Weve been coming here for the last 3 yrs to get the kids glasses. Each experience has been great. Good customer service, good selection, and the people care.

The target optical was a great experience and the lenses and glasses are just amazing. I was immediately impressed with the clarity of the lenses and ease in which I was able to adjust to my new prescription. When you go ask for Lauren she is amazing.

Absolutely everything I could ask for in an Eye Doctor. Right behind my house. Easy scheduling. Quick, efficient, appointments. Very caring and sweet Doctor. Excellent service from the receptionist. So much better than all the the other large particles I’ve driven around town for.

This location employs extremely rude and condescending staff. Alaina was very argumentative and got upset when I pointed out she contradicted herself about an EXCHANGE - her telling me I had to go back to (Garland) since that’s where I purchased them from, then telling me to go to Frisco and they “might” be able to help me. She honestly seemed lazy. I’m sorry, but if you’re going to be in your feelings over a customer interaction, you shouldn’t work in retail.I highly recommend driving the extra distance to go to the Frisco location instead. The store manager Megan is amazing, as well as her employees. They’re thoughtful, kind and understanding, unlike the incompetent and disrespectful employees at Lewisville.

Horrible front office staff. When I went to my first exam as a new patient, the woman at the front desk had no idea what my insurance was, and then informed me that I was out of network. There was no communication prior so it wasted my time. As someone working in the medical field, this office was incredibly unprofessional and this situation could have been handled better.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to treat their customers. I moved and needed my information and they refused to give it to me. Given I paid for it and my job requires it. It took forever for them to scan a simple document and send over. All my previous doctors have been very accommodating and helpful. I refuse to let anyone come here and spend their money. It’s overpriced and terrible service. Both doctor Nhan H Truong and her staff.

The doctor was professional and organized. Her secretary was polite and helpful. The whole appointment didnt take more than 30 minutes or so. We scheduled our appointment over the phone and they had convenient appointment times available.

Over the years I went here because it was conveniently located near my home. Today was my last. The secretary lacks proper etiquette and customer service skills. Instead of trying to feed her face she should feed her mind with the skills that she lack when it comes to phone and face to face customer interaction.

Mr. Cody helped me with all of my optical needs during my visit at this location! Definitely will be coming back.

Dr. Was very nice and offered to give me a pair of contacts while my new ones arrived even though it had been months since my eye exam, highly recommend her.

This review isnt about the eye doctor she is a sweet little lady.This is regarding where you purchase the glasses and contacts in target. There is a gentleman there who both times Ive interacted with him have been very awful.He is tall tattoos, a bun and long beard.He responds to simple questions with condescending answers. I had to wait so he could finish his smoke break in the front while no one was there to help me, and when I just asked for some help, he responded with rude remarks as if Im interrupting him on the clock? If he is there go in another time or request someone else. Trust me... youll thank me later.

Just forewarning you that they are a busy place that doesnt take care of customers as tentatively as an independent eye place would. There will probably be some waiting and miscommunication, like I got. I had my eye exam done there (with ordering trial contacts) and my husband got his glasses and contacts there after his eye exam. For those that have worse off eyes, they do not have contact trials stocked in store for people over -9 and its been an ordeal of me (calling them about 3 times) to ask when they are in and when they said they were in I went to go pick them up and the optical front desk (nice girl) said they should of called me to tell me they werent in yet.... Ill get my trials in 2-3 weeks (normally only 1 week). So its an alright place. Ill probably look around for some where else to go instead of going here again though.
