Two years ago I had a concern with their blanket charge of $75 for missed appointments. While I understand the need to run a business, I posted a review and got a call from the office. They assured me they were reexamining this policy and would consider their patients prior to placing the charge on the account. Lo and behold, today while back in their office I signed the paperwork that I understood this cancellation fee and it would be applied to everyone regardless.They are nice and do a good job, but I figured Ill post this for anyone considering them and on a budget. Its not fun to be penalized for life happening when one has kids.

Disappointed on my initial visit to Coddington dental. The visit started with them telling me that the dentist I was scheduled to see wasn’t available and they placed me with another. It would have been far more courteous to contact prior to my visit with this news. The hygienist left my mouth more sore from the cleaning then I’ve had in the last couple of decades of visits. I would say that Dr. Ben was very polite and caring. I’ve moved frequently through my career so have consequently had quite a few dental providers in a number of cities, this was my worst visit in memory.

The staff is friendly and courteous every time. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. Rebecca and Dr. Day do an amazing job and are fun to be around too.

Always full of very nice and professional staff who are willing to go above and beyond! I was about to leave the lot when my car battery died. One of the staff members, Ashley, was willing to help me jump start the battery. Sadly, the battery did not end up working, but she was very helpful and understanding, even offering to push the car into a safe spot with me. Will absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a dental office that cares!

The receptionists were very helpful in setting up my initial appointment, calling with a reminder and very friendly when I came in. Rebecca was very kind and gentle with my cleaning and gave me more info than I received at my previous dentist that I’ve been going to for years. The facility was very warm and clean. I wish I had known about the team at Coddington Dental years ago but I am glad that my family will get the best possible care from now on.

Ive been with Coddington dental for about 12 years - the place is clean, and staff are friendly and patient enough to answer all my questions, and handle my insurrection prior authorizations. They work with you through any situation you have going on - routine teeth cleanings, crowns and even cosmetic improvements. Love both Dr Day and Alderman 😁

When I walk in for my dental appointment, I feel like I am treated as if I was family . The employees at the front desk always (and I mean always) have a smile and a warm greeting. I feel like all of them are at my service. I see young children go willingly, in for their dental appointment. I am pleased that the kids feel safe and are ready to be seen by the Doctor. That , in itself, speaks highly of the Coddington Dental Group.

This dental office is the best dentist I have ever been to. From the compassionate and understanding front line staff to the great hygienists and dentists you can’t go wrong. This dental practice has reversed my fear of going to the dentist. I now look forward to going!

Good service. They are kind also they take time make sure everything is good. If you have questions they answer them. They talk to you. If you have concerns about something you can talk to them help figure out what problem is and help you. They make you feel good when leave. They make you feel good so when you have to back it not as bad. That my experience.

Ive been going to Nebraska Family Dentistry for more than 10 years now and they have been wonderful every time. Once one of their dentists dealt with my wife having broken a tooth the day before our wedding on his day off. Cant ask for better service than that.

Such awesome and welcoming atmosphere! Loved everything about it! Girls upfront greeting with a smile! Light music, every room has a tv with channels of your choice and headphones. Very professional and knowledgeable assistants in the back and of course the Doctor! Such an amazing job they did on my teeth! Can’t stop smiling! Getting so much compliments on my smile now! Love this place. Kind, considerate, pain free dental care!The staff always takes time to get to know me. They then explain everything that will be done.The jaw rest with suction attached is such a blessing. I could lay back and relax while Dr. Alderman worked on my tooth. The next thing I knew, she was done!

I have really bad anxiety, phobia, and have really sensitive teeth and gums, so dentistry was basically torture for me. I felt invaded when dentists and hygienists poked around.. I NEVER this like this with Dr.Kathryn Alderman and Kenzie.They have been so gentle and sensitive to my overly sensitive mouth.Every time I went to see them for the last 7 times, I had awesome experience. I am 56 and have gone to my fair share of dentists over the years as I was looking for a long term family dentist and I am glad to say my search is OVER. I found the best dental office that offers the most complete, gentle and thorough care I have EVER received. I cannot recommend this office enough!!
