I dont usually go to the dentist, its hard for me to trust dentist with the stories I heard. My fiance at that time went to Bella Vista Smiles, she said she liked how they worked on her crown. 4 days before our wedding I was working in the back yard with a machine, I hit the railing and chipped my front teeth. I was so nervous, I dont know what to do. My fiance at that time told me I should go to her dentist Rubina she said she is the best. I made an appointment for the following day. Rabina checked my teeth seemed like she new my fiance very well and that shock me, they take time to get to know their patients. They gave me options and not go straight to teeth removal. She did a filling for teeth reconstruction it came out good everything was great I dont even see where the tooth chipped. The next day I felt it had a little more filling in the back something I couldnt feel that day. They took me in that same day, Leah was the one who checked the repairs and was able to touch up the filling and trimming what I felt. She was patient, friendly, and professional. Now my teeth not only look natural but feel natural as well. Thank you Bella Vista Smiles, the staff from check in desk, to dentist, to assistant, to financial! My Wife and I are happily married with a great smile on our faces

This is one of the BEST dentists I have ever been to and I have seen alot. She is gentle and efficient. I had teeth pulled and didnt even know it was done till she said all done. I would recommend this office for all your needs. The staff is super, they dont hang the suction from the side of your mouth where it hurts. I have had lots LOTS of work done in a short amount of time and I am very pleased with the work done. It is easy access right off 12 Bridges and 65. I had a dental situation that required immediate help. Bella Vista (Kim) answered my call over the weekend and got squeezed me in the calendar first thing the next week. The assistants, hygienists, and Dr. Rudina are all great to talk to, caring, and are experts in their craft. Excellent experience!

I’ve been coming to Dr.Rubina for few months and I decided to move my kids to this office as well. Amazing staff and extremely accommodating. They had a new hire that came from Boston, I didn’t catch her name but she was super friendly and professional. Basically, my great grand kids will be going to this office. It’s worth the 2-3 hour drive !

Dr. Rubina Khorana is a very kind, patient, attentive, and understanding dentist. She takes her time to explain everything and gives you individualized attention. Jessica, the patient coordinator, was able to schedule an appointment for me relatively quickly after I called explaining dental pain I was experiencing. At the appointment, Dr. Rubina was able to diagnose and start treatment right away. Dr. Rubina and Lana (dental assistant) were very patient and understanding as I experienced some trepidation about dental procedures. My appointment was on a Friday and Dr. Rubina even called me over the weekend to check in on me. That right there shows her dedication to your health and well-being. They were even able to fit me in for a cleaning with Sarah right after my follow-up appointment. Sarah is very gentle and walks you through each step of the process. This office is hands down the best place to go for your dental needs, especially if you are nervous about going to the dentist.

Excellent and caring staff! My grandfather has dementia and is wheelchair bound. The staff went out of thier way to help us keep him safe (from covid). They let us bring his lift and take time to get him in the chair for x-rays and came up with a plan that will help his bad teeth with the least invasive treatment so he can improve his quality of life with better foods.They are committed to actually helping him and it really shows. They are going to go above and beyond to help him despite him likely being a difficult patient in the procedure chair. Outstanding level of care!

Attention!!! Never do any ortho treatment with gen dentists who is practicing ortho as well.I came to dr. Rubina for invisalign ortho treatment. I thought my case is pretty simplebut ortho is no joke.. You have to go only to a specialized orthodontist. Dr. Rubina looked nice and quite knowledgeable at first. She did not make all necessary scanning to check my jaw bone. She just did x-rays and photos she sent to invisalign company. After my first appointment she did interproximal reduction of almost all of my teeth that damaged my enamel and causes horrible sensitivity I have to struggle with now. But before it was told to me that ipr is not gonna be noticeable and does not give the damage to the teeth. I experienced an opposite thing. The way of my treatment was concerning me and I went to a different dr. who did the scan of my jaw to check the bone and said that it is very thin and its dangerous to move the teeth cause they can be loosen and referred me to the third person, who is a real orthodontist with a huge experience. So I am still going through the ortho treatment now with an orthodontist.And my ortho actually said that ipr procedure was a mistake and it had no logic to do it on the teeth in my case. I really frustrated to go through this stress, and do not understand how ortho treatment can be practicing this way so that no nessasary scanning is made and patient is informed incorrectly about the procedures. Will never wish to anyone to go through such horribleexperience. Do not make mistakes Ive made.

This was my first visit to Bella Vista Smiles and I was there to for an emergency. A gland on my neck had swollen and my doctor put me on antibiotics and told me to see a dentist when I finished taking the antibiotics. My insurance had been discontinued just before the coronavirus pandemic so I was looking for a new dentist who would take my insurance. I received a list of names of dentists in my area and Bella Vista was on the list.Luckily they were open when I called and were able to see me. As I entered the girl at the desk, was very friendly when greeting me. She took my temperature and asked me to wash my hands and use the listerine as a mouth wash.The dentist, who I had talked to on the phone earlier, was very friendly and checked my teeth and neck where the swollen gland had been. She took X-rays and although didn’t find any major problem said if I planned to stay with them, she would suggest a cleaning and more depth examination. I was relieved and made an appointment for the cleaning.I was very pleased with the help and services I had received. I look forward to continuing my dental services with them and know if yesterday’s experience is an example of their service, I will continue to be pleased. I was not charged for this visit. I am a real chicken s#;t when it comes to the dentist. Bella vista dental is the best dentist i have ever been to, and believe me I have been to a lot. I am super sensitive and she makes sure i am very comfortable while she attends to my mouth. I havent been to the dentist in so long i had multiple problems and the dentist made a plan with me. Set up a payment plan, cuzz you know Im not rich, and and we set a goal and had a plan of action. Today i am pain free and have a better smile that i have ever seen..... I even went back after 6 months just to get a checkup. That has never happened once in my life. Ive only gone when Im in pain and have to. That speaks wonders. Rubina and Jess are amazing.
