This place is horrible. Emergency waiting for 4 hours to be seen? So many complaints we heard while waiting. The guy was bleeding and they would not take him in for 2 hours.Management needs to change here fast.

At first I felt a little bewildered, I have been rarely in an emergency room, I have heard many stories and I have seen many movies and drama and action series, but seeing that they are predating you in the emergency room and not precisely in a room it caused me a little discomfort ... more than it brought ... a very strong pain in my stomach (intestinal gastritis) you will know ... a problem that at this point is becoming chronic for me .. It is the fourth time in this year that has happened to me and I had resisted going to the emergency room, but thanks to the recommendation of the family doctor (who is never available to be able to have an appointment with the ..... correction always) available but when making the appointment I have to wait one of two weeks to a month lol), well thats another story, with KAISER ... Ive been on average for 10 months with this medical service provider and I dont know my family doctor. ... hahahahhaa ... anyway ... they attended me in the hallway and I was there a 5 hours on average and there were more people who were being treated there ... I was not in a hurry ... but the blood samples took me out there in the hallway with countless people passing by, medical patients specialists ... that worried me ... finally they attended me and gave me the service I needed ..

Everyone I came across has gone above and beyond to help me, and seems to really care.

The Asian girl at first-front desk of this emergency give you a good taste of toxicity and social class as you are in a life and death situation in this place and as you struggle through pain.She would assume everyone for homeless and not willing to help!!!Depressing!!!

No sign of urgency at all!! regardless if you are bleeding or not, no one will take a look at you right away!

Great experience taking a coworker here on business travel. Very quick and efficient staff- we were in and out with x-rays all within an hour! Everyone was incredibly nice, from the front desk staff to security guard. I appreciate them making what could have been a really horrible experience bearable!

If I could I would give a minus 10! This place has got to have the most incompetent ER staff I have ever seen! My fiancee went in with fever and other symptoms. After a few hours got put on fluid (youre supposed to on fluids right away when theres fever). A list of symptoms were given, they gave medicines, turned out that were seriously interacting with the current treatment. Why? Well they didnt bother asking what was the current treatment so...doc was DO chang W. had no idea what she was doing.Worst of all!! They didnt realize or mentioned per my doc who saw the patient and his lab work a few days later, that he was actually going into renal failure!!! Even after performing the tests that were talking for itself, they didnt have a clue!!! They treated not one but a couple of symptoms he didnt even mentioned or listed!!Believe me. Im a Member and I will do everything in my power to switch health care. This place is a so bad, they tried to move you to another hospital when they made a mistake. Maybe some of you will be lucky, Im sure there is one or 2 competent doctors there. But would you bet your life on it?! I tell you renal failure is not a joke. And the most basic tests can inform you of that, tests that they perform. Long wait, dispite what they claim, and make you even worse. Dont forget besides the going into renal failure with fever not diagnosed, they gave medicines dangerously interacting with current daily taken medicines. I triple checked on multiple web sites on drugs interactions. But again Im not surprised since they never asked what he was on. The worst part is we kept on telling multiple times what medicines he was on but they wouldnt listen or care. Understaffed, incompetent, profit ridden, annoyed to work there? Who knows. Just avoid it if you want to come out alive.Last thing btw. We saw the money collector a*$#@!&$ before the doctor even. Well what they call a doctor at least...

Theyre so sweet :) they took every possible exam and I felt well taken care of. It is a bit of a wait but thats normal for an emergency room, overall great quality.

Fast service, friendly staff very helpful towards visitors with a wonderful cafe. my visit lasted three hours total. for an emergency room visit, this is really short compared with other hospitals.

If an emergency happens dont go there. I mean a real emergency. Youll collapse on the floor waiting for hours and nobody will even blink. Once you manage to be taken in, theyll strip you off naked and barefoot waiting another hour freezing and shaking before a doctor decides to see you. Careless staff, absolutely overrated. 2h wait inside for an emergency, you may as well choose to die in peace at home

I was dreading an ER experience but the advice nurse on the phone said I should go for my acute vision changes. I was expecting to wait for hours in a room full of sick people but the waiting room was empty and they rushed me back in and took excellent care of me.

They dont want to dont anything. They just forget they have patient in ER. Unfortunately thats the only Emergency Near me.

Normal service in general. Unfortunately I encountered a liar and a scammer in the financial department who promised things that never happened. On the contrary, we ended up receiving charges for services that were never ever utilized.

Ive check in , seen the Doctor, paided the co-payment and still waiting on a room (4hrs later).🤔
