Just went for a check up and over view of the health of my teeth. Its been a while! Nice place, Good people. I did price shop for the best rates. I am getting my Deep clean by them in a few weeks. I received a package in the mail today, It was a little thank you cup and some chocolate from them. I was having a bad day so the chocolate was a welcomed surprise.

Dr Vogl expertly replaced my husbands compromised bottom teeth with a hybrid implant denture. What a difference! He now enjoys eating again and his teeth look better than ever. So grateful to Dr. Vogl and team for their excellent care and for making a positive difference in his life.

Karissa is great and I hate to go elsewhere, but I wont tolerate being spoken to like a child. I spoke to Robin today to explain my EOB for a cleaning, something I wouldve thought the front desk staff could sccomplish. Her attitude did a 180 immediately when I told her I felt as though i was doing her job. Ive provided them with the insurance providers phone #, and she knows how to navigate to the insurance providers website to get the information she needs. This isnt my job, its hers. I called back a few minutes later to inform them Ill be going elsewhere and my new Dentist will be requesting my records. They couldve cared less. Hope your experience is better.

And if you really want a good visit make sure you go see Betsy she’s the best hygienist. I love Rocky View Dental. I dont like going to the dentist... but the moment you walk in the door the atmosphere is warm & inviting. The office staff are super welcoming. My anxiety goes down. My cleaning with Amanda was great. She listens & jokes to help me stay relaxed. I have severe clenching. Dr. Vogl was able to make a night guard that eases my jaw stress. Of course his amazing assistant, Morgan is so sweet & gentle...just what I need.I cant say enough at Dr. Walt Vogl..he has been my dentist for over 20 years...he knows my anxieties & always puts me right at ease. When I was 13 years old, my parents took me to see Dr. Housewright to work out a treatment plan. I was very excited to finally get braces as I was made fun of at school for my smile being crooked. He walked my parents and I through the whole process. During my 3 year treatment I felt very comfortable with every appointment, and he addressed any concerns I had. Beautiful office with very friendly office staff. Our hygienist was very great- very knowledgeable, and professional. My teenage son felt totally comfortable. For the last 10 months I have had to reschedule my appointments with my previous dentist because of the business shutdowns. However in a very short time frame I spoke with Kelsey at the front desk and she got me an appointment in a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went much quicker and efficient.

I had my annual cleaning yesterday at Rocky View dental. Amanda did a great job of explaining things as she went along and my mouth felt fantastic when she was done. Dr. Vogel informed me of an issue in the works for one of my teeth, but didn’t push me into dealing with it immediately, but also informed me of what to look for when it is time. I feel very confident in the care I received.

Finding a dentist is not easy. Luckily I was referred to Rocky View. The office is always clean and has easy parking. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I dont believe I have ever seen Dr. Vogel without a smile. . . At least before mask days but Im sure he is still smiling under there. I have to say the best part of Rocky View is how efficient and timely they are. If your appointment is at 9, they call you in at 9. Very few places can offer you that. I am very happy with them. But not so much that everyone should switch over and make it hard to get an appointment. 😉

Rocky View Dental Care has been my dentist for over 20 years and even after moving several miles away requiring a long commute I would not go anywhere else. From the awesome like family staff to the ease of appointments and comfort of their office, I am so glad I found them years ago. Karissa has cleaned my teeth and offered great dental tips for numerous years and I always leave with confidence my dental health had great attention to detail. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The dentists and hygienists are mediocre at best. Ive had better care at a Comfort Dental. Most importantly, they are not upfront about costs at all. They tell you something is covered by insurance, before checking the insurance, and assume all plans are the same. I work in insurance processing, and I know this isnt the case. I wanted to see how my insurance processed a crown (that they didnt disclose wasnt covered until AFTER it was on), and then once I received the bill from my insurance (2 months later) I set up a payment plan. I was told I would pay $114 for four months and then it would be done. And then, SURPRISE SURPRISE: an undisclosed fee was tacked on for each month I was late. To be clear, I asked to see how my insurance would process it before paying, and then once I settled my payment plan, I was told it would be paid off after 4 months. No one mentioned fees or anything. The ladies who work the front desk have terrible customer service skills, and have been rude in person and over the phone to my family and myself. I do not recommend. You can find cheaper dentists that give better care, who arent just trying to take your money like this office clearly is.

Rocky View is the first practice that I have actually looked forward to going. I had always been an anxious patient before. I love getting my teeth cleaned for the first time in my life! Both dentists are awesome and the hygienist are wonderful. The front desk staff is so friendly every time I go in. Jenny’s is wonderful at coming up with a dental plan that fits my needs. My father goes there as well and my boyfriend has just started with them as well! Love Rocky View!!

Family went here for 10-15 years, great dentists, Betsi is an excellent hygienist and I had had her about 90% of the time (sometimes our calendars didnt align). They have the most homey and comfortable waiting room Ive ever seen, though I rarely spend much time in there as they are extremely efficient. Sometimes I would get dual appts with my child and me, and I really like that each child gets a free small toy upon every visit, and that they have a child waiting room with toys to play with. I cannot say enough about the staff and environment at Rocky View Dental Care. I, like many people, have had the experience of a high pressure dentist, trying to do the most expensive work, rather than helping a person treat the most important issue in order to keep their mouth as healthy as possible from the moment of the appointment on. At Rocky View Dental Care, there was no hint of that kind of pressure, but rather I was treated to real, pertinent information and consulted as to how to procure the services I needed, even if that meant that I would be using another provider. And then, I was sent away with pertinent records in order to keep good track of my oral health...and a new toothbrush as well! The entire organization and staff were well oiled, absolutely respectful and personable. I would recommend Rocky View Dental Care to anybody!

The new Dentist is terrific!!!! Went in because I had an old crown fall off(a different dentist put it in years ago). They made sure to get me in right away and attached the crown so I could make an appointment and get it prepped and redone. The dentist took time to explain what happened and what I could expect!

Very friendly staff, I felt very confident with the work, I did however arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment and wasnt seen until 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. They did apologize, but I felt it would have been better practice had someone let me know after about 10 minutes that it was going to be a bit longer. The front desk person was going on and on with another patient, perhaps he would have noticed how much time had passed had he not been chit chatting with her for so long.

Ive been going to Rocky View dental for close to 7 years now and I cant recommend them enough. The office is great, and the staff is awesome. While I obviously NEVER want to actually go there, they are able to mitigate the crushing nausea and near-panic inducing fear associated with Dentists offices. No small feat, I assure you. Betsi especially is fantastic. I bend my schedule around her availability since shes just a great person and really puts me at ease.

Wonderful office. Seamless transition with the new owner/dentist. Betsi is the dental hygienist I see, and as much as I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, Betsi makes it as comfortable as possible. Also, this office is child friendly. I take both my boys (ages 6 and 10) for there cleanings and they are great with them.

I have been going to Rocky view Dental for almost 4 years. All the staff here are very friendly. Betsi has been my hygienist for the beginning. She is great. She is very friendly, caring and always cheerful. She always gives me great advice on how to take care teeth and overall my dental hygiene. I always look forward to seeing her. Thanks, Betsi.
