Amazing customer service and services at Dr. Farr’s office. I’m not always excited to go to the dentist, because who is, but I am always happy to go to Dr. Farr’s office to see Kerry, Julie and Dr. Farr himself!!! I was recommended by my mother-in-law and now me and my husband go to the amazing office of Gentle Family Dentistry. I highly recommend this dental office if you haven’t found yourself one.

He has an excellent dental assistant, Brenda, who is worth her weight in gold for making things run smoothly and for being an excellent and caring assistant to Dr. Farr. Her experience in the field shines through in all she does. I have had a lot of experience with different dentists and this dentist in particular deserves the full five star rating.

Great professionals with equally good customer service. Appointments are made with my schedule in mind and I rarely wait at all when I show up for the procedure.Another good thing is that the practice can do things that other dentists refer out for such as crowns and even root canals. Keeps the cost down and is far more convenient. I imagine that complicated cases may go to a specialist but having the capability to make a crown right there in the office is awesome!

I always have a great experience with Dr. Farr and his assistant. They were ‘Gentle’ when filling my cavities. Having cavities is no fun, but they can surely fix them without causing pain. Thank you for being so pleasant too!

I like Dr Farr because he is not one of those dentists that goes out of their way to find unnecessary work to be done. Dr. Farr and staff are amazing! I had 2 fillings done today, it was painless and fast. I sometimes have anxiety, they kept me informed through out the process and they continued to check on how I was doing. I travel 27 miles one way to see Dr Farr and I wouldn’t go any where else.

Dr. Farr and his staff are great. They were professional, caring, and as stated in the name: gentle! I have chronic health issues that cause severe dental problems. I’ve have spend over $90K throughout my 53 years in dental work. I’ve been to more dental professionals than anyone would ever care And most likely have had almost every dental procedure a person could have. I have NEVER felt more comfortable, cared for or informed with any of my past dental experiences until Dr. Farr and his staff. From Kerri at the front desk to Brenda who took my X-ray’s and assisted Dr. Farr to Dr. Farr himself. They were all amazing people. This was my first visit and I will be back. There are no pushy sales here. Dr. Farr took his time to explain in detail what my issues. They provided me a detailed estimate, went over everything with me and said if I had any questions after I got home , to call their office. They asked I review the estimates to call and make an appointment should I should want to proceed. I couldn’t believe I wasn’t being pressured to immediately make a decision or make a follow up appointment . I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I went into more detail than necessary for a review but I hope this review will help those who hate going to the dentist due to negative experiences as I have had.

Going to the dentist can be a bad thing, but these guys make it easy as possible. Its a one stop too! If you get the bad news that you need a root canal and a crown they wont refer you out to some other place, you will be scheduled here with state of the art equipment with Dr. Farr and on site. Very nice people, refer all my friends here!

Dr Farr and his staff are amazing. My son has had to go in several times, one of them was on his birthday and Dr. Farr worked on his teeth and then gave him 4 movie passes. They have all been so helpful, they work really well with putting my kids at ease and they do such a great job on their teeth. My daughter flew in from UT on vacation and needed to urgently see the dentist, they got her in and worked on her teeth, doing such an awesome job. I am glad we found this dentist and would recommend everyone to go here if you want to experience good quality service.
