Very simple process, everyone was friendly and efficient. If prescription turns out well, I will have a new ongoing optometrist for future needs. And if there any issues they will fix it. Seriously, there was no waiting, doctor and assistant both very friendly and personable. It’s really nice to find both extremely friendly and personable along with very efficient and professional.

Dominic was the most helpful, energetic person in this place that clearly loves his job working with the public. All the others have always messed up on what I owe or what not and Dominic reassured me not to worry and helped me. I had a bad prescription from another source and they fixed it right and now I have my contacts and can see. I recommend this place. Doctor Abraham is fantastic as well and they all talk to you like your human…no negative vibes vibes at all.

Really had a pleasant experience at the optometrist. I decided to book an appointment for my parents, who have English is very limited. Both Donna and Jade were very patient with my parents and the language barrier. They are very hard working young ladies who seem to juggle a lot of responsibilities! They by far exceeded my expectations!

At DFW eyes exams is such a godsent in my life, all the doctors are great but what I love to see is the beautiful smiley face of Leslie, she is a beautiful individual, and the rest of their staff there as well they are such a beautiful fresh breathe of air they seem to care about everyone that walks in the office. They always greet you with kindness and a smile and almost seem to get you back there in less time than you think you will be there 😊 Yes I know we all have to wear masks and we all do but you just know they have a smile on their face because the way they treat you. From the moment I walked in I was well greeted. Sat down for maybe two minutes in the lobby and was taken back and the exam began. The doctor was great too. You wont leave there without all your questions being answered. I would recommend anybody to go to DFW Eyes Now.

Practice policy is to shake you down for the bare minimum before you leave.I arrived for a walk in appointment covered with insurance, waited two hours until they had an opening, thats fine. As soon as I was seated IN THE PRE-SCREENING ROOM I was informed of my insurance coverages and told by the technician that the retinal scan was not covered. I informed him that I would be passing on the retinal scan since I have it done every other year. I was informed that the clinic requires a retinal scan to be completed for all patients at the out of pocket cost of $40, if I chose not to move forward I could leave.Furthermore I was told that the clinic collects payment either thru insurance companies or the consumer, but would not allow any exam to be done without payment from either party. Unbelievable. At no point in the process or onboarding was I informed of the required cost. This is equates to a high pressure pitch to just accept the costs so the practice, doctor, and everyone involved can make a few extra dollars at the hands of a person that can either obtain care or leave. The technician did inquire and understood the problem I had. He offered a discount to $25 for the retinal scan, what a shame. If 40 patients are seen per day, the practice is collecting an extra $1600 a day or almost $50k per month for a test that is completely OPTIONAL. What a great way to separate consumers/patients from their hard earned dollars just to help an already wealthy group make more money.Dr. Manoj Abraham you should be ashamed of yourself and this practice of stealing money from your patients.

The entire experience was definitely worth going back. I made the appointment online which was extremely easy to navigate. I opted fora text message reminder. I was not inundated with texts at all. Just the one reminder. I did need to change my appointment time and all I did was reply to the text and Stephanie was more than willing to help me find a time that worked best for me... all done using text. Dr. Marc Babin was amazing! The prescription for glasses and contacts was perfect. Exactly what I needed!

Went in today, my first visit here. My husband had been a patient of Dr. Portales who has since retired, but on his recommendation I went in for an eye exam. I arrived late for my appointment and halfway expected to be told my appointment had been given to someone else. It was a nice surprise to discover the staff to be understanding and accommodating. The front desk folks are very friendly and my eye exam was very professional and quick without the feeling of being rushed through. I very much like this location and the staff. My wife and I had been seeing Dr. Portales as our Optometrist for about 20 years. About two years ago, he retired, and Dr. Abraham took over his practice. We have been receiving eye care now from Dr. Abraham, and his other doctors, including Dr. Gonzales, Dr. Wang, Dr. Saakova, and Dr. Lee. Their eye exams were professional, they explained every test result, they gave us a summary and conclusion at the end, and each doctor asked us for our questions. This is how we would like an eye doctor to help us care for our eyes, and they have each done that. In addition, the medical staff, Ashley and Leslie, are a joy to work with, and welcome us for each appointment. We booked our next visit in a year. And we think this medical team will help us with our eye health in the years to come.

I was right on time for my 2:00 appt ... yet I was kept waiting (with no explanation) until 3:00 - I sat there for an hour and wasn’t happy about it. I had previously called Eyemed (my insurance) prior to making the appointment and was assured my copay was $10. At checkout I was told my bill was $49 because there was a $39 Covid charge. I was NOT advised of that by either Eyemed or the office prior to my exam and there was no signage alerting patients of the charge. The doctor was alright but the rest of the experience was subpar and I will never go back - there’s way too many options out the there.

I was in Lewisville visiting family when I realized I had made a 14 hour trip without ANY contacts! I came in just to see if I could purchase some contacts for the rest of my trip and Laura and Michelle went out of there way to get ahold of my doctor and prescription so I could purchase some new contacts for the rest of my trip! These ladies were personable and sweet and super helpful! If I ever move back to town DFW Eyes Now will be my new spot for eye appointments! I wish I could give 10 stars!

My wife had a confirmed appointment (2:40pm), yet the office was closed. After waiting 45 minutes, the Office Manager showed up, saying she was at lunch and no doctor was working today. When we asked why we weren’t notified, she said we must have the wrong phone number for you. We would not trust them to make another appointment!Very POOR service, they’ve lost us as customers!

First time patient. I’ve been going to the Lens crafters next door for 3 years. But since my Dr moved I was looking for a new place to got get an eye exam. I gave this place a shot. I guess calling my insurance company for verify my insurance seemed to be too much for them and stressful, that after 40 mins of me waiting they went ahead and said “can you call the insurance company”. It was 40 mins of them (2 women at the counter) just complaining about having to call insurance. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a new customer. The hassle of verifying new patient information is too much for this place to handle.
