Dont used their ATM machine, their machine ate my deposit. Ive been told that I have to make a dispute with my financial institution.Thanks for the inconveniences.

Every time I come to this atm it does not take the money or is out of service and I hate being late on my payments this being very inconvenient they should add another atmosphere or something

This is the second day in a row the teller machine at this location is not functioning. Yesterday the tellers at various locations were down for more than two hours. This is forcing customers into the branches during the pandemic. Get it together Unify westchester.

I love this credit union! They are SOOO MUCH BETTER than Western Fed., we have been members for close to 30 years and the customer service since it became Unify is 100% better. All the services they offer and the people and management are the very best. In this technology age I am so glad that they are getting back to customer service

A month ago I opened an accident here. The people that assisted me were very kind, and had a great sense of humor.Before writing a review, I wanted to have another encounter with the staff here to see how customer service is after a person becomes a member of this credit union, which is transitioning it name to UNIFY Credit Union.Today, the customer service was great once again, and I had conversations with employees whom I have not interacted with before. My expectations of professional customer service were met. I will re-assess as time goes on. I might add that the associates are friendly and physically fit as well.

Very happy with the car loan i got. my daughters car, using my good credit, we got a 1.2 pct loan, no where else on Earth would give us that. LAFCU and others , way high interest rates compared to unify, Western formerly called. also all the staff are very nice, smart, savvy, welcoming.

Credit Union ATMs are linked together; check the back of your card for group symbols.If there is a match, you dont pay a fee.

Before I came here I had called and asked what do I need to bring in order to open an account. They said I had to bring my ID and social security number. I came here with my dad so I could open an account for the first time and they told me I couldnt because I didnt bring a physical residence address with my name on it. They never told me that over the phone, all they said was just to bring your ID and my social security. The woman that I also spoke with was so disrespectful and giving me these unnecessary comments. They all have attitudes and are not professional. I didnt know I had to go through all of this just to open an account. I did not have a good experience here at all and I do not recommend anyone to come here.

The people here are always pleasant and there is plenty of parking in the back and short-term parking on the street in front. AND they have never run out of money on me! It is as good as a big bank gets in a small, local setting with smiles and sincerity ~ ENJOY!!

UNIFYs car buying process has been long & laborious. I would not recommend UNIFY. There are much better credit unions out there.

This review is for the credit union, not this particular branch.I applied for an account online, and UFCU took $ from my funding acct. After hearing nothing for 7 days (I had no new acct. info, thus no way to access my funds theyd taken), I called and was told theyre backed up but will approve my new acct. that day. They did so, and good thing I called, because apparently THAT day is considered the day my acct. was officially funded. I contacted them AGAIN, 6 days after that, to find out why my available balance was still $0. I was told itd only been 6 days since my acct. was funded, and it was on a mandatory ten day hold, so my funds would be available in 4 more days. I pointed out that theyd taken my money 7 days before they got around to officially funding my acct., I was just told, I dont know why that happened. So by the time my money is available to me, they will have had it for 17 days - most of the month of February.I also tried to link an external acct. to my UFCU acct. via their website. I filled out the form, which is supposed to lead to UFCU putting small deposits in my external acct. so I can verify its mine. That never happened, and now they have no record of that request; maybe thats because my acct. hold hasnt cleared yet, theres no way for me to know. I called intending to clear that up too but after they told me I cant touch my money for the better part of a month, Im no longer interested in linking an external account because Im closing my UFCU account as soon as I can. What a waste of time.
