I hate the dentist. Lots of orthodontic work, and physical pain associated with it over the years.LFD is by far the best experience I have had in a long time. I hate the teeth cleaning experience for the most part, but their equipment has to be some of the latest and most up to date - very little of the scraping and other things that normally come to mind with a cleaning. They also do a wonderful job of avoiding the shame and guilt we all feel as we sometimes forget to floss, and instead take a really positive and proactive approach to clean teeth and gums.I won’t be going anywhere else, I now look forward to my regular cleanings!

I decided to switch to a dentist that I lived closer to and I was not disappointed. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. After my cleaning we talked through all my questions and concerns and got my appointment scheduled to come back. By far the best dentist office I’ve been to!

The dentist is a scary place for me but I have been amazed by how caring and patient the staff are. They understand how scary it can be there and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I also like how well they explain what’s going on with your teeth and the best route to help improve your smile 😃

I decided to switch to Lincoln Family Dentistry so I could go somewhere closer to where I live, and I am SO glad I did. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly and professional, my cleaning was very comfortable with a very talented hygienist and new equipment. I wasn’t shamed for not flossing, and was even recommended a good mouthwash to use if I continue that path (not as good but it’ll help lol)!In comparison to where I was before, it was far friendlier, faster, and more educational (she took the time to explain causes and issues, additional preventative measures, and my cleaning, even though it had been a couple years and I had some gum inflammation, was relatively painless)!!! 10/10, would absolutely recommend. I even gave her a fist bump at the end ☺️ Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

I came to LFD needing X-rays, cleaning, multiple crowns, extractions, and fillings. I feel like their prices are competitive, their doctors are knowledgeable, and their staff are friendly. I appreciate that Im handled with kid gloves and the front desk works hard to update appointments to closer dates. Been going to Lincoln Family Dentistry for about a year and a half now. The staff have been so kind and caring. They helped me feel comfortable when Im in the office. There was no judgment my first visit when I explained I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years, they helped me get a course if care established, and corrected some dental issues I had. Also they explained everything that were doing and answered all my questions and concerns I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have to say this was by far the best experience at a dentists office that Ive had in my life. I was searching around due to an exceptionally poor experience at my last office, and the level of care, quality, and professional manner was far superior than my last. I was in tears at my last cleaning with another dentist, while at this office, they were so gentle, yet thorough. I was really impressed by how much whiter my teeth were, and how clean they felt. I will definitely be recommending them to others, and am only regretful that I didnt switch to them sooner instead of putting up with poor care at other locations.

I have gone to this dental clinic for the last two years. I have had 2 different dentists and multiple assistants and hygienists attend me and I do not have a single complaint.Always able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Front desk is helpful in calculating costs accurately. The imaging and tools they have to show you what is going on is very helpful when understanding different dental procedures. Would recommend this place to all.

Every staff member is friendly and professional, and my first visit as a new patient went smoothly. The facility is clean, spacious, and up-to-date. The dentist and assistant addressed any issues in my teeth and explained what to expect in the future and how to make positive changes. I had a slightly chipped tooth, which was quickly fixed, and they also offered to correct a small quirk in the neighboring tooth while I was there. The front desk staff also helped me understand my insurance better, which was a pleasant surprise. I have always been resistant to the dentist, primarily as a place of shame and disappointment. But at Lincoln Family Dentistry, everyone is very welcoming, and Dr. Kittel has been wonderful! She is super gentle when she works, accommodating, she is clearly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things for me so I know exactly whats going on. The best part is she is invested in my health, not just to remedy problems I currently have, but she actively discusses preventative ideas and solutions to help my teeth be healthier on the long-term.Is getting a filling still difficult and annoying? Sure it is, but I dont feel like the staff want to shame me at all, rather they want whats best for me going forward.

As an out of state college student, I was nervous to go to a dentist that Ive never been to before. When I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hellos and the women at the front desk helped me get all set up. They called my dentist back at home and made the process super easy. The office is extremely clean and pretty as well! Dr. Kittell and her assistant were very gentle when cleaning my teeth and educated me on the process. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I really got great dental treatment right from the start from Dr. Kittel and she is very kind and helpful as well. I had been at the UNMC College of Dentistry for years and the front office staff helped make things affordable for me and scheduled appointments at my convenience. Overall it is a very good clinic and I would absolutely recommend sending any of my other family or friends there as well.

I had lost a partial tooth. I had not established a dentist in Lincoln yet. They got me right in and scheduled my temp crown for 2 weeks out. Dr. O’Hara knew I was still worried and when a cancellation came up, I was in again the next day. She completely outlined all of the steps. I can’t believe how much time she spent with me. The office staff acts like you’re the best thing ever when you walk in the door. They worked diligently to help me get insurance to reduce my bill and extended benefits. I am over the top pleased!

I adore this staff and the work they do. Ive had major anxiety about dentists ever since I was a kid but ever since coming here Ive had no fears or problems, and theyre not judgmental at all. On top of all that, the dental work itself is expertly done. I also love that theyll calculate costs of procedures well in advance for you so you can plan around what you can afford, and they have quite a few options for how to pay if youre broke like me. These people saved my mouth.

Highly recommend! Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist (who is?), but Ive been so impressed by how much care the staff takes to make sure my visit is comfortable and pain free. They also take the time to fully explain procedures so that you know what to expect.

The dentists and hygienists are very nice at Lincoln Family Dental. They got me in very quickly after I had a checkup to get multiple cavities filled, and the advanced technology made it a lot better of an experience. They were more gentle with my mouth than my previous dentist, especially when giving the anesthesia shots.

Listen, I am one of those people who hates going to the dentist. I get anxiety and have legit panic attacks when having to go. My first appointment I had zero hopes (Ive had very bad experience)... Just finished my 3rd visit with these guys. This place is hands down the best dentist I have EVER been to. They are detailed, patient, kind, and actually caring. Lincoln Family Dentistry is my favorite dental care facility ever. Everyone who works here is so kind and understanding. Sadie cleaned my teeth and was so fun! She answered all my questions and even gave me suggestions for places to get cheap jeans! She made me feel extremely comfortable and I could tell she actually cared. She took the time to educate me and show me exactly what was going on! Usually I’m terrified to go to the dentist but Dr. O’Hara talked me through everything and even talked about some ways to help my anxiety! I feel like the staff genuinely cares about their patients! I avoided my prior dentist for 4 years until finding NFD and dr. OHara and team. I love them all, including all the hygienists and staff (apologies for not knowing their titles). I get super anxious at the dentist and had some major dental work to do (6+ appointments in a series) and they walked me through it and did their best to keep it as misery free as possible. 10/10
