I have an extremely complex dental situation and Dr. Havener spent over 2 hours with me, giving me an extremely thorough exam. Unlike most doctors, he dictated his chart notes in my presence and asked me for clarification when necessary so I knew exactly what went in my record. As well, he is one of the few among a dwindling number of orthodontists in the country, comparatively speaking, who is highly trained in the Roth Williams approach to joint function and occlusion. This protocol helps to establish the health and function of the jaw joints such that it maximizes the likelihood for the best treatment outcome. He was very candid with me about my situation and overwhelmingly compassionate in light of all Ive endured. Cease, his assistant was also very warm and friendly and together they made the painful experience of having to seek ongoing treatment one of renewed hope in the humanity of the dental profession. Im grateful to have met them both and happy to write a review on their behalf.

He is honest, takes time for his patients, and explains the treatment plan in great detail which wont leave you with any unexpected surprises. I recently moved here from out of state. I was eating a piece of candy (bad I know) & half of my permanent retainer came unglued. It was so painful my tongue started bleeding immediately!I hadn’t found an ortho office yet, and I am SO glad I stumbled upon this gem. They saw me quickly and reattached my retainer. Great orthodontic office with a dedicated staff!

The braces are off! After 18 months of braces for my son (plus a few bonus Covid weeks...) the braces came off yesterday. The results and process were exactly as promised. For the last 18+ months, Dr. Havener has been open and available to us for any question or quirk we had. Bonus points awarded for his excellent staff. They are friendly, professional and proficient, and always made us feel welcome. Were going to miss seeing them every 6 weeks!

This place is amazing. Dr. Havener is thorough, meticulous, and communicative. I have a complicated issue that has persisted since childhood that many doctors had not been able to solve, and Dr Havener did. Dr. Havener went out of his way to see my son today, Saturday, to replace a lost bracket and actually complete his planned appointment in another week. Being new to the area I was anxious when our teenage son had an issue with his permanent retainer that was causing him pain. Luckily, Dr. Haveners staff got him in for a visit quickly. He did not just fix the problem but did an extensive evaluation and explained so many things to us in detail. My son described the visit as incredible.
