My glasses took a little over a week. vincent was very nice, showed me frames he thought i would like, i really love my new frames. when i picked them up another nice man in a jacket with black hair helped adjust them and was very pleasant and helpful again. i appreciated my experience :) love to see properly again.

Initially I did not purchase my prescription glasses here because I thought it was too expensive. I went to two other independent Eyeglass locations, asked for the same thing and at both was able to use my insurance. Both ended up much higher. Went back to LensCrafters and Kwame had my order ready to process in 10 minutes. It pays to shop around to feel confident about your final decision.

I had a great experience at this Lenscrafters. I brought in some sunglass frames that needed Rx lenses. I selected this store because they offered polarized gradient lenses. I called and spoke with Dede, and she was super helpful in verifying my insurance and estimating costs. She assisted me through the whole process and was extremely kind and professional. Upon receiving my sunglasses, I noticed that my vision through the lenses were not right. It seemed really wonky. I brought my glasses back up to Lenscrafters, and Dede ordered new lenses, which resolved the problem. Dede provided me with superb customer service! The other staff members seemed professional and ready to help. I highly recommend this location.

The lady who helped me did an amazing job helping me find the right frames. She did everything she could do to accommodate me because of covid. She found most of the glasses I wanted to try from the screenshots I had on my phone and gave me a tray for the all the glasses. She even left the area so I could try the glasses on properly (I keep my mask on but I was able to have the frames on the bridge of my nose to make sure they fit properly. She even took a few pictures so I could make sure that I picked the pair I wanted. She was Awesome!

Sylvia was very helpful and communicative. She helped me find the frames I liked, and she took a very detailed measurements to make sure my frames were ordered correctly.

Outstanding customer service! Consultant Abiel R. was helping me. He must be a saint. He was patient and kind. He is soooo familiar with the inventory that he can find a similar selection, as needed, without having to think about it. He is able to quickly look for additional color selections on-line. He only offers an opinion when asked. I cant say enough positive things about my experience at this location. They are exceptional! Abiel should be in charge of training.

The 2 reps that had helped me remake my eyeglasses were more than happy to take their time and explain exactly what I was paying for and what I was getting, particarly when it came to the lenses. Abiel is an excellent contributor to your brand. He took the time to explain my full prescription in detail. I have been wearing glasses for years and never understood the terminology. I was stuck looking for glasses that were lightweight because of pressure to the bridge of my nose. He explained there were other solutions to that issue. No one had ever explained there were other options. I bought my first pair of Tiffany & Co glasses. This young man also explained in detail the diffences in the lens add ons. Your company is blessed to have this man and I sure hope you reward/promote him accordingly.

Good selection of frames including new models, timely arrival of glasses ready for pickup (1 week for me.) The original frames had a slight defect and the salesperson swapped out my lenses onto the model frames and we adjusted them perfectly to my face. They were very patient with adjusting them and making sure everything was perfect before I left. I am very pleased with the customer service overall.

Dede and Luis were so kind and patient to help me adjust my vogue frame purchased here. My nose bridge is low so it’s not easy to find a frame with the style and nose bridge that works for me. I spent a long time searching and finally got this vogue frame, however the place (Cargo) where I got my lenses, after putting lenses in, the technician told me just after a few adjustment “they should never sell you this frame because this frame doesnt work for you”. That’s such a bummer and disappointing! I specifically looked for frames with metal nose pad so it can be adjusted to fit my nose bridge, why don’t you say you just don’t want to spend time with me or you have poor skills so you are afraid to adjust it correctly? At least I got so expensive lenses from you. Even costco staff wouldn’t treat me like that. I went back to lens-crafter right away close to 6pm because her words got me so worried, when lens-crafter were about to close. Dede and Luis spent almost 1 hr there with me helping to adjust it little by little so the nose pads would touch my nose bridge right and comfortably. It’s not the frame not fitting me, it just needs minute adjustment so it will work. I really appreciate their help and great customer service by working after hours with me. They saved my day!!! Thank you so much!

I purchased a pair of classes that took 4 days to arrive and cost me as much as 2 pairs at other retailers. If you are not aware as I was they no longer make then in house so in about an hour is no more. I never had a problem paying more for expedited service but now it just seems like a ripoff to have to wait. As for the customer service I have no complaints they were attentive and answered all my questions except letting me know the time frame till after the order had been placed. That too I can take partial blame for not asking ahead if their fulfillment methods had changed.

Had my annual eye exam and Dr. Lee and the staff were very good. They saw me right away. Dr. Lee was very informative during my exam as well as my fitting for contacts. The staff was professional and helpful, as well. I will continue to go there.

Don’t not come here and give them your money. They have no idea how insurance works and have the worst customer service.

Great place with competent staff. However, I will note the selection as not as big as other location such as North Park, but overall a good experience I had.

Poor choice of safety glasses. The pair I selected were returned to store by assemblers couldnt use my prescription. Selected another pair when I arrived I put them on immediately. They fogged up. What!! How can I work if i cant see. They tried to tell me they were to tight and they would loosen them and try them for thirty days. I dient trust them and canceled the order. They immediately got nasty. I am warning coworkers not to go to lens crafters!.

You can purchase glasses here, they are happy to sell you stuff, but if you need support when something breaks forget it. I purchased a pair of Oakley Rx glasses here only to have the nosepad fall off within first week. Nosepad lost, LensCrafters says Oakley will not sell parts, my only solution is to replace the frame.Beware, dont purchase Oakley Milestone 2.0 frame and dont depend on Lenscrafters to provide ANY support for product they sell. You are on your own! Do yourself a favor, purchase from an independent retailer who depends on repeat business and will work to keep you as a customer.

GM Yolanda is terrible! I received my eyeglasses on Aug. 4th. I took them in for adjustment on Aug. 6th. Yolanda helped me with adjustment. She ruined both the lens when she had them on the warmer. She told me she would send them for repair and put a rush on them and would have within three days. A week went by and received them on Aug. 13th when my I got my eyeglasses back. I am not satisfied with them and when I took them back today to get a refund she denied me. She told me I was past my 30 day grace period when technically I didnt have my glasses for a full 30 days. Although she messed up my lenses and didnt get them back for a week, she still counted the week against me although it was her wrongdoing. She didnt seem to care and said that was policy. Thanks LensCrafters for doing whatever it takes to NOT making it right.

I came here first for an adjustment and once the staff realized I wasn’t spending any money i was quickly tossed aside and told to “wait”- which i did, and there were no customers in the store. Someone else walked in with a prescription and they were smiled at and taken care of instantly. Then I went to Visionworks. Very professional there! Wish i could say the same for Lenscrafters
