Horrible service. The workers got an attitude, sadly not uncommon for Glendale, Pasadena or hills of Burbank. First one has attitude for me not going to the door with a mask even though Im fully vaccinated and I didnt know that location still required it never being there before. Then they refuse to do business with a check from their credit union and from a person who has an account there & owes money from a settlement. They escalated the situation when I was leaving back-talking to me, but obviously stopped the attitude when I turned around and responded.

BCU is a fine credit union overall. But I take issue with the fact when a representative falsely opens up a credit card account under my name when I did not approve or sign for it. Marlene from the Glendale should be investigated for opening up fake accounts. I confronted her about it, but all she said was that when the credit card comes, dont activate it. Does she think that magically erases it from a credit report? I am livid with her service. I beg you to stay away from her.
