First visit to this office I was casually told by uncaring staff, You know you have mouth cancer, right? Also, told 6 teeth needed to be removed or have root canal procedures.Scary enough news that I scheduled a cancer screening and got second, third, and fourth opinions from other dentists.I need a couple of fillings and regular periodontal cleanings. No root canals, no removals, no cancer.No way Kip Dental!RINGING THE ALARM!!!!! I am editing this review for the sake of anyone considering this sham of a dentist office. I called yesterday to clarify with the Kip Dental front desk staff that, Yes, I was in fact a patient. Once. NEVER again would I dare to sit in one of your chairs. I only left a review as prompted to by the Kip Dental patient email list. In response to your reply, yes it is an alarming review. It was an alarming experience for me too, SO PLEASE WAKE UP! The fact that you are able to say so confidently what happened at my appointment without even remembering me further illustrates my point: Kip Dental does not care about their patients.

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in almost 10 years, I was terrified to go in! However my experience was amazing! Front desk and dental assistants were so sweet. Dr cook is wonderful, I have been recommending them to people who are in need.

Dentist and staff were great, fairly thorough but i dont care for the need of repeated visits just to decide normal Dental care..do it in 1 shot..most people dont have that kind of time, at least I dont. Times have changed!

From the Virtual Waiting Room (my car!) to reception and beyond, everything flowed beautifully and I felt well treated by all the staff. Everything felt/smelt fresh and clean and all COVID protocols were followed.Dr. Cook took the time to explain the procedures I shall need both with her and a periodontist and answered all my questions.I highly recommend this Dental Office to anyone looking for oral support.

I’ve set up 3 different appointments as a new member and every time they have waited 2 months before notifying me that they canceled my appointment a week before I was supposed to come in. Each time they gave me the excuse that their hygienist quit.I would love to rate their services but I can’t even get in the building. Thanks for wasting my time for the last 6 months!

Went to Kip Dental to get a crown re-cemented because it had fallen off after 4 years of use. Had this procedure done, and after less than 24 hs it came off again. Returned the next day and was told that my previous dentist didnt use the right material and needed more build up to better support the new crown. Didnt trust this explanation and in particular the blame of a poor job from my previous dentist (good friend), so went to a different place where they did the job right and the crown is back in place. So they either tried to up sell me on the crown, or they are very incompetent in not doing this procedure the right way. In either case I will not be returning to Kip Dental any time soon.

Dr Cook and her entire staff are all very kind and friendly. Having had a couple cavity repairs, I find Dr Taylor to always be considerate of how I am doing during the procedure and she explains each step before it happens. I had to have an tooth adjustment a few days after a filling and Miranda, Receptionist, worked me in the same day of my call. I am very impressed with the entire Dental Team!

Before coming into this dental office I did quite a bit of homework with several dental offices. I’d call in and ask what it cost to do just a simple cleaning. What first caught my attention was the price of the cleaning here, as a new patient; $59. This includes x-rays, visit from doc, cleaning, etc.When I first called this office I experienced pretty good customer service. Not amazing, not bad. I like to know everything before I start signing papers so my questions probably put them on edge.After making an appointment and showing up, I was treated with respect from everyone. My hygienist was nice and thorough, as was the doc. They were nice enough to use a topical anesthetic for my more difficult spots and this really helped. The whole office is also very professional looking, offers free water, tea, coffee and granola bars.Overall, a good experience! I’ll be going again!

Dr. Taylor and her staff are competent, friendly, and welcoming. I know I’m in good hands and feel comfortable asking any and all questions with the assurance that they will be thoughtfully answered. My daughter also likes the orthodontists staff and it’s convenient to be able to go to just one location for both types of care. I recommend Kip Dental and Orthodontists without reservation.

This is Carol Bates. I had my teeth cleaned today. I was met by a friendly receptionist and taken back on time. They had coffee, water and Kind nutrition bars in the waiting area. My teeth were examined thoroughly and cleaned meticulously and I would highly recommend this Dentist and hygienist!

I had a tooth extraction today. Doctor was wonderful getting the tooth out and it was not painful at all - they even fixed me up a goodie bag of soft foods, soup, jello, organic tea, and a bottle beverage to take home with me. Everybody is so nice at Kip dental! I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I was worried about the pain because I’m an adult chicken, so much so that I avoided the dentist for 6 years and now have a bunch of cavities. Well today I came in and they were great! I wish I would have came sooner. Everyone at this office was so wonderful and didn’t make me feel ashamed for not taking better care of my teeth. They hurried to remove a problem tooth of mine and even set up a plan to get my dental help back on track. There are good dentists out there and this is one of them!!!!

Wow, this is the place to get a thorough cleaning, Shawna the hygienist there does an EXCELLENT job, first of all by using the latest technology, she used a water pressure tool thats not invasive yet extremely effective in reaching and knocking out any build ups, finished up by polishing my teeth, and last a flouride application. I will continue to a patient at Kip Dental, Dr. Cook took all the time and attention to go over my x-rays to address any concerns. Not only that, I got a great deal on the x-rays, exam and cleaning. IT was nice meeting everybody there and I feel that the initial care and explanation I got for my dental needs to be addressed was A++...and I will refer anybody that may need your services.Alex

I didnt realize that I had to approach a dental office the way I approach an auto-mechanic. The appointment was one big upsell. I went in for a fixed cost $59 x-ray, exam, and cleaning and left with a quote for close to $2500 for the replacement of three fillings (with no explanation of why two of them need to be replaced), a deep cleaning requiring anesthesia, and diagnosis of bone loss in my jaw from clenching my teeth. Payment plans through CareCredit were explained as we get paid in full and then you pay off the balance with them, which made it feel like they cared about nothing other than getting paid. Also, the x-ray tech who called me back called me by the wrong name (Jena) and when I corrected him he didnt apologize or use my actual name in talking to me.It doesnt matter how cute and homey your waiting room looks if you dont communicate with your patients effectively and treat them like a walking dollar sign. Second opinions are underway. Maybe spend a little less money on direct mailers and office decor and invest in patient care and satisfaction training.I would give zero stars, but its not an option.
