I was in for a cleaning a couple weeks ago and got great service. Teri is the best! I met Dr. Jim for the first time. He was congenial and thorough in examining a patient for the first time. He also offered a great tip for teeth brushing in the hard-to-reach area at the back of your mouth. Thanks!

This facility is the best! They have restored my faith in dentistry. The staff is nice, friendly, helpful, and kind. The dentists that have been there are personable, thorough and I feel safe and comfortable in the chair.While I miss Julio - he has been replaced by some very competent staff in the search for a permanent professional.Thanks!

Receptionist staff is unbelievably rude. I called in today to reschedule my appointment for the next day. I know it’s still a little late notice but I was trying to be proactive and move the appointment because I have my second covid shot today and I’m afraid I won’t feel well tomorrow. I didn’t want to cancel on them in the morning so I called today. The woman who answered the phone was unbelievably rude to me and said it would be a little while before I could get in. I told her that was okay, it was just a cleaning I wasn’t having any issues. She very snottily told me that it may just be a cleaning to me but it’s her hygienists time. I apologized to her again for needing to reschedule trying to be nice about it after being treated so poorly. She then proceeded to tell me how I would feel and that I needed to just come in and do it regardless of how I felt. So, I’ve fired Midwest dental and will never recommend them to anyone. Once I started telling her that i would just cancel and not use them anymore she tried to backpeddle and apologize but I’m done. I pay for your service you’re not free you’re actually expensive so no, I don’t have to use a dentist office who talks to their customers like this.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Also, we felt they are very safe with their COVID-19 practices.

I usually hate going to the dentist, but both of my visits here have been as pleasant as a dental visit can be. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it wasnt painful (which is always a nice plus), and my visits were timely. The first visit was a little longer just because of xrays and the initial exam, but the cleaning was done well and quickly and I didnt have to miss much work. Theyve also got good hours if you dont want to miss a ton of work.

Found out Dr. Anisha left. Only a matter of time before the other dr leaves now. What a shame.This office goes through dentists like none other! I noticed that a few of the hygienists were very rude with major attitude towards the doctors. That’s probably the reason. That office needs better management to control their staff

This place was ok. Doctors are great and nice! There was a hygienist there though. Curly blonde hair. She was ok but didnt seem to like her job. I overheard her complaining about something and she was on her phone a lot. I could also sense tension amongst the staff. Checkout lady was on her phone too.Something was off. Overall, ok place but some of the staff appears to be distracted with personal issues. But loved the perky staff member Cathy!!

After having a very negative experience with another dentist in Lincoln, I was very apprehensive about going to yet another doctor in the same city. My first visit to Dr. Morales at Midwest Dental quickly took away all of my apprehension. The entire staff is friendly and treats you like you are their only patient. I am very pleased with their treatment of me.

I initially chose Midwest Dental because they accept Care Credit. I also had a bad experience with another dental office in town when I got my dentures made. The assistant/technician and Dr. Beth listened to the problem I was having with my dentures. Silly me didnt wear them in that day. They had an opening for the following day and fixed my problem right away. They feel so much better than before. Thanks Midwest Dental and Dr. Beth!
