pease yet. Julie started me off by directing my needs to Viva. I was able to tell just by talking to Julie over the phone that this would be my new dentist. I went into see Viva this morning for my small concern but very important. After I finished with Viva I was amazed with her genuine concerns with my small emergency. I was able to leave with s huge smile on my face because she fixed it. I also left with the new patient paperwork to be filled out for my appointment that I set with her. Im thinking if they can treat me this good before my first appointment just think how well Im going to be treated and feel on that day. The office staff was very helpful, had already pre-arraigned confirmation with my insurance & very friendly. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment & was called back right on schedule. The gal that did my X-rays was very good & professional. My hygienist did a great job & was very friendly. I was married to a hygienist so I’m quite familiar when you get good care. She was very good ! Meeting Dr Pease was also a great experience. He explained to me that they are a family Dentistry & have great pride in their service & obviously carry that through with their care for their patients. Office, waiting room, & exam rooms were spotless & I felt very comfortable especially during these trying times of Covid. I love going here. In my experience with past dentists, they make you feel like an assembly line and the staff turns over so much that no one ever remembers you. Dr. Pease and his staff make you feel like youve entered a small town where everyone knows you. I didnt go for a year and everyone remembered me as soon as I returned. Additionally, I have some weird teeth problems and the staff take the time to explain everything to me. They also work with my insurance so I dont have to worry about fighting with my coverage or paying any extra fees.

Everyone in the office is so kind and polite. The doctor makes sure that all treatments and procedures are done the right way and that the patient is satisfied with the results. Definitely one of the best dental offices Ive been to.

Let me start by saying , I HATE going to the dentist. I have all my life. Dr. Pease and his staff is amazing. Very friendly, accommodating and made me relax. It’s a family business and they make you feel like your part of the family. I needed work done in a hurry, due to an upcoming trip and they got me exactly what I needed, with plenty of time to spare. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and when my old crowns (of 30 years plus) need replacing, Dr Pease will be who I go to.

I recently went to Dr. Pease to get my teeth cleaned and have them looked at to see if I needed more work done. Everyone was super friendly and absolutely knowledgeable about every question I had. The hygienist, Roxanne was very nice and made me feel at home. After my teeth cleaning, I met with Dr. Pease and was the nicest guy and fixed my crown for me. I was very impressed with everyone and would definitely recommend this Dentist above all others, no question. The Best and it even has an in house denture lab which is convenient for my grandparents.

Myself and my family have been going to Dr Pease for years. My parents took me there when I was a kid and I have continued to go there throughout the years. Someday I will bring my kids to see him as well. My most recent visit I had a crown put on. It was a great experience as usual. Dr Pease provides a very comforting environment for his patients. Everything is always done in a professional and timely manner. Roxanne always does a great job getting the teeth nice and clean. I recommend Dr Pease.

On March 5th, 2020 I received a letter from the office of Dr. Pease stating I owed a significant amount in addition to an amount Id already paid for product and services rendered last November. When I called the office I was given an explanation I found to be unsatisfactory. I ended up posting a review and contacting Dr. Peases office by mail.The very next day I was pleased to see that Dr. Pease (personally) and his staff were actively working to make the situation right. The additional amount I was to be charged was negated and an indepth explanation for the miscommunication was provided. I was very impressed with the effort that was made on their part. I felt that they were sincere in their desire to correct the situation. Thank you Dr. Pease and Staff!

My crown came off and broke part of my tooth making the crown unusable. Couldn’t afford an implant and didn’t want a full set of dentures. Dr Pease so kindly pulled the tooth and made a little flipper for me. What was astonishing is that I had my tooth pulled on a Tuesday and had my flipper by Thursday ready for my weekend flight. Had some adjustments for when the swelling went down but the flipper has been working perfectly. By the way, Dr Pease Sr. made a flipper for me 10 years ago (different tooth) and it still works just fine. That’s why I came back. I will absolutely recommend Dr Pease to my friends.

I have seen the same dentist for many years, but decided to make a change due to some ongoing workmanship issues I had with that individual. A couple of friends referred me to Dr. Erik Pease and I am very happy that I took them up on that referral. The office staff will give you a warm welcome, and are friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Pease is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and he maintains a very calm and collected demeanor, which will put you at ease in his chair and provide confidence that you are in good hands. My first visit with Dr. Pease was an immediate success. He provided me with an informed action plan and executed it in a very timely manner… (Which involved the most painless tooth extraction I have ever experienced). Even though Dr. Erik Pease’s office is 20 miles from my house, I will continue to travel that distance in order to be under his care because it is completely worth the drive.

Dr. Erik Pease is a one of a kind dentist. I heard some very good things about him from my colleagues at work. It is funny because the majority of the them drive from all over the valley to go to the office. I was easily able to schedule a time during my lunch break to get a filling which ended up to be perfect. My previous dentist would have made me wait at least 20 minutes after you check but not Dr Pease and staff who actually care. I was in and out in under an hour. Overall the staff experience was great and I tend to be very picky. You are pleasantly greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist and staff. The experience was 5 star so I would recommend Dr. Pease to everyone for any dental procedure.
