The only bank that makes you wait 2 weeks before receiving a debit card! My debit card was compromised by a person attempting to do fraud. Any other back would give you the option to come and receive a new card or have an card expedited to you in 3 days. NO IT TAKES A WHOLE 10 DAYS. If you get off of work at 5 & they close at 6 how can you have access to your money? You cant use a atm machine without a card!!!!!

The WPCCU on Sepulveda/Manchester Blvd. is truly a customers great idea of excellent service! The personnels are noted for igniting that Whaoh! expressions from customers every now & then.
