Dr Porter and his staff are great! I had an emergency and he was able to get me taken care of before my first scheduled appointment. My hygienist is super kind but very thorough and I never felt like I was rushed. This is a great practice.

First time visiting Dr. Porter last week. I’d been loyal to my previous dentist for over 15+ years but they just couldn’t get a few things right recently. My family’s been using Brown Road Dental since Dr. Taylor was a young man. Dr. Porter has been a great transition. I always feel welcome and well cared for. From fillings to crowns to bridges I’ve had to have it all. The regular cleanings are always well done, too, regardless of who does the work..

My kids actually love going to the dentist! They are always a little nervous about wether or not they will have cavities, but the staff and Dr. Porter always help calm their jitters with their friendly way of interacting and encouraging them.

From the beginning to the end my experience was great. My son chipped his front tooth and they were able to get me a same day appointment, the dental assistant was super sweet to my son (he’s 3 years old), and Dr. Porter did an amazing job fixing my son’s chipped front tooth as well as explaining what he was doing throughout the process so my son didn’t get scared. I’m so grateful that they were able to fix his tooth in a non traumatic way. My son even said he wanted to break his tooth again so he could pick out another prize 😂 We’ll try to avoid that but it goes to show that even the littlest of customers enjoyed his visit.

Although I’m not fearful of going to the dentist, I can be a bit dramatic (ok maybe a lot), and he takes it in stride, usually playing along with me! My family has been going here for about 5 years and this dental office is such a gem! A good friend of mine just had a terrible dental experience (like what I’d been through before finding Dr Porter) and I referred her here. Referring her reminded me that I should review my favorite dental office! We were lucky to find Dr Porter to get a second opinion after my husband was diagnosed with 14 cavities. 14!! He’d never had a cavity before. Dr Porter checked his mouth and didn’t find a single cavity. It’s so refreshing to find a dentist who truly cares about his patients and makes good decisions about their care instead of trying to find ways to recommend treatment and earn more money. And - bonus - he’s also a really nice person and his staff is excellent too! This office is the full package!

Been going here since I was little. 20 years later, my parents, my brothers, and I still go here. I love everyone that works there, everyone is so nice. I don’t have a lot of problems with my teeth. They take good care of my teeth. The chairs has a massaging feature. I get a little massage while I get my teeth cleaned every time. I love it! They upgraded how they do X-Rays as well. It’s very simple and way easier than before. They have this X-Ray gun that looks like a blaster from Star Wars. Super cool and quick. Cleaning, X-Rays, and checkup take me about 20 mins, maybe less. I do however stay the full hour to talk to my dental assistant because I enjoy talking to her.

I have been getting my teeth cleaned in any dental work with Brown Road Dental since 1983. I have always customer service at the front desk , dental hygienist and a great Doctor who have kept my teeth and healthy condition. I still have all my teeth😊 I highly recommend them.

This is my favorite dentist office I’ve ever been to. They do really good work and are very conservative with the work that needs to be done. Dr. Porter and his staff are just the best. The office is very nice and well organized, and everyone seems to genuinely care about your comfort and well being. As for the quality of service, I dont think it gets much better. Dr. Porter does a great job of explaining the risks and benefits of procedures and has never pushed an unnecessary service on me. Great visit for an emergency crown repair. In same day, and the repair was fast, painless and I can’t tell there was any work done it was performed so well. Best dental experience in 47 years of dealing emergency breaks of teeth and crowns.

ThanksDec 2019One of the teeth decided to abscess so looks like a root canal. Dr. Porter was great and explained what was needed and referred me to have a root canal.It is such a joy going here, the staff are all incredible. Ive been having Brenda clean my teeth for many years now, since Dr Taylor was around. I like Dr Porter and trust him, but my only complaint is he is never on time. I think since he is one dentist taking over a practice of 2, its pushing everyone back. You will sit for a good 20 minutes after a cleaning waiting for him to come check your teeth. Same wait for a filling appointment with him. Bring a book!

The workers are very friendly and they did the best wisdom teeth extraction ever, i dont have any holes to pain and its only 6 days after love Dr.Snells work on wisdom teeth. Dr.Porter is also great!
