By far the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life.My card information was swiped on July 9th. I received a new card in the mail July 20th. I have not been able to access my account because my card was incorrectly assigned to a phone number that was not associated with my account due to the incompetence of staff.I’ve called in 19 times, *Nineteen* times over the past three days to fix this issue. Not only was my phone number incorrectly assigned, but I was not given or advised about my new PIN number, which became an issue at the store when my card was locked. As soon as I have access to my account again (if ever, here’s hoping!) I will be closing my account and business with this institution. I can’t handle basic daily tasks like grocery shopping because I am prevented from using MY money. Don’t bank here.

Wanted a payoff letter for my car loan, took me over 4 hours to reach them to send my buyer the letter, bad customer service. Would never bank with them for loans

Great interest rates and proactive personal customer service!

Gross incompetence and lack of communication skills combine to produce inept and substandard customer service. Excellent managerial and executive staff at the upper level. Basic day to day transactions and deposits, address changes, mailings, questions, account issues are mishandled, misunderstood and misread. The staff needs to learn how to call the customer and identify issues over the phone rather than the complex message system. This is unusual for the USC brand. As a USC alum, I am truly shocked and disgusted.

I have been a member of USC Credit Union since 2012. Since that time, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the employees. The process for basically any transaction I have conducted has been very convenient for me. I appreciate that I am able to perform any transactions either on-line or at a shared credit union. The employees I have done business with at USC Credit Union have been very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. One in particular, Eric Baja, has been very helpful during a loan process. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for all he has done to make this an enjoyable and easy experience for us. I look forward to maintaining my relationship with the Credit Union.

All I can say is their online check deposit system is the worst. I suspect it was contracted to some low performing clueless vendor employing some lame engineers who are clueless in designing a proper and robust algorithms. They need to fire the vendor who implemented and get at least a half way decent performing systems in terms of accuracy in recognizing checks, even in near perfect lighting (which the present system does not do), and speed in detecting check data.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!Took over an hour to have my son added to my account because the teller lacked knowledge, experience & had absolutely NO clue what she was doing!!!She had NO people skills when it comes to interacting with the public!!!!!

I had an excellent experience. I applied for a loan Saturday. On Monday morning I was contacted by a loan specialist who explained the process. I took pictures of all relevant documents with my phone and sent them over. By Monday evening the loan was finalized. On Tuesday I went to the Flower branch with the seller, and in 15 minutes everything was done.

My experience with USCCU has been surprisingly pleasant. From opening my accounts to the credit application, everything was clearly explained to me (by Eric). He also answered my several questions patiently. I found the team very easy (and thorough) to work with. The attention was personalized (a welcome change from a large bank that I bank with). I dont know how but this team appeared to understand my profile and suggested the right financial solutions. I noticed that the process is largely paperless, which is an added advantage. I hope this will be a long term relationship with USCCU.

I had an incredible experience getting a car loan with USC CU. I was pre-approved for a car loan. On Thursday this week I was told that my car was ready for delivery at the Tesla delivery center on Saturday. That meant I had to get the check to Tesla by Friday. Within 5 hours on Thursday, Jorge at USC CU worked with me on getting all the docs complete and get the check out to Tesla. I really didnt think it was going to happen. But Jorge went above and beyond and made it happen! Cant thank him and USC enough.....oh and did I mention that I got a great rate with 3 deferred monthly payments :)
