I highly recommend Williamsburg Dental East. I’ve been going there for several years. Everyone is great! I especially love Dr Beddes and Kristen. I had to have a root canal. They made me so comfortable and pain free that I was actually laughing during the procedure. I don’t know any other dentist that can make having a root canal fun!!

You might think it’s difficult to be impressed by a dental appointment, but the staff at Williamsburg East is the best and need to be celebrated! Taneil was my hygienist; she did an excellent job, was efficient and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Beddes was my dentist and gave great feedback on what I’m doing well and any recommendations he had for improvements. The rest of the staff I interacted with handled the added health screening measures seamlessly and professionally which definitely gave me peace of mind knowing I’d be in a good environment. I wouldn’t want to spend an hour with my mouth open anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The dentist and the hygienist were wonderful. The scheduling staff won’t schedule an extraction due to I have a balance so if u need any work done then make sure to get it done cuz until it’s a zero balance regardless of u being in pain u can not get help there cuz u owe a balance even though u are on a payment plan. Just wish I could be pain free but have to deal.

Williamsburg Dental is an excellent dental group. I should mention I’m really picky and yet I’m happy with them with not a single complaint. When the COVID shutdown started, Dr. Beddes met me in the office to help me with a minor dental emergency even though the office was closed. Recently, my Dad passed away and I got a call from their office telling me that they had somehow found out about my Dad’s passing and asked if I wanted to reschedule my cleaning for that afternoon. I had completely forgotten the appointment so this was very much appreciated. I still don’t know how they found out about my Dad’s passing and connected him to me. My last name is different after getting married. I received a sympathy card in the mail from them shortly thereafter. Today I got my teeth cleaned by Jackie, who is an excellent, gentle and thorough Hygenist. She did a great job as usual. Dr. Beddes saved me from an additional appointment by squeezing in taking impressions for a night guard on the fly at the end of my cleaning appointment. The office has been newly outfitted with lots of COVID preventative equipment and practices. I’m very cautious of the virus so these additional above-and-beyond measures are the only way I’m willing to go sit in a chair with my mouth wide opened and a person inches from me.

Always love going here because everyone is so nice and they have a great comfortable atmosphere. My teeth feel great every time!

I understand the fact that your facility is under construction, but not having a properly social distance waiting room is unacceptable. There was a gentleman sitting right next to someone else. His mask was down on his chin. The gentleman sitting next to him was obviously very uncomfortable with the fact he was forced to sit so close to someone who was not wearing his mask correctly.

I was very fortunate years ago when I found DDS Gomon and his crew. When DDS Gomon finally took a well-deserved retirement I didnt know what I was going to do. The one piece of good news was Linda (hygienist) was going to stay on with the new company. Ugh, Linda also took a well-deserved retirement. Well, I will definitely miss Linda but my teeth cleaning needs are in good hands with Taneil (very gentle). Thanks Williamsburg!

My dentist retired, so I needed to find a new one. Williamsburg Dental East is close, so I called. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I called when I arrived and they came out and asked me the Covid questions and took my temperature. I didn’t wait long (I was a little early) and the whole staff and Dr Beddes were personable and professional.

Great people. Attention to detail. I have a weird nerve thing in my jaw that sometimes leaves me only partially numb. He saw the note from my previous Williamsburg Dental dentist before I had a chance to tell him and made sure that I was completely numb.

I have been going to Dr. Gessford at Williamsburg dental since he entered practice after dental school. The hygienist always does a great job cleaning my teeth and all of them have been gentle and attentive to my comfort. The office is modern and offers printable online forms to cut down on time sitting in the waiting room filling out paperwork.

Everyone is Extremely kind and very professional. Jackie and Dr. Beddes are the absolute best in the business.

The Dentist is great. There always seems to be a front desk issue unfortunately. This time I had to wait and wait post procedure for the front desk lady to figure out my bill and then demand payment on the spot. Just run it through insurance and bill me the remaining balance like other medical practices. The line was backing up behind me. I was patient with her, I’m sure others might not be.
