Im with Gina Kelzer. Ive been seeing Dr. Tom Tetrick and the Pine Ridge Dental Groups staff for 30 years and just moved to Sioux City and will miss the outstanding services I have received there. The fine service begins upon entering the front door with Barb B. and colleagues who keep things on schedule and create a fine atmosphere for scheduling, billing etc.

I never liked the dentist until I started going to Dr. Tom Tetrick 25 years ago. He is the best dentist in town. My whole family has had the best dental care! My three grown boys have never had a cavity. I credit Dr. Tom! Also, I must give a plug for all of the hygienists! They rock! Pine Ridge Dental is the best!

My kids have been going to Dr. Fariba for years and I have finally come as well. The kids are right. Shes great! The team is efficient, kind, gentle, friendly, and they do great work! I just got a crown from start to finish in about 2.5 hours and I am really done! What a time saver! And the work is superb!

I had been referred to Pine Ridge a little more than a year ago. I have found that the staff and facility is inviting warm and kind. They have never made me feel less important from the first time I visited them till today. They had made sure that in a short time all my needs had been taken care of and in less than a month I felt like a new person. I have had my husband become a patient and plan to move my three children as well.

I have been using Pine Ridge Dental for years and have not once had a subpar experience. The entire staff is very courteous and professional. I actually live in Kansas City, MO and tried finding a dentist here that would compare to Pine Ridge and it just didnt happen. These guys handle Everything from extractions to root canals and crowns. Great dental practice. When scheduling, I always opt for whichever Dentist is available and by that virtue have been seen by every dentist and dental hygienist in the practice. Every single time I have had a positive experience. Both with regular dental cleanings and having cavities filled, I have always felt that the process went smoothly and I received excellent treatment. I have not yet needed any advanced dental work like root canals or crowns, but I would trust them for such needs.The only downside is that it can be hard to schedule as they are often fully booked during the convenient times for the next few weeks. But if you have a flexible schedule or can schedule more than 2 weeks out, you should be fine.

Dr.Steph and Margaret were amazing, did a fantastic job. No judgment even though I hadnt been to Pine Ridge Dental in 9 years and Im ashamed of it, but they treated me very well and Dr Steph and Margaret did a wonderful job on my new crown and I will neverever brush off my dental health again. I love coming here! My orthodontist recommended Pine Ridge Dental to me when I moved here and I have no regrets! Theyre very friendly and welcoming when you come in the door. Pine Ridge Dental is great! I walked in and almost immediately was taken to the back for my cleaning. I was in and out fast, with a super clean smile. Very stupendous job.

Pine Ridge Dental at the Wilderness Ridge location is the place to go for a dentist. Everybody has to go to the dentist at sometime, and why not enjoy the experience. The rooms overlook a pond with ducks and geese and birds flying around, or you can put on the headphones and listen to music or watch TV. The staff are excellent to work with and there is plenty of parking for all types of vehicles.

Ive gone to Pine Ridge Dental for several years. Dr Tom is great and staff are all friendly and professional. I generally go to the 56th street location but both locations are great and I like being able to make an appointment at either location depending on what works best with my busy schedule.

This group of dentists is arguably the best in Lincoln. They have many dentist to help you, So its easy to get in when you need care. Theyre all very professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Fariba went above and beyond to fit me in when I needed a crown on a cracked tooth before a scheduled vacation trip. She and her assistant, Gabby, were very efficient and carefully explained the procedure, every step of the way. They both went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Fariba even made a follow up call the following day to make sure that I wasnt having any problems with the new crown.

Love, love, love this office! By far the friendliest and most professional staff in town. I have never had a bad experience in the 20 years that I have been coming here. Nobody loves going to the dentist but Pine Ridge tries to make it as comfortable as possible for you. The exam rooms are clean, well-lit and even have TVs on the ceilings to keep you entertained during your visit. I would highly recommend this office and these doctors to anyone.

I have gone to see Dr. Fabria since I graduated out of college and then my Masters degree. Mr. Fabria is very knowledgeable, takes great care and concern during the procedure. She follows up with you at the end of day and next morning to see how you are feeling and doing. If something doesnt feel right like your teeth grip, She will willingly fit you into her schedule. This location is not close to my home. But I continue to go back for these above reasons! Her staff is very professional and caring as well.

I was not very happy when I called to cancel my appt and I was still charged for missing it! You cannot control a sick child! Otherwise I have never had any issues and they always do a great job where my teeth are concerned.

Outstanding experience every time. Dr Rich and Pine Ridge Dental have cared for my family’s dental needs for 18 years. Dr Rich Nolte is a man of integrity and a knowledgeable professional who continues to stay up to date with dental research and new findings. I trust him implicitly. He’s also amazingly available when needed via phone and email and has replied many times to my questions. Recently, my son had his wisdom teeth removed. Haley was most thoughtful and caring and explained the process in depth and answered my questions. We had a follow question one evening Dr Rich got on the phone and spoke with my son. My older son was home for the holidays I forgot to schedule his cleaning. Amazingly, Abby added him to the cancellation list and his teeth are now shining brightly. I must mention Dee who has meticulously and gently cleaned my teeth for 15 years. I absolutely love this place! It was recommended to me by a co-worker. Now my daughter goes here too and soon I will switch my son from his pediatric dentist. They have very flexible scheduling. They are extremely friendly and organized. They accept my insurance plan. They are very considerate of your comfort when working on your teeth. And best...I put on the headphones and watch the TV on the ceiling while they work on my teeth and before you know it... the time flies right by and they are done!!

We have a family of 5 and drive an hour to get to Pine Ridge Dental because they can get all of us in for our regular cleanings at virtually the same time, we are in and out usually in an hour to an hour and a half and the kids all do great with the dentists! I love how the assistants always check in with me to update me on my kids while I am getting my teeth cleaned.

I recently had to have a crown done by Dr. Nolte at the cute little house on 56th street that has served as a dental office for many years. I was dreading it because it had been at least a decade since my last one with a different dentist. Wow was I surprised! In and out with the new crown in less than two hours (as forecast, but hard to believe)! I’ve told several of my friends it was actually a fun experience because Dr. Nolte let me watch as he did his magic on the computer, building the crown which would fit perfectly from the 3-3D pictures he took before starting. No trials and errors with his skills. His assistant (wish I remembered her name) was amazing, keeping me comfortable throughout it all and doing the final color matching and baking and assisting to get it sealed and me ready to leave with no precautions like, “Don’t eat on that side for a while,” or “Be careful” just, “Have a good day!” As I left with the “funnest” experience I’d ever had at a dentist appointment, I was more than grateful and tried to remember that as I paid the bill! 😀Thanks, team Nolte!

Not only does Pine Ridge Dental do quality work in the designated time frame but they are great at handling insurance matters and telling you ahead of time your costs. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Their south location is very convenient to my home and so are the hours.

I had been a patient at Pine Ridge Dental for a very long time. The hygienists were very kind but my most recent visit is the reason that I left.At my last appointment, the dentist quickly shaved down one of my front teeth, without letting me know that this would not be covered by insurance as it is cosmetic. It was very quick and I was unaware that anything different was taking place. The problem I encountered was upon calling and trying to resolve this issue. The office staff was VERY rude and condescending. They acted like I was pitiful for not knowing the difference between all dental, ortho, and cosmetic work. They were NOT willing to work with me in any way and when I explained I wasn’t aware that this was happening, they told me that the dentist was giving me a deal because he worked on more than one tooth- which is terrifying because that is NOT TRUE!I do not want others to be taken advantage of like I have been. I have already spoken to 8 family members and friends who will be leaving this practice and will continue to share this experience to ensure more people are not treated so terribly.
