It took excessive attempts to finally have someone contact me. After speaking to management who were still not able to find solution and refused to take responsibility for their mistake, I was finally contacted by Becky which provided a resolution I am satisfied with. Thank you very much Becky, for acknowledging the mistake made and providing a solution. I will continue being a member being hopeful to better service in the future, by employees at ALL levels.

This is the 2nd time Ive used my alma mater credit union for auto financing and I couldnt be happier. Robert Yuniskis helped me secure my financing and was terrific. There couldnt have been a faster, easier process. When the dealership approved me for financing on better terms than I had approved with Southland Credit Union Robert was able to beat those terms. I couldnt be happier with Robert and his work in making this a simple process for me. Thanks Robert!

Avoid this branch if you can.!!! It is located in a Federal Building and will require you to go through security. Take off you shoes, belt, scanner, etc. All these just to be able to enter the Credit Union. They couldnt have not picked a worst place. I almost forgot, be prepared to wait in line to enter the building, just like going through the airport.

The location of this branch has become from bad to worse with respect to accessibility and convenience. There is no parking available for their customers in this building. Second, it inside the Federal Building. You have to fall in line and have to go through security which is more stringent than when you go through our airports. On the other hand, the bank is in a more secure place. If it were not for good customer service i would have given this a 1 star.

My auto loan process was very smooth thanks to Omir Garcia, he was always available to thoroughly answers my questions, he even followed up with me to insure that my car shopping was going well. Thanks Omir! Go Trojans!
